Location: Burbank / Toluca Lake area. In the heart of Burbank Media Movie Studios neighborhood. Walk to Warner Brothers or Burbank Studios. Close to Hollywood, Universal Studios, Disney Studios, NBC, ABC, New York Film Academy, Whole Foods, and many restaurants. 3 miles from Burbank Airport.

Entire private cottage guesthouse. 300 sq. ft. but feels larger. CLEAN QUITE - SAFE & PRIVATE. Peaceful and quiet cottage with Kitchenette (no stove), kitchen table, window, and WALL AIR CONDITIONER/HEATER. With a private outdoor yard/patio.

Kitchenette: It has a full-size refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, toaster oven, electric skillet, electric teapot, double hot plates, and fully stocked cabinets with real plates & utensils. (No stove or oven).

Outdoor Patio: Large enclosed and secure outdoor patio area with a garden and lots of lounging areas and tables under Bistro lights. Very safe for pets. There is an outdoor smoking area.

Bed: Queen real wood bed with a SERTA mattress and plenty of comfy pillows. Twin Serta futon bed/couch mattress for a 3rd guest. Good for a child or small adult. (not recommended for tall people). There is a one-time $100 charge for a 3rd adult person.

Bathroom: Art Deco black & white bathroom with shower. The bathroom is not large. The shower is a small walk-in. No bathtub.

Floors: Wall-to-wall TILE CERAMIC FLOORS! No carpets.

Neighborhood: Quiet SAFE street in the heart of the entertainment industry. You will feel safe walking in this neighborhood. Trees, mountains, and walking & hiking access. Close to the major movie studios. Bus and metro stations are close by.

PARKING PERMIT - The City of Burbank requires us to register all cars parked on the street, Monday - Friday, 8AM to 5PM. To do this we need your car license plate number and the state that issued it. You will feel safe parking your car on the street or in front of the house.

Pets: $60 one-time fee for a dog or 2 small dogs. Dog. Due to allergies, NO CATS are allowed.

NOTE: We do not recommend this location to those with wheelchairs or people with mobility issues.

TV: The 32" Flat Screen Cable TV has a Roku with AT&T cable. There are plenty of Direct TV streaming channels and apps for you to log into. We offer Netflix for you to use.

Wi-Fi: Your own private AT&T highest quality WiFi with Router and Ethernet.

Contact: We live in the main house. We're always available via cell phone for any questions or concerns. Door: Keypad lock.

Fantastic!!

My only regret about my stay here is that I couldn’t stay longer. My dogs and I were here for about a week and it was just lovely. The house is beyond well-appointed and Peggy has done a masterful job of making sure you have everything thing you need, know where to find it, and understand the tiny quirks of the property. The interior is very cute, and cozy with nice light during the day. The bed is so comfortable - I admit it made me a little lazy a couple times. The VERY large private patio is wonderful, especially in the evenings with the bistro lighting. Wonderful street to walk on; hardly see cars driving by. The studios and really great markets, restaurants and shops are a minute away. Thank you, Peggy! You’re awesome and Buckley, Fitzy and I can’t wait to come back. Thank you!

Family visit

The place was exactly what I needed for a quick visit to see my nephew. I travel with my old dog and we wanted a nice outdoor space for her. And somewhere we could enjoy the outdoors as well. It’s lovely and private and comfortable. And the little house is darling and well equipped. Patricia was also a responsive and accommodating host. Thank you.

Another outstanding stay with Peggy, as always. Great location and the place is always prepared for guests. Not sure how it could be any better. Highly recommended for single or couple after staying there many times.

Great Place To Stay!

The stay was better than expected. The house is located in a great area. It’s very safe and clean. Close to the studios and lots of great restaurants. They had everything you needed and a nice full-sized refrigerator. We were able to bring our old dog with which requires special medication for seizures. The host is very gracious; we wish them many blessings for the kindness. Thanks again!

Prime location with a lot of history

The accommodations were clean and the property was beautiful. My favorite part was the location within walking distance of Warner Bros. Studios. Excellent host with wonderful customer service.

