Relax in this cozy and comfortable upstairs apartment with balcony in the middle of Historic Saint Augustine, just 10 minutes' walk from St. George walking street, in the very heart of Saint Augustine.

Don't worry about the struggle of downtown parking, PARKING IS FREE on site (2 designated spots for your apartment)

The unit is equipped with a full bath.

The amenities don't stop there! We have a fully equipped kitchen complete with pots, pans, utensils and a drip coffee maker. We provide coffee, decaf, creamers, and sugar. We also have a washer and dryer on site, and we provide the soap for your convenience.

So many nearby attractions just steps (or a trolley ride) from the door including shopping on St. George St, restaurants and sandy beaches where you can rent paddle boards, kayaks, small sailboats and more.

This second-floor apartment has been tastefully decorated with all the modern conveniences, new appliances, flat screen TVs in all rooms, wireless access and we offer Roku TV.

We had such a lovely stay. The unit was spotless and the furnishings stylish and comfortable. Perfect location is close to Flagler College and Historic district. Free on-premise reserved parking was great. From booking to checkout, host communication was great - clear and highly responsive. Thank you, Kirsten and Michael!

Overall, the property was very warm and welcoming. It was the perfect location for what we needed for our stay. The host was amazing and put together a very clean, beautiful property that was very enjoyable to stay at. The beds were extremely comfortable and many things were within walking distance of the town. Overall, it is an excellent property and I would recommend anyone to stay there.

This is our fourth stay here and the only place we stay when we visit St. Augustine! The condo is so clean and comfy and Kristen is so easy to reach. Walkable to historic downtown and Flagler College. Highly recommend staying here!

Everything was perfect. The place was perfect for my mother and I. Easy walking distance to all the wonderful things offered in the historic district and beyond. Met the owners several times as they were there updating landscape and making sure everything was up to par for everyone. Lovely people
