We appreciate you taking the time to leave feedback! The master bedroom is not a loft, but rather there is not door into the bedroom. A loft implies you can look over and see into the living space from the bedroom. We do include the best photos we can to accurately show the bedroom configurations including one in this listing where you can see the master bedroom and staircase going down. While we do supply property information and a couple of messages asking if you have everything you need during your stay, I'm not sure why you received so much information and 20 messages. It might be because you booked through but I will look into it. Normally, when booking directly through us you don't receive that many messages. We provide all relevant info in a short pdf and then check in mid-stay to make sure you don't need anything. I'm sorry that you somehow received extra pieces of information that you found annoying - I would be annoyed too! Book direct with us next time and save and avoid the unnecessary communication :) It was a pleasure to host you and we hope you were still able to have a great stay for your visit for a wedding.

I am sorry to hear you had a difficult time communicating with our team, that is definitely not what we want to hear. We are available from 8am to 10pm via phone, text, or email and we want your stay to be as enjoyable as possible. I know it is frustrating to have to deal with maintenance issues when you are on vacation. We do appreciate you calling us to let us know about the cupboard door and the toilet that needed replacing. We did purchase and replace the toilet and have had our maintenance check the others as well. We're glad he was able to re-hinge the cupboard door during your stay.