Everything is close and closer

The guest house is small, cozy and oh so comfy. The owner ( who is easily contacted and responds quickly) gives detailed, user friendly instructions for checkin and for the stay. The bed is high and comfortable and there are dishes and pans and everything needed to eat in house. What was so good for me, since I don’t drive, is that so many of the places I wanted to go to were with-in walking distance.

Overall exactly what we hoped.

Exactly as described with a bunch of little details that make it nice like an electric skillet and the patio is lovely. The bathroom toilet is a little awkward for us taller folks.

Nice neighborhood, well organized

We had a nice stay at the property which is halfway between our two sons who live in LA. If you have a dog there are plenty of places to go for a walk! Across the street is the back of warner brother studios so we often walked around the other side of the block amongst the buildings. It is a converted garage and small and I wouldn't recommend for more than two people, but it is well organized for the space. IT is a quiet neighborhood and the owner responded to inquiries very quickly. The bed was super comfortable. The bathroom is very small, but how much time do we need to spend in there anyway! There is a nice space between the living spaced the street as well. The weather was too cold for us to sit out, but if it was nice, there is a place you can sit outside.

Super cute guest house

This property is a converted garage on the owner's primary property. The guest house is cozy and was just right for what we needed. The owner was very responsive with any questions, and we had a very enjoyable stay. Very nice neighborhood and a short walk to the Warner Bros studios.

Tasteful Bungalow Behind Burbank Studios

With our small dog, we had a terrific stay. Residential neighborhood is very nice, with tasteful homes only on one side of the street and studio ivy on the other, and one-room was very comfortable. Place has an interesting history with the studios. Host was also terrific. Location near the Cahuenga pass is central to downtown, the basin, and the San Fernando Valley. Would definitely stay there again.

Make sure you don’t talk or make any sound

If you are going to stay here make sure you learn sign language yes I’m serious. The host is super rude and once intoxicated will threatened you and act belligerent to you and your guests. We have never ever had a problem anywhere we stayed in the past but this host is scary to deal with. Know you get what your paying for. This is a small converted garage the size of a bathroom. It is hot and the ac barely works It’s clean and has what you need but my small Son and wife could not walk around at the same time without hitting each other. Go to another hotel and avoid this place at all costs.

LA Find

Great LA find...excellent location - safe, quiet, ample street parking in quiet neighborhood. Private outdoor area for outdoor eating, comfy bed, very clean. Small accomodation good for one or two..kitchen good with full size fridge and plenty of dishware. Bathroom is very small but still has good storage space..just beware if you are the big and tall type will be tight squeeze. Great neighborhood (Tuluca Lake) for ample good food/coffee choices close by. Walkable to Warner Bros studio tours. Excellent location for on/off local highways if needed and straight shots to Studio City area and greater Hollywood area.

Great location/ beautiful property

This adorable casita is strategically built in a beautiful historic home allowing both the guest and the homeowner their own space and privacy. The property is well maintained and all the instructions are easy and clear throughout the whole process. Host(s) we’re welcoming and friendly and we felt safe in the neighborhood, conveniently located within two miles of universal studios and Warner Bros. The space is suitable for a small family, a couple, or friends traveling together as it includes a queen bed and a petite twin bed futon (in my case it was myself and my adult nephew) I would book this again in a heartbeat should I be staying in the area again.

Nice location

This property was in a great, quiet location. It is walking distance to the WB Studio Tour which is what we did while there. It is surprisingly close to Griffith Observatory also. It is appears to be a converted garage. One half of the garage is the bedroom that included a bed, futon and TV. The other half is a kitchenette, table, and bathroom. There is also a nice seating area outside in the driveway. It was perfect for our needs.

Close to everything. Lots of restaurants and attractions. Very quiet and safe. Movie studios, shops, restaurants, and WHOLE FOODS are within walking distance. In 10 minutes you can be over the hill to Hollywood & Highland and into Hollywood Boulevard. Within 30 - 40 minutes you can be at the Santa Monica Pier and Malibu beaches. A great place for actors working on film and T.V shows. Business travelers working in the entertainment industry are our most frequent guests. The guest house is quiet and equipped with everything a traveler will need. Your Hosts are always easy to reach via phone or text.
