Completely renovated in the heart of Venice of the Venetians, in an area where you can enjoy the uniqueness of this city far away from mass tourism, in a quiet area for those who want to fully relax while enjoying the rhythms of life unique to this beautiful city, but at same time a 15 minute walk from Piazza San Marco, 5 minutes from the greenest of Venice, in the Biennale Gardens and only 50 meters from the entrance of the Biennale of Contemporary Art.

Perfect venice apartment.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Its a perfect location, lovely newly renovated apartment on a canal, supermarket 2 minutes walk away, friendly management. Couldn't ask for better. Can't wait to go back to Venice and would want to stay here again.

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber,Lage ruhig, direkt am Kanal...Der Vermieter sehr nett und unkompliziert, wir hatten sehr schöne Zeit.Das einzige Manko ist das Schlafsofa statt Bett.

Lovely, cozy spot in a real Venetian neighborhood

We loved our stay at the apartment. The neighborhood is quiet, truly Venetian, but close to everything (either on foot or by vaporetto). Great to have the nearby vaporetto stop, Prix, and restaurants along Garibaldi. Worked perfectly for the three of us. Would definitely return for another stay.

Schöner Venedig Urlaub

Sehr schöne, saubere und liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Voll ausgestattete Küche. Handtücher und Kopfkissen vorhanden, Bettwäsche selbst mitbringen. Sehr netter Vermieter. Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend aber nicht weit (30min) vom Markusplatz. Supermarkt und Bäcker in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft. Annett

This was a very nice apartment comfortable for our needs. Nice area of Venice.

A bit away from the congestion of Venice and that was nice. Good neighborhood and getting places was easy with convenient Vaporetto access. And walking! Grocery store and restaurants nearby. Very clean and well appointed.

abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti in questa deliziosa casa nel quartiere Castello. la casa è molto confortevole, molto bella, con un balconcino su uno dei tanti canali. la zona è perfetta, lontano dal turismo di massa e molto caratteristica, si può passeggiare tra le calli senza essere in coda per qualsiasi cosa. il proprietario è disponibilissimo, gentile e risponde immediatamente alle richieste. grazie di cuore, ottimo soggiorno!

Excellent Choice

Two big rooms on a little, quiet canal in a very quiet section of Venice, away from tourists. Convenient to all of the sights. Easy to find and get to. Very clean. Very well-equipped. Charming in all ways. Lovely antique wooden chests, beamed ceilings, new bathroom (small shower, though), grocery store and restaurant three minutes away. Giuseppe Mele, the proprietor, was very nearby, patient, friendly, accommodating and spoke enough English for all to go smoothly. He even sent a little map to my phone to show us how to get from the dock to the apartment. We left the apartment in excellent condition, so our security deposit was promptly credited back to my account. I will definitely stay here again. Giuseppe even supplied tea and coffee, umbrellas, everything for our comfort. Unlike our apartments in Rome and Florence, we even had heat when we needed it, and that same convenient access to A/C, if we had been there in warm weather. I can't say enough good about this lovely place. I would love to stay here for an extended period of time. We felt very safe here.

sehr schöne Wohnung in ruhider Lage!

Die Wohnung ist absolut empfehlenswet! Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, trotzdem ist man schnell fußläufig bei allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war unklompliziert und sehr nett. Die Ausstatung ist sehr gut und alles war tip-top sauber. Deshalb 5 Sterne!

Eine sehr nette und gemütliche Wohnung mit kleinem Balkon auf den Kanal! Sehr gut ausgestattet. Leider war das Bett (Klappsofa) nicht besonders bequem.

a great place away from the crowds!

The owner gave us very clear directions to get to the property via whatsapp and met us promptly even though it was not a convenient time for him. The property was clean and well-equipped. Perfect for our 3 days in Venice. It is away from the crowds which is lovely but, although it is walkable to the centre, it is convenient to get the vaporetto ( water bus) day tickets that give you unlimited access all around Venice and the islands so that you truly can enjoy the city. It is better to get the boat to Giardini stop rather than the San Pietro stop as this involves walking through a not-so-nice area or the city (especially at night).

Fantastic

It was a bit far away from the nearest Alilaguna stop, but the place and location were perfect. The back room is spacious and the the whole apartment is very clean and well furnished. Air conditioning is much appreciated during the summer, though the apartment is usually quite cool. It is close enough to the many common Venetian attractions, yet far enough to give you a chance to explore the city and enjoy your own private space.

Excellent stay at Studio - Venezia

We enjoyed our stay at the studio. The property was very clean and well maintained. The listing description was accurate - we were just not aware that the bed is a pull-out couch and not as comfortable as a real bed. The location is very convenient since it is quiet and away from the hustle & bustle but close to a water taxi stop. There is a well stocked grocery store very close by that made the stay even more convenient. I would recommend the property any time and would stay there again if we go back to Venice.

An excellent place to stay in an amazing city!!

This was a wonderful place to stay in Venice! The apartment is very clean and comfortable, and there is a beautiful little canal outside the balcony. Giuseppe is very accommodating and made a list of good restaurants for us to try. The apartment is very close to a good street with lots of reasonably prices restaurants, gelato, and coffee. A little walk to the attractions, but it was nice to be away from the crowds. Would highly recommend staying here in Venice!!

Endroit sympathique, propriétaire agréable, salle de bain cuisine et couchage pour 4 personnes sans problèmes supérette à deux pas. par contre excentré des zones touristiques ( place st Marc 15 mn) ce qui fait qu'il est calme mais malgré cet éloignement les prix des cafés et restos n'en sont pas pour autant moins cher.

Parfait !

Renseignements et réponses rapides par mail. Pas de contrat mais tout est parfait sur place. Très propre, lits faits, serviettes de toilettes disponibles... Parfait ! Accueil très sympathique à l'arrivée Location idéalement située : moins de touristes, au coeur d'un vrai quartier vénitien, mais à 2 pas de la place Saint Marc et de toutes les visites. Si nous revenons à Venise, nous reviendrons là!

Ottima soluzione e buona ospitalità

I miei genitori e i loro amici sono rimasti molto contenti dell'ospitalità e della premura con cui li avete seguiti fino all'arrivo all'appartamento. Hanno apprezzato anche il contesto dove è situato, comodo per il centro, ma in luogo tranquillo e caratteristico di Venezia. L'appartamento è funzionale, ben curato e pulito, proprio come descritto dalle foto e dalla planimetria sul sito. Già consigliato ad amici e parenti! Grazie di tutto!

loin de la Venise touristique

Très bon séjour dans ce petit appartement situé dans la Venise populaire (au sens premier du terme), loin de la "masse des touristes" et pourtant tout près des grands sites (environ 30 min à pied de la place St Marc, en flânant, avec aussi possibilité d'y aller en vaporetto). L'appart est parfait pour une famille (nous étions 4 à l'époque) et est très calme. Le fait que le coin salle à manger donne directement sur un canal, çà a un charme fou! Il y a tout pour cuisiner et une superette à côté (comme çà nous avons évité les restos qui sont beaucoup d'attrape-nigauds). Nous avons été accueilli par la voisine qui était charmante et très serviable. Seul gros regret dans le séjour: nous avons trouvé que les Vénitiens (notamment les commerçants) n'étaient pas très chaleureux. Peut-être en ont-ils assez de tous ces touristes!! En tout cas, une super adresse!
