Ocean Front Studio, Kayak available - Swimming, bring own snorkle Euipment

We have two levels of lawn leading down to the ocean with swimming and snorkelling including a beautiful cluster of coral reefs a few yards from our lawn. The underwater photos were all taken on that cluster of reefs.

Our minimum is now 5 nights and if anyone tests positive during their stay. We have also installed fibre wire to upgrade internet wifi speed to 100Mb for those who may need to work while travelling. We have a charging station that will work with most electric rental car types on-island- All property photos were taken at Wrexford property - Kayak (available with a small fee). You can swim or snorkel (bring your own snorkel equip.). This lovely Studio has all you need, a full-height refrigerator, microwave, small 3 burner stove with oven, flat screen TV, 100 cable channels, wifi, and Bar-B-Q. There is a shower and a phone for Local calls only. The property is .55 acres. Come and experience the best sunsets you have ever seen (weather permitting, of course) - owners run a Bermuda Tour company, Winsome Tours - Check-in time is 3:30 PM and Check-out is 11:00 AM. There is a Key vault next to the door. Once the booking is made, the key vault code will be supplied.

Our break from Winter

The facilities were great, just what is needed. Very clean and ample space outdoors to relax and enjoy the beauty of Bermuda. The sunsets were fabulous. The privacy of the location and the seaside view was breathtaking.

Idyllic quiet place on the beautiful Bermudian coast.

Cute studio apartment with a beautiful ocean view and wonderful owners with vast knowledge of Bermuda. Short drive or taxi to many beaches and parks and other attractions. Wonderful!

Perfect for Snorkeling and Sunsets

This is a great location for a single person or a couple that loves to snorkel. The property has a lawn that slopes down to the water and the reef is available to explore right offshore. The owners live above the apartment and are really helpful if you need them but respect your privacy. The backyard feels very private and is a great place to enjoy your dinner while watching the sun set over the ocean.

Absolutely wonderful

We rented an EV and used this wonderful apt as our home base. The EV charger was such a plus. We already miss having our morning coffee with that view and our evening beverage at sunset. The hosts are wonderful people and the pictures don't capture how great this property is. Fish sandwiches one way, golf and the most beautiful beaches the other. Perfect for a couple.

Beautiful view

Accommodation is clean, comfortable, well taken care of, and the view is gorgeous. Enjoyed talking with Ralph, the owner and neighbors were friendly. Location was convenient to our activity on the west end of Bermuda.

Beautiful Bermuda

Everything was very nice…the view of the ocean was beautiful. Enjoyed my morning coffee out back enjoying the view. The walk to the bus station was a little long but overall we really enjoyed our stay at Ralph’s place. His wife was very nice too ! Would definitely go back.

Spectacular View of the Ocean

Wrexford cottage is a great little place to stay on Bermuda. Ralph was very kind, helpful and accommodating. Spectacular sunsets that can be watched right from your room. Everything was perfect!

Would Recommend to Friends & Family

This property was perfect for us! The view from the backyard was one of the best on the island. Steps leading into the ocean for snorkeling & swimming were perfect. With a short walk to the market we could stock the refrigerator. Quaint & quiet, I would recommend this place to family and friends.

Great location. Beautiful vistas. Watched parrot fish and sea turtles in the water right outside our door. Ralph and Julie are wonderful hosts who were very helpful. We also leveraged their tour company, Winsome tours, for a full island tour which was very well done. We can’t wait to go back.

Ralph and Julie were great hosts! We set off for little adventures on the island, but there really was no need to ever leave the property. We were able to kayak, snorkel and explore right in their backyard. We would 100% go back and stay there again.

Wonderful!

Best view in the world, gracious hosts

This place has the most beautiful view, just simply breathtaking. Our stay with Ralph and Julie was amazing. The place was cozy and had everything we needed. I can't wait to go back. We renter scooters and were able to maneuver the island easily from property but this was also our 5 the visit. I am so glad I found this paradise.

Great Location and Great Hosts

The location was perfect for us. A sloping lawn down to the water and easy access to the reefs offshore. The setting was private and quiet, and offered opportunities for casual outdoor dining and nice sunsets every evening. Our hosts, Ralph and Julie, couldn't have been nicer. They were attentive to our needs but respectful of our space. The studio apartment is small but was clean, comfortable, and provided everything we needed.

Breath-taking ocean view!

This studio apartment opened up to a lush lawn overlooking the most spectacular ocean view you have ever seen. The amenities were accurately listed. We were able to walk to the bus stop to easily get around the island. The grocery was next to the bus stop. The best sunsets ever!

Ralph and Julie are sweet and kind. Wrexford cottage is exactly what you see, Perfect for two people. The property is stunning, to be able to swim in your own back yard is a huge plus for me. Having an EV charger made my husband a very happy man. The neighborhood is quiet, and like all of Bermuda the people were so nice. I’m already planning next years trip.

What a beautiful location to enjoy all that Bermuda has to offer. Ralph and Julie are the most kind people you could ever meet and took such good care of our every need. We will never forget them! The views from our studio were just beautiful and our taxi driver, Anthony, took such good care of us. If we ever come back to Bermuda there is no doubt where we would stay.

WREXFORD COTTAGE IS A DREAM

Hosts Ralph & Julie were thoughtful and efficient - and between them, have the most beautiful smiles on record. That said, we had complete privacy during our stay. They called prior to our travel to confirm details, even arranging the best driver on the island, Corrine! The property is staggeringly beautiful. The neighborhood locals were charming and all wished us “Good Day” as we passed their homes on our walk to the bus. I almost don’t want to rave to much as I feel this is a treasured gem I want access to in the future. Our trip was beyond amazing and we are missing Bermuda upon our return. We cannot thank you enough for contributing to some real Life memories.

Excellent stay at Sandy's

The property was neat and clean and the views were beautiful. There was no need to go anywhere else. The water was like a swimming pool. My hosts were so kind and thoughtful, constantly making suggestions of places I could go and see while I was there. Everything was explained very well upon arrival and I took advantage of the wonderful taxi driver suggested by the hosts which I prebooked prior to arrival in Bermuda. The whole experience was effortless and I cannot wait to return.

Ralph retired as Executive Director of multinational corporate Foundation and is past Commodore of the Royal Bermuda Yacht Club - Julie has been self employed for over 30 years and retired from her preschool business - the two really enjoy hosting at their home and offering full island private tour experiences to visitors. They provide a most informative experience, whether as hosts to guests at their property or giving the full Bermuda tour experience to small and larger groups from hotels or Cruise ships. All of their tours are private to enhance the quality of the Bermuda experience. They believe that it is a privilege to share Bermuda at this stage of their lives. Their Company, Winsome Tours and Consulting Limited, has earned the Trip Advisor 'Hall of Fame' after 5 years with over 230 reviews, 93% of which are 5 stars.

We can sum this up easily. The VIEW is spectacular even for our local guests. The reefs are beautiful (all photos of fish and reefs are taken on our reef) Just over half an acre of property leading down to water access.

Activities from the Property include Kayaking, Snorkeling (bring your own equipment) Bone fishing (when in season), and a 45-acre public park next door (with hiking trails). Julie and Ralph are both qualified Bermuda Blue Flag Tour guides and can answer all your questions about the island when you can catch them at home.
