Pool House Studio In A Garden Setting + EV chargers

The pool house has a queen bed and its own bathroom + shower. It is next to our house in a spacious yard in a quiet residential neighborhood. The bus stop is a 3 minute walk, while the beautiful John Smith's Bay beach is a 5 minute walk and the grocery store is 12 minutes away. We have a Labrador on the property so this is not a good fit unless you like dogs. :)

The kitchen area includes a small fridge, a Keurig coffee maker, electric kettle, hot plate, microwave and a toaster oven. There is no oven in the unit. There is a gas grill that is available for your use.

We also have another rental unit on the property, which is great if you want to travel with another couple/ friends. It is VRBO 969757 - please check it out! The other unit has a stove too.

You will have the pool house all to yourselves during the stay. You are also welcome to enjoy the pool which is right outside your door! It also makes this property unsuitable for children under 12. There is plenty of parking should you decide to rent a 50cc motor bike or a Twizy electric mini car. We also have a Twizy charging station on the property for your convenience.

We have towels, beach towels, iron, hair dryer and shampoo all here for your use. There is cable TV (includes HBO and Showtime), free wifi and air conditioning/ dehumidifier/ heat.

Bermuda's largest nature reserve, Spittal Pond is a 10 minute walk from our property. It is a great, diverse walk. There are 2 very good restaurants in Flatts Village about a mile away, Rustico and the Village Pantry. Flatts is also home to the Bermuda Aquarium. Collectors Hill area is about a mile away and has a few restaurants, a pharmacy, grocery store and a gas station. Hamilton and St. Georges are each about a 15 minute taxi or bike ride away and offer many restaurants and shopping.

The pool house at Las Brisas was perfect for us. It had all the amenities listed, really everything we needed. The hosts were available and attentive to any needs we had, yet not intrusive or overbearing. The interior decorations were beautiful and well considered. We will definitely stay there on our next Bermuda trip!

We had a wonderful stay at the pool house. Everything for our stay was well thought out. Communication with host was easy and informed, directions to house were clear. The house had all the amenities we needed and extra; umbrella, small cooler for beach picnic, coffee pods etc. We enjoyed meeting our hosts and would stay again when we return to Bermuda.

Our stay was super relaxing. We rented an EV and a fresh charge each time we headed out. Pool was super clean. Neighborhood is nice for walks.

The hosts, Chris and Gail are wonderful. Tilly, their dog, is adorable. The pool house was perfect for us. We went to Bermuda for a wedding, and stayed for a week. We had plenty of room. You can’t beat the location. We highly recommend this property to anyone!

Excellent stay!!

Hosts were very accommodating and proactively helpful. Location was quiet and located near lovely beach and a nature preserve. Bus stops down the hill and short walk to grocery store. We plan to return some time!

Chris and Gail are wonderful hosts. We were greeted by Chris and given a quick overview of the place plus there was a booklet that had listings of tours and their phone numbers if we needed to reach them. The property is beautiful . There is a close line on the property around back which was great for hanging out wet bathing suits. The beach and market are close too. Just down the hill is the bus stop to get into Hamilton or St George's . We did use Hitch which is like Uber and it was great service . I would highly recommend this location.

1st Time in Bermuda

The property is gorgeous- sits up on a hill - walking distance to the beach. The hosts were friendly and helpful. The pool is spectacular and perfect after a day of exploring. We loved sitting outside at night and star gazing- no mosquitoes!! Had all we needed for breakfasts, and simple meals. Check in and out was a breeze.
