This OCEANFRONT end unit boasts a DOUBLE ocean view. Direct view from living area and an outstanding northern view from the bedroom. Set on the north end of the complex on one of Florida’s most beautiful wide sandy beaches, Crescent Beach. It’s modern coastal theme has all the comforts needed for a short or longer stay.
Enjoy incredible sunrises daily while enjoying everything that the Nations oldest city has to offer.
An oversized OCEANFRONT saline pool awaits to cool off after spending time on the beach. Pool is heated to 82 degrees in cooler months.

No light in hallway. No tv stations to watch except news. No room on balcony with all the beach chairs and umbrellas, that was not ours. Room was clean and maintained except lock on sliding door.

The condo was ok. It’s a small place, so I don’t recommend more than two people. Needs some maintenance. No lock on sliding door and screen was broken. Location on beach fantastic and the condo pool was great.

Beach time

The condo was at the end so not much noise from other guest. Perfect for relaxing. Easy access to the beach and pool. I plan on staying here again if im back in the area. I highly recommend this condo.

Beautiful condo with a great patio view of the ocean. Very clean, plenty of parking. Quick drive to historic St Augustine, Anastasia SP, lighthouse. If you plan on fixing and serving meals bring everything you need, no mixing or serving bowls. No containers, ziplock bags, tinfoil or saran wrap. Coffee maker works well. Loved the shower, great water pressure and hot water. Bring your own body wash, shampoo and conditioner as none of these are provided. There are little hotel soaps, but they do not lather. Great place to use as a home base to enjoy the beach and St Augustine. Beach chairs with attached umbrellas were provided and appreciated. Bring your own beach towels.

Great Location

The room itself was nice and clean. The bed was super hard and uncomfortable. The air conditioning was really loud. Not a great night sleep.

Exactly what was advertised. Well laid out studio on the beach. Nice pool and boardwalk to the beach. Easy drive to St. Augustine attractions!

Beautiful view!

We stayed here for two months. It was so nice waking up to a beautiful sunrise everyday and making the biggest decision of the day: beach or pool day?! Truly a million dollar view from this condo. Thank you, Chris!!!

Perfect Stay!

The location of the condo was great! We loved our ocean front view from the second floor. Easy walk to the beach. Pool looked very inviting even though we didn’t use it. We did think the pool closed a bit too early at 7:40 pm. Convenient location to good food and visiting historic St Augustine. Would love to visit here again!

Crescent Beach/ St. Augustine

Communication, check-in, balcony view and beach access were wonderful. There is a lot if driving involved to get to restaurants and activities but it was not crowded on the beach.The place is small and needs a clothes dresser. Air units need deflectors since one is practically in the bed with you.The shower did not drain properly. The morning sun is blinding so you can't open the curtains to see the view.

We love St Augustine area. Loved the perfect location. Yes, I would stay here again. It does need some updates as noted but it has perfect access to the beach and great location.

Awesome View

This condo is ocean front!! It is so awesome to sit on the balcony and watch the waves come in! There is also a wonderful view from the bedroom. The condo was clean and I understand he is renovating. The dishwasher must have recently broken because it had been taken out and the hole boarded up. There also was no bake ware. Chris is an awesome owner and very responsive! I hope to be back one day.

Wonderful condo with amazing beach front views!

Amazing view doesn't due this place justice! The beach front view was wonderful and you can see it even from the bedroom. The sun literally rose right in front of our window. This time of year was perfect for our visit as we could even leave the sliding door open some and listen to the waves. The condo had everything we could have asked for and it was SUPER clean! The bed was really comfortable and even had extra pillows. The kitchen was well stocked and didn't disappoint! The lodge itself was great too! It had carts for easy in and out of luggage and groceries. It has an ice machine and laundry facility. AND the pool is heated and beach front. This condo is only a short drive to the city and anything you could possibly want to explore. Lastly, Chris was great to work with! Great communication and very very helpful. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for the perfect beachfront getaway!

Awesome View On The Beach In A Non Crowded Area!

One of the best views on the beach! Very quiet area. The primative dunes area between the condos and the beach is very nice, nobody between you and the ocean. The beach is serveral feet lower than the dunes and you wouldn't see any cars driving down the beach due to this. This room is on the side of the complex that is next to the public beach access, and this did not affect the stay. I think because it has a lot less treaffic than the more crowded beaches north of it. The condo is in the process of retovation, but was very clean! Close enough to everything while in a non busy area! We will definantely consider staying here again. Dan & Toni

Great location, quaint ,cozy condo. Beach view right there. Quick walk to good food and beach.

We will be back. So nice. Great location for site seeing, driving up and down the coast, exploring restaurants, touristy things. The condo has everything you need to be comfortable. The pool is lovely. One minute walk to the beach. The view from the condo is beautiful. The whole stay there is enhanced by that view.

On The Beach!

This is a small condo, more akin to a room at a Residence Inn. It isn’t comfortable to hang out in, only a small worn couch, but it met the criteria I had which was beach front. The bed was comfortable. It was awesome to hear the ocean! Bring your own beach towels as there are only 2 and they are small. There was sugar and cream for coffee as well as Folgers. It’s a short drive to St. Augustine and a very short walk to the soft sand of the beach. The beach is beautiful! Collage in St. Augustine was an amazing restaurant! Harry’s was also very good!

Amazing view.

I took mom for her 70th birthday here. It was a quaint little place with lots of amazing views. Very quiet, clean and everything you need all in one place. Chris was extremely nice and I loved his property he had awaiting for us. Downtown was very close and restaurants were just down the road too. I can not wait to book and stay again. I am a very picky person and I rate this place a 10. Thank you Chris for sharing your property with us! Beautiful VIEWS!

Quick Getaway

Great location, terrific views, decent price. Very dusty, slider lock didn't work, and bathroom lights heat up the room within a minute. Over all good place, and great for a short trip.
