Ocean Front Studio, Kayak available - Swimming, bring own snorkle Euipment

We have two levels of lawn leading down to the ocean with swimming and snorkelling including a beautiful cluster of coral reefs a few yards from our lawn. The underwater photos were all taken on that cluster of reefs.

Our minimum is now 5 nights and if anyone tests positive during their stay. We have also installed fibre wire to upgrade internet wifi speed to 100Mb for those who may need to work while travelling. We have a charging station that will work with most electric rental car types on-island- All property photos were taken at Wrexford property - Kayak (available with a small fee). You can swim or snorkel (bring your own snorkel equip.). This lovely Studio has all you need, a full-height refrigerator, microwave, small 3 burner stove with oven, flat screen TV, 100 cable channels, wifi, and Bar-B-Q. There is a shower and a phone for Local calls only. The property is .55 acres. Come and experience the best sunsets you have ever seen (weather permitting, of course) - owners run a Bermuda Tour company, Winsome Tours - Check-in time is 3:30 PM and Check-out is 11:00 AM. There is a Key vault next to the door. Once the booking is made, the key vault code will be supplied.

Our break from Winter

The facilities were great, just what is needed. Very clean and ample space outdoors to relax and enjoy the beauty of Bermuda. The sunsets were fabulous. The privacy of the location and the seaside view was breathtaking.

Perfect for Snorkeling and Sunsets

This is a great location for a single person or a couple that loves to snorkel. The property has a lawn that slopes down to the water and the reef is available to explore right offshore. The owners live above the apartment and are really helpful if you need them but respect your privacy. The backyard feels very private and is a great place to enjoy your dinner while watching the sun set over the ocean.

Idyllic quiet place on the beautiful Bermudian coast.

Cute studio apartment with a beautiful ocean view and wonderful owners with vast knowledge of Bermuda. Short drive or taxi to many beaches and parks and other attractions. Wonderful!

Absolutely wonderful

We rented an EV and used this wonderful apt as our home base. The EV charger was such a plus. We already miss having our morning coffee with that view and our evening beverage at sunset. The hosts are wonderful people and the pictures don't capture how great this property is. Fish sandwiches one way, golf and the most beautiful beaches the other. Perfect for a couple.

Amazing property and great hosts.

We arrived just days after a hurricane hit the Island. Ralph and Julie went above and beyond to make sure everything was ready for our stay. We've stayed here in the past and we will stay here again in the future. Can't beat this location!

WREXFORD COTTAGE IS A DREAM

Hosts Ralph & Julie were thoughtful and efficient - and between them, have the most beautiful smiles on record. That said, we had complete privacy during our stay. They called prior to our travel to confirm details, even arranging the best driver on the island, Corrine! The property is staggeringly beautiful. The neighborhood locals were charming and all wished us “Good Day” as we passed their homes on our walk to the bus. I almost don’t want to rave to much as I feel this is a treasured gem I want access to in the future. Our trip was beyond amazing and we are missing Bermuda upon our return. We cannot thank you enough for contributing to some real Life memories.

Fantastic birthday vacation

We had such a fantastic time in our first visit to Bermuda! We ate outside in the backyard on several evenings and watched the sunset. We kayaked and snorkeled and watched parrotfish. It was definitely a blessing to have the charging station at the house to charge our electric vehicle (which we also recommend getting). Ralph and Julie were excellent hosts and we enjoyed chatting with them. We went all over the island but we also spent plenty of time staying in the room. It’s cozy and comfortable and a really great place to relax. We went grocery shopping a few times and brought the food back to make meals in the kitchen. We had everything we needed there. Thanks so much Ralph and Julie!

Peaceful by the sea.

My husband and I recently spent a week at the Wrexford Cottage. Ralph and Julie were extremely kind hosts who take pride in their home and the island. The apartment was clean and cozy and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The apartment was also very well temperature regulated and comfortable which is not always the case in humid climates. The property was quiet and the views were breath taking. From the moment I arrived and looked out at the ocean felt peaceful. We were lucky enough to see parrot fish and eagles rays from the shore. Some of our favorite moments during our week in Bermuda were spent on the lawn at the cottage. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great Location and Great Hosts

The location was perfect for us. A sloping lawn down to the water and easy access to the reefs offshore. The setting was private and quiet, and offered opportunities for casual outdoor dining and nice sunsets every evening. Our hosts, Ralph and Julie, couldn't have been nicer. They were attentive to our needs but respectful of our space. The studio apartment is small but was clean, comfortable, and provided everything we needed.

Heaven on earth

Everything was perfect. The cottage studio was just as described. Julie and Ralph (the hosts) treated us like family. Ralph gave us great recommendations on beaches :) We loved swimming in front of their house and seeing all the fish . We are planning on going back next fall. We spent 10 days at Wrexford Cottage and it was pure heaven

Paradise!

