Wonderful home just steps away from the beach which offers the best snorkeling on the entire island. Very clean, well-appointed kitchen, spacious, and beautiful all around.

Great location. Quiet neighbor up against the Na Pali. Easy walk to beach. Can even walk to homemade cinnamon roll pick-up box - that’s worth finding! Local coffee shop just down the street. Clean house with great patio. We ate more meals than usual at the house due to the views and vibes.

The property blew us away and gave us the best home away from home in paradise. “Home” is a great way to describe this house. It had all the comforts and space for the five of us to relax and spread out. The amount of household items were the best I’ve ever seen in all the properties I’ve rented. We were not wanting for anything. The availability of AC was lovely for those moments where we needed just a quick cooldown. The kitchen was a dream to cook in. The direct access to the beach gave us daily sunrise viewings and mid day snorkel sessions or quick evening cooldowns. The house has quick access to Hanalei yet maintains its quiet oasis feeling. We can’t wait to come back!

This was such a nice rental. The views from the wrap-around porch were amazing and so relaxing to listen to the waves. Access to the beach is really close and the amenities inside the house were exactly what you’d need for a short stay. The only downside were the beach chairs-which were either left by other guests or provided by the host. They were functional enough, but really need to be replaced. Other than that, which is so minor in the grand scheme of things, the house was immaculate and probably one of the nicest beach houses we’ve ever stayed in.

Extremely clean and well appointed property. Everything was very well organised by the cleaners & owners. All appliances functioned perfectly. Would happily stay again.

Lovely remote north shore hideaway

This place felt like home. Wonderful kitchen and great view to drink morning coffee looking at the pacific. 45-60 second walk to the beach and easy drive to all the north shore beaches. This location is remote from everywhere except Hanalei…which for us was perfect. 10/10 would stay here again

The photos do not do this home justice. Fantastically clean, updated and tastefully designed. Mountain views, ocean views, easy walk to the beach down a short, dedicated path. Stocked with towels, beach towels, soap, laundry soap, dish soap and all essentials for the kitchen (spices, oils, vinegars, etc.) The grill is a nice Weber with direct gas and is cleaner than ours at home by a mile. The Colony Resort is an easy 3-minute walk — coffee in the morning an a stop on the shuttle pick-up for the Kalalau Trail. A dozen remarkable beaches within a 15-minute drive (and a few accessible via short walks.) A great general store with attached coffee shop nearby (The Haven.) And it’s just 15 minutes from Hanalei, which is delightful. A Jeep or other SUV or truck is recommended — the roads are a load of fun (and harrowing for some). All in all, a dream property.

Perfection in Paradise

We absolute loved our stay! The location was wonderful, the views were amazing, and the beach was quiet and beautiful. The house had everything we needed to remain happy and comfortable. We love Haena, and look forward to returning again soon!

Great location and house!

Property is very nice and updated! Location is amazing! Beach out front was great for some snorkeling and swimming. Really good for relaxing. Home was well appointed. Communication was easy and seamless. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We just completed a wonderful 2-week stay over the holidays. The house was perfect for 2 families and it had so many wonderful amenities (A/C, renovated bathrooms, kitchen and common areas, lots of kitchen gadgets). Most of all, the close proximity to one of the best beaches on north shore Kauai! Beautiful clear waters, views of Napali in the background and NO CROWDS! This our 2nd time near Haena but first in this house, and we will absolutely return sometime soon! Mahalo for helping us create such a memorable vacation!

Great home, great location

Home is clean and modern. Everything works great, awesome wrap around balcony, A/C keeps home cool, close to beach. Stayed in many vacation rentals, this one was most hassle free and delivered exactly what we were hoping for.

This was our 2nd time staying at this property and it was just as amazing as the first! The home is immaculate and spacious with breathtaking views of the ocean and mountains. What we loved most was that this home was fully stocked with everything that we would need for cooking meals and spending time at the beach. The nearby beaches are excellent for snorkeling, where we were able to swim with turtles and the most beautiful fish! We will continue to stay at this same home when we visit in the future. Overall an amazing experience with great memories being made.

Amazing location, beautifully furnished

This was my favorite home away from home. Great location, ocean views settled in a quiet neighborhood. This house is very elegant with modern mid century furnishings, comfortable beds and great floor plan. The host was very friendly and responsive.’ Hope to be back again soon.

5 Star Vacation Home

One of the best rental homes we have ever stayed in. Pictures do not do it justice. 40 steps to an uncrowded beach where we snorkeled everyday. Very close to all the fabulous North Shore beaches, and just a short drive in to Hanalei. We cannot wait to come back!

Fantastic Place and Location

Barely one minute walk to the beach. House was spotless and fully stocked. Property manager was available to answer all questions and even came over to replace batteries for a fan remote control. Totally worth the price!

Fantastic Family Retreat

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Haena Kai was stunning and so was the location. It’s a short walk to an uncrowded beach with swimming, snorkeling, and beautiful views (please note this is not a lifeguarded beach and there are coral reefs not far from shore in shallow water. It’s not for inexperienced ocean swimmers, although there are lifeguarded beaches close by). It’s so relaxing you won’t want to leave the area. The house and its furnishings are beautiful, and Lulu was so hospitable. This is truly a special place.

Picture perfect location.

We had a phenomenal stay in the most picturesque location. Great house, comfortable and relaxing and well appointed. Lots of extras like beach towels, chairs and cooler. Only consideration (nothing the fault of the property) would be to consider driving time and location of island activities as you are quite remote. We would all love to come back.

Tranquil location steps from the beach. Quiet uncrowned jewel 15 minutes from Hanalei. Nothing not to like. Fantastic experience.

Magical

The house and location were better than I could have even imagined. The stunning beach is steps away, the house itself is light, bright and beautiful. We would love to return.
