Relax in this cozy and comfortable upstairs apartment with balcony in the middle of Historic Saint Augustine, just 10 minutes' walk from St. George walking street, in the very heart of Saint Augustine.

Don't worry about the struggle of downtown parking, PARKING IS FREE on site (2 designated spots for your apartment)

The unit is equipped with a full bath.

The amenities don't stop there! We have a fully equipped kitchen complete with pots, pans, utensils and a drip coffee maker. We provide coffee, decaf, creamers, and sugar. We also have a washer and dryer on site, and we provide the soap for your convenience.

So many nearby attractions just steps (or a trolley ride) from the door including shopping on St. George St, restaurants and sandy beaches where you can rent paddle boards, kayaks, small sailboats and more.

This second-floor apartment has been tastefully decorated with all the modern conveniences, new appliances, flat screen TVs in all rooms, wireless access and we offer Roku TV.

Easy access to historic sections of St. Augustine

Excellent location for walking to downtown sites, shopping, and food/drinks. We arrived a couple hours early, but host said our unit had already been cleaned and we were allowed to move in early to start our exploration of the area. Unit was exactly as advertised.

Clean, cozy and convenient.

Great stay walking distance to old St. Augustine. Close to trolley stop as well. We liked how clean the unit was maintained. It was stocked with everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Unit was very clean, well stocked with everything we needed. Host was accessible and accommodating. Good location close to St. George Street area, Flagler college, and hop on and off trolly stop. Definitely recommend this place.

Great getaway

Our family of four stayed for 5 days and had a great time! The place was very clean, comfy and perfect for what we needed and was looking for. We had plenty of space and loved our time relaxing on the balcony in the evenings. Everything was a 10-13 min walk and was very easy to get around. We were planning on riding the trolley during the day but didn’t need to because things were so close and an easy walk. The host was also very quick to respond and was helpful if we needed anything and answered our questions. We can’t wait to come back and will definitely add this to our favorite list! Thank you Michael and Kristen for a great Thanksgiving getaway for our family!

Fabulous Getaway

This was a great location- we were able to walk or get an inexpensive Uber to anywhere we wanted to go! 2 separate bedrooms were perfect for me and my 2 kids, and I love the added convenience of a washer and dryer!

We had a fantastic time in St. Augustine, and our accommodation played a significant role in making our trip so enjoyable! The place was spotless and conveniently located, just a short walk from St. George Street, the distillery, Flagler College, and a variety of restaurants. Perfect on all Counts

Fantastic location- easy to walk to super restaurants and old town. Recommend the Ice Plant and La Nouvelle. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures- so clean and cozy. Nice to be able to sit outside in the mornings and evenings. Great nights sleep! We will definitely recommend to friends and will return.

Happy litte getaway

Perfect size and spot for our spring break! Loved all the thoughtful touches - kitchen and bath items. Had everything we needed. Fantastic location. Amazing VRBO

My wife and I had a great stay in Saint Augustine. Kirsten is an incredible host. One of the TV's had an issue with the picture and one day after letting her know, it was replaced with a brand new TV. The apartment is beautiful and in a great location within easy walking distance to the historic downtown section of Saint Augustine. One of the best VRBOs we have ever stayed in.

Owners Kirsten and Michael have been married for 42 years and have two wonderful children, Karen and Thomas. We have been fortunate and had the opportunity to live in many different places throughout the US and overseas. Finally, we decided to retire and settle in St. Augustine.
