Lourmarin, Bastide provenzal de 240 m2, piscina privada, impresionantes vistas del Luberon.

Sitio encantador, tranquilo e ideal para relajarse.

Bienvenido a su casa !

Ubicada a unos cientos de metros del centro del pueblo de Lourmarin, su Bastide provenzal le espera en una zona tranquila de una hectárea plantada con olivos, melocotoneros, robles, enredaderas y lavanda, ideal para relajarse al ritmo del sur.

En el exterior, podrá disfrutar de una gran piscina climatizada y vistas panorámicas de la montaña Luberon, el valle verde y debajo del pueblo y el castillo de Lourmarin. Tres cómodas terrazas, barbacoa y petanca están a su disposición para disfrutar de la dulzura de la Provenza.

En el interior, la Bastide decorada con cuidado, puede recibir hasta ocho personas. Se compone de:
- Una cocina muy bien equipada (cafetera Nespresso, tetera, tostadora, horno, microondas, lavavajillas, fogones, nevera americana)
- Lavadero con lavadora y secadora, plancha.
- Amplio salón de 50 m2 con dos cómodos sofás y sillones, chimenea, TV satélite, equipo de música.
- Dos habitaciones con cama doble (cama King y Queen), que ofrecen vistas a la piscina y al campo.
- Dos habitaciones con camas individuales X 2, con vistas al castillo de Lourmarin

- Tres baños (3 duchas italianas, una bañera, un inodoro), un inodoro separado.
- Aire acondicionado reversible y wifi también están disponibles en toda la casa de campo.
- La limpieza de calidad del hotel se realiza antes de su llegada y a su salida.
- Para que su comodidad sea completa, proporcionamos sábanas y toallas.

El lugar es perfecto para relajarse, disfrutar de la dulzura del Luberon y el pueblo de Lourmarin con sus tiendas, restaurantes y castillos, y los pueblos de la colina de Gordes, Rosellón ...

N.B. La propiedad no es adecuada para personas con movilidad reducida.

We loved our stay. The outdoor space and the pool are wonderful. The view from the pool area is spectacular. Kitchen was extremely well stocked. Beds were very comfortable. We can't wait to come back!

We had a lovely stay here at the end of July, perfect location and had everything we need. The only thing we would say is that the property needs a few little maintenance jobs, very small ones (ie: curtain rail in main en-suite bedroom is loose), and that the cleaners need to pay a bit of attention to under the beds and units (easily missed). However, this is nothing that would prevent us staying again. It was a nice walk into Lourmarin and very peaceful! Highly recommended. WiFi and Aircon work a treat!Teny the lady who met us was lovely too and very helpful.

What a lovely house and property! We were a family of six women and the house worked perfectly for us. The upstairs had three comfortable bedrooms with excellent air conditioners, closet spaces, and VIEWS! The kitchen was stocked extremely well for those who love to cook as we do. The pool was such a wonderful bonus, which made it feel as if we were at a resort. Jean's place is a treasure worth experiencing because it is full of charm and comfort. The photos advertising his place do it justice. I would stay here again and again. Thank you Jean for letting us stay at your home and be your guest for a fabulous week in Lourmarin. The best family vacation ever! Also thanks to Teny for a great welcome and farewell.

Our third stay in this special place and it was perfect for us once again. It really feels like a home from home and ticks every box - perfect location, amazing views, such a beautiful property in a serene setting but within walking distance to Lourmarin. We were very sad to leave!

Dream house with incredible view!

We had the most amazing week in Lourmarin at this incredible home. The view was spectacular and the house was beautiful. The pool was perfect and all of the outdoor seating options were so enjoyable. Thank you so much for such a memorable vacation!

Fabulous holiday

We absolutely loved our stay at the villa, so much so that we have booked for next year! Great location, quiet and peaceful with beautiful views over the vineyards and mountains yet a 15 minute walk into Lourmarim. The house is furnished beautifully and the housekeeper was so friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to return!

Beautiful Luberon home

The house has been renovated and has lovely modern features while retaining its rustic charm of Provence. The surrounding land was filled with beautiful orchards, fields of flowers and vineyards. It’s a picture postcard place to stay! The host was extremely responsive to any question and most helpful! The only potential issue for anyone renting this house is the person who showed us around, while very kind, did not speak English. We look forward to staying here again since we had a delightful time.

Absolutely Fabulous Property

We adored this place! First the location is absolutely perfect. It has the most stunning views, it is incredibly private and peaceful, yet just a short walk into the wonderful town of Lourmarin. Nature at its finest. Second, the house itself is fabulous. There are numerous outdoor spaces to gather, relax and eat. Whether looking for sun or shade there is always the perfect spot. Mornings in the sun room were perfect. It has three modern baths and good kitchen. Great communication and help from the very pleasant house manager, Teny. This house will not disappoint….in my opinion better than its pictures. And to repeat, the stunning view of the valley from the poolside is magical. I will miss it.

Weve been going to Lourmarin every Summer for 10 years and this is one of the best villas we have rented. The location is perfect, only a few minutes drive (or a 20 minute walk) into the village. The villa was very well equipped with lots of outside dining & seating areas. The petanqe court which was lit up at night time was also a bonus.Just a few things to be aware of;The 4th bedroom on the ground floor next to the kitchen does not have a/c but does have a fan.There only 4 sun loungers by the pool so we had to buy 2 more.The bbq is charcoal and very difficult to cook on so we bought one from SuperU.In summary I would recommend the villa, it has a lot of traditional provencal charm and it is very close to the most beautiful village in the Luberon. Thank you Jean for letting us stay at your home!

We are very glad you appreciated your stay. Sorry if you didn’t get the number of lounge chairs you wanted. We have much more loungers available, you should have asked Teny for the extra one. As mentioned on VRBO website, we have 3 bedrooms with AC and one on the ground floor with fans. Thank you for your comments.

Una semana en la Provenza

La casa es preciosa , está muy bien decorada , el entorno maravilloso . La piscina muy bien cuidada y el pueblo de Lourmarin es un lugar ideal para disfrutar y relajarse , con terrazas muy agradables y tiendecitas ... hay turismo sin aglomeración excesiva . Un lujo de semana

Veldig fint hus både innvendig og utvendig. God beliggenhet, litt under 20 minutter gange til Lourmarin. God standard på kjøkken og bad. Deilig basseng, mange sitteområder ute og fin utsikt.Merk at ett av de fire soverommene kun har en gulvvifte, ikke AC slik som de andre. Det ligger i tillegg ved kjøkkenet og badet i grunnetasjen og er svært lytt dersom noen er der, og er utover dette ikke like hyggelig som de andre soverommene (som ligger i etasjen over). Anbefaler huseier å ta noen grep for å gjøre dette soverommet litt hyggeligere, for eksempel henge opp gardiner.

Perfekt gelegenes, sehr gepflegtes Haus

Wir haben eine sehr entspannende Woche in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Der Pool ist klasse. Die Lage ist ideal, total ruhig und trotzdem ist man sehr schnell in Lourmarin. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hin! Die einzige Kleinigkeit, die uns gestört hat, war dass im unteren Schlafzimmer keine Klimaanlage ist. Ansonsten war wirklich alles top
