This was a very nice area close to the beach and restaurants with very friendly people. The home was very nice,with beautiful nic naks and such, we said "dont touch that" alot to the kids during our stay. We felt very at home and enjoyed every minute we were there.

The home, location and neighborhood were beautiful and the perfect place for us to have a comfortable stay after a day of exploring the city and surrounding areas. Definitely would stay again!

Amazing home!

The home was in a super safe and clean neighborhood. The home was beautiful and well kept. My family loved the pool table and all the space!

Wonderful place to stay

Manny was extremely helpful, accomodating and communicated right away. The home was perfect, clean and very comfortable. Close to the ocean & LA… highly recommend this home

The house is spacious and has a nice garden. The neighborhood was clean and peaceful. However, the house has a dated, neglected and unkept atmosphere.

Good house for families

Nice house in a convenient neighborhood, close to highways. Property manager was very responsive and attentive to our needs. Check-in and check-out was very easy.

Large House in Excellent Location

The house was spacious with ample room to accommodate our extended family of five. We also liked that the house was in close proximity to the LAX airport to easily depart after our trip.

Great Home! Lots of space! Full kitchen!

We enjoyed our stay at Milton. SUPER convenient location to all the fun in LA - beach, restaurants, city… Everything was easy - check in, etc. home was clean and house was very big! Even a cute backyard. Would Recommend!

Lots of room

Large enough for a family, kitchen fully stocked, kitchen island and eating area plus a formal dining room. Hand rails at stairs would be a plus. Quiet area.

As advertised!

Nice home , very clean property. When I checked in I had accidentally set off the security alarm and as soon as I called some to fix the issue they had walked through it with me and immediately resolved the issue very quickly!

great stay

When you are traveling with family, it's great to stay in one house. There are more conversations, more laughs and more family time. This house was great, 3 bathrooms (great for families) a great kitchen and comfortable beds. There is a walking/biking path across the street I didn't use often enough. Great location to everything! Thanks

Excellent location, quiet neighborhood

This house was in the perfect location for us to visit everywhere in the LA area we wanted. Bedrooms were spacious, and linens clean. Bathrooms could stand to be updated and/or deep cleaned. Bedroom closets were unable to be used due to owner's personal clothing & items, which we weren't expecting. Had a small issue upon entry with getting the house security alarm turned off, but the property manager was available by phone and helped us quickly.

Great location with some downsides

Great location and nice area. Place is nicely decorated and cute backyard/porch. Lots of room inside. However, kitchen was not clean and aging cabinets/pans/utensils. Counters were sticky. Dishwasher didn't seem to work well. Very few hand towels and no kitchen towels. There really needs to be a bannister on the stairs. Body wash was out in one bathroom and no extra shampoo etc. But, overall, excellent communication with manager who was very gracious. I still recommend the place that only needs a few improvements to be stellar.

So much better than staying in a hotel!!

Our family of five (parents, young adults and high schooler) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The spacious layout suited our needs so that we could both enjoy each other’s company and recharge as needed. As an early riser traveling with late sleepers, this was ideal. I especially enjoyed peaceful homemade breakfasts outdoors in the beautiful private backyard. My sons and husband loved playing pool. The house is located on quiet, safe residential street and is approximately 3.5 miles from the Venice Beach boardwalk. It feels like a refuge after a day of exploring L.A. We had a rental car which we used quite a bit, mixed with a bit of UBER use. It was very helpful to be able to park the car in the driveway. All in all, this rental house was a fantastic place to vacation. While not in the heart of say, walking distance from Santa Monica’s offerings, the ample space to relax, cook, sleep in or wake up early, all while being a short distance from wherever we wanted to go, was SO much better than being crammed into a hotel room.