Wrexford Cottage is the best! My husband and I have stayed here twice now, and it only gets better. The listing is accurate and the pictures don’t do it justice. It’s better in person. The apartment is cozy and had everything we needed to cook meals at home and relax. The small reef was perfect for snorkeling around. I’ve snorkeled all over Bermuda, and this is some of the best. We saw all kinds of fish - schools of Parrot Fish, balloon fish, squirrel fish, and a spotted eagle ray are just a few of the things we saw! Ralph and Julie are excellent hosts! We left here refreshed and feeling as if we made new friends. This place is purely magical!

Beautiful Bermuda

Everything was very nice…the view of the ocean was beautiful. Enjoyed my morning coffee out back enjoying the view. The walk to the bus station was a little long but overall we really enjoyed our stay at Ralph’s place. His wife was very nice too ! Would definitely go back.

Beautiful Bermuda!

The property is just as stated in all the descriptions, simply beautiful. Swimming, snorkeling, and kayaking right from the property...it was everything we thought it would be, but so much more. Ralph and Julie are excellent hosts, very accommodating and available for info and guidance about the island and it's history. Only first-timer mistake on our part was not scheduling a car rental beforehand. It's only 1/2 mile to the bus stop, but it's up a steep hill and down. We did it, but the July heat made it a grueling trek. We'll know better next time. All in all, a wonderful week in Bermuda.

What a Relaxing Vacation!

My daughter and I enjoyed a wonderful stay at Wrexford Cottage. Ralph and Julie were the perfect hosts!! The waterfront location provided the most beautiful sunsets we had ever seen in Bermuda. The neighborhood was so quiet which allowed us to enjoy the singing frogs all night long. We especially liked sitting on what we referred to as our “happy steps” at the water. It was here that we were able to watch the huge parrot fish. There was an EV charger on site which was an added plus since we rented a Twizy for the week. Our stay was extremely relaxing because of our accommodations, location, and inviting hosts! We are already planning to return next year!!!!

Slice of paradise

Ralph and Julie are sweet and kind. Wrexford cottage is exactly what you see, Perfect for two people. The property is stunning, to be able to swim in your own back yard is a huge plus for me. Having an EV charger made my husband a very happy man. The neighborhood is quiet, and like all of Bermuda the people were so nice. I’m already planning next years trip.

Beautiful view

Accommodation is clean, comfortable, well taken care of, and the view is gorgeous. Enjoyed talking with Ralph, the owner and neighbors were friendly. Location was convenient to our activity on the west end of Bermuda.

Great location. Beautiful vistas. Watched parrot fish and sea turtles in the water right outside our door. Ralph and Julie are wonderful hosts who were very helpful. We also leveraged their tour company, Winsome tours, for a full island tour which was very well done. We can’t wait to go back.

Magical Week in Bermuda!

What an unbelievably beautiful place! We had an amazing week's stay at Ralph and Julie's lovely cottage apartment. The vast, unobstructed turquoise ocean was our very backyard! We were able to snorkel in a beautiful little reef just a few fin-kicks from the expansive yard. So much fun swimming with the brightly-colored parrotfish! We even got to see a little sea turtle cross right by in front of us one day. The place was very clean and had everything needed, and the on-site electric vehicle charging station was key to our being able to get around the island all week on a Twizzy. Our friendly hosts provided great advice about places to see and dine, and we enjoyed our chats. We were so blessed to have the chance to stay at Wrexford Cottage - hope to come back some day!

Gorgeous Ocean Front property

My husband and I stayed here for a week at the end of May. The hosts were very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. They were very helpful and easy to get in touch with when needed. We were able to charge our electric rental car on site. The apartment had everything we needed and the bed was comfortable. The property was beautiful and being able to walk down the lawn and right into the ocean was the best! Gorgeous sunsets right from the yard! We loved the tandem kayak. There were many areas to explore within walking/kayaking distance. The store and bus stop at the top of the road was very convenient as well. We would stay here again on our next visit to Bermuda!

Breath-taking ocean view!

This studio apartment opened up to a lush lawn overlooking the most spectacular ocean view you have ever seen. The amenities were accurately listed. We were able to walk to the bus stop to easily get around the island. The grocery was next to the bus stop. The best sunsets ever!

Ralph retired as Executive Director of multinational corporate Foundation and is past Commodore of the Royal Bermuda Yacht Club - Julie has been self employed for over 30 years and retired from her preschool business - the two really enjoy hosting at their home and offering full island private tour experiences to visitors. They provide a most informative experience, whether as hosts to guests at their property or giving the full Bermuda tour experience to small and larger groups from hotels or Cruise ships. All of their tours are private to enhance the quality of the Bermuda experience. They believe that it is a privilege to share Bermuda at this stage of their lives. We can sum this up easily. The VIEW is spectacular even for our local guests. The reefs are beautiful (all photos of fish and reefs are taken on our reef) Just over half an acre of property leading down to water access.
