Just what we needed!

We ran into an issue with another rental while in Panama City. This location has everything they stated and so many other included options! Such a smooth process for our family and we had a great time!

Very nice condo in a great location.

Everything was good except for the Elevators. We waited 30mins for an elevator. We eventually had to collect all our luggage and walk down 2 flights of stairs because of the elevator... That was not pleasant in 90 degree heat!!!! Other than that it was nice

Stay not recommended

The apartment was very neglected, dirty walls, there were things under the beds, the bathrooms smell bad and with mold, very, very neglected and dirty, the place is beautiful. I would not return to this place without a doubt, there are other much better apartments for the price offered for this one. In general terms, it lacks too much maintenance.

Would not recommend this condo

This condo was not cleaned well and we had to clean it, we were reimbursed the cleaning fee but it took the housekeeping 3 days to show up to mop the floor. There were dirty dishes in the cabinets, mold in the shower. We provided a list of everything that needs attention. Hopefully the owner will improve things for future renters.

Feels like a prison

The condo was ok, excluding the fact that the pool and splash pad are right outside your door on the 5th floor, which they failed to mention! They have security guards that walk around constantly looking for you to do something wrong, and writing out warning tickets and/or $100 fines. Rules are VERY strict!! I'm fine with regulations, but, these were insane. What?! Am I on vacation or imprisoned at this place! Would NEVER stay here again!!
