Enjoy the east facing patio for mountain views and relaxation in the private pool. Large covered porch perfect for observing nature, local birds, and wild life. Located close to shopping, restaurants and sightseeing areas. Perfect jumping off point for hiking and biking as well.

Quit neighborhood a short walk to Tubac Golf resort club house and restaurant. Five minute drive to town of Tubac and local pickleball courts.

Beautiful setting

The view of the mountains is breathtaking. We were lucky enough to be there to see the full moon rising. Home was spacious and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood close to Tubac Golf resort (walkable) and shopping.

Good Vacation Value

The three bedroom, two bath house has all you need for a small group or family, including a heated pool and proximity to Tubac. While the prooperty is certainly not new, it is well kept up and very comfortable. You will enjoy the interior Mexican decor. The owner, Raquel, is easy to reach by phone and very responsive should you have requests. A very good value. March of 2025 has been our third annual stay at this property and we will definitely be back again next year. Highly recommended.

An Excellent Stay During Wedding Weekend

We loved staying here this past weekend with friends for our wedding in Amado. It was such a lovely retreat during a wonderful but hectic weekend. It was clean, comfortable and easy from check-in to checkout. We will forever look back on our stay as a cherished memory. Thank you!

Family Celebration

Wonderful place to celebrate a birthday and 60th wedding anniversary. Everyone enjoyed it, we talked about getting together there again in the future. The decorations inside the house are the best of any short stay home we have ever been in. .

Family Time

Our time here with family was relaxing and comfortable. The location of the house was perfect for walking into town and exploring the surrounding mountains. I would recommend to anyone looking for a casual place to stay while visiting Tubac.

Beautiful home

The home was lovely. Come, all the amenities are absolutely perfect, we enjoyed the desert in the pool and of course the golf course! We would definitely come here again!

Spacious Old World Charm

This is a lovely property and has a happy vibe! It's an older house but full of charm and quite spacious compared to most of the newer homes. The patio area is lush and delightful, and the pool is an added bonus. We had a wonderful stay at this property. It is quiet, calming and we hope to return again. Una casa muy especial! The owner is very accommodating and easy to contact.

Great location, close to downtown Tubac and the Tubac Resort, where we spent most of our time

Nice property with all the needed amenities. Comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. Very nice kitchen and a heated pool in the large back yard. Could use a little updating, but acceptable as it is. The owner, Raquel, is very reachable and helpful. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it.

Tubac Treasure

Once again, we had a lovely stay. The location is ideal and the private pool is an added bonus. While many people shy away from AZ in August heat, we embraced it and loved the monsoons and lightning shows. While we took advantage of all the wonderful shops snd restaurants nearby, we also enjoyed simple relaxation at the house. We have booked this house many times and will be back again next year.

Perfect Old World Tubac Neighborhood

Beautifully Mexican / Spanish style older single level home with its own heated private swimming pool. Mountain views and a quiet neighborhood. Lots of open interior space makes it perfect for family reunions. Owner is very helpful and responsive. Everything needed is already there.

My name is Raquel, I live in Phoenix AZ. I was born and raised in Nogales, Arizona graduated from Nogales High School and the University of Arizona. I was a Special Education Teacher for 12 years.

Having grown up in Nogales, I have a special love for the Southwest. After I graduated from college and met my husband we moved around to different parts of the US, but I always longed to return to the desert. In 2005 we moved back to Phoenix where I could be closer to friends and family. Because we found ourselves traveling down south so often to enjoy the beauty and cooler weather of Southern Arizona my husband and I decided to buy a home that we could enjoy with our family and friends.
