Had a wonderful stay at this lovely duplex in Venice! The location is fantastic, just minutes from the San Basilio vaporetto and wonderfully peaceful while still being close to everything.The apartment is spacious, beautifully equipped and very comfortable, with everything you could need for a longer stay. The garden is a real highlight, such a peaceful and beautiful place to relax after a day exploring Venice. The fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living spaces and independent entrance were appreciated. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it for anyone looking for an authentic, quiet and convenient Venetian stay.

Very easy to get to everything. Was nice to stay outside the heavy tourist zone to get away from the crowds.

Great location and experience - place was safe and quiet - back terrace was peaceful and enjoyed the space. Traveling with family and having 2 bathrooms was a bonus.

Calm and comfortable oasis away from touristy Venice

Easy to get to - very peaceful and roomy and private behind the front door - would love to return next year. The management team and owner were very communicative and efficient.

Great location

Great location in a quiet neighborhood, close to restaurants and supermarket. Short walk to Campo Santa Margherita, a great square. Short walk to Piazzalo Roma and the train station.

Fantastic apartment and terrace

The location was peaceful and yet close to the beautiful Campo Santa Margarita and not far from Piazzale Roma. Very nice bedrooms and a well equipped Kitchen.

Wonderful neighborhood

I love the location and the backyard. The apartment is well equipped and can easily sleep four people. We are close to supermarkets, the vaporetto and restaurants.

Great location and outdoor space is great.

The duplex was clean and the beds were comfortable. Check in was easy, and they let us drop off bags since we arrived earlier in the day. The location was quiet, but close to restaurants, cafes, and public transportation. The outdoor area was a huge plus. We would happily stay at this property again.

Great location

The location qas close to everything. The AC was very appreciated and functioning very well which was great given the very hot weather. We really enjoyed the terrace outside. The neighborhood was very quiete. We liked our stay.

Love it

Love the neighborhood and the back yard. Off the beaten path but close enough to everything perfect for longer stays - 10 days to a month.

This was my fifth long term stay at this apartment. I love the location and I especially enjoy the backyard. Since I went later this year, it was my first time using the air conditioning and it worked beautifully.

Great apartment! Exactly as shown. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed. The beds we comfortable and the AC worked great for our July stay!

Fantastic house and location

This house was great. We had plenty of space and the house had everything you would need for your stay. The location was a quiet neighborhood, with a short walk to anywhere one might want to go. The host was fantastic too. The shower was a little small but we all made it work. Thanks for a great visit!

Nice quiet neighborhood

This is a wonderful house and it comfortably slept four adults. The back courtyard is a bonus and is an extra room in nice weather. The kitchen is well furnished and we cooked in often. This is my second visit and I'm already planning my third.

Comfortable, clean 2 level apartment with private backyard patio.

This apartment is an easy 10 minute walk from the Santa Lucia station. It was clean and comfortable and equipped with AC! Erika was a very responsive host and Irene made us feel at home when we arrived to check in.

This is a lovely place, clean, good beds, good shower. Very quiet. It was very hot when we were there, air conditioning was life saving. Kitchen is well equipped. Patio very nice!!

perfect!

We had 6 total, 3 couples and it was enough room for what we needed. Our stay was absolutely perfect! Only a 5 minute walk from a vaparetto stop. Quaint area and nice to come back to and enjoy patio for quiet evening. a little grocery store was nearby for cold meats, chesses, fresh buns and wine/beer. I would recommend this apartment and would definitely stay again!

Great apt for family

Relatively spacious apartment, good A/C, internet, beds were comfortable and private enclosed backyard. The hosts’s assistants were very helpful and provided good info about restaurants close to the apartment. Only complaint was 2 rolls of tp for family of 5 staying 4 nights.

Off the beaten path

This was an easy location regarding transportation (about a 8 minute walk from Bus/water shuttle). The patio was nice and overall the place has a lot of space. The shower however is very small (even based on Europe standards) and the garbage situation can be a challenge. Was nice to have the space to spread out though.

Great place to stay!

The vrbo was clean and nice ! It’s in a great location and seemed very safe. Was not hard to get from a private water taxi. The trash takeout was a little confusing and it didn’t have a dryer. Other than that it was awesome ! I would stay again without a doubt.

The house is beautiful and very comfortable. It is equipped with everything you may need. Everything is new and immaculate. The beds are perfect! The patio is spacious and beautiful, an ideal place to relax outdoors with privacity. I highly recommend this lovely house In Venezia.
