Private Guest Suite in LA's Idylic Westside

Thank you for your feedback. We take all guest comments seriously, as we strive to maintain the 10/10 experience our guests typically enjoy. However, we would like to clarify a few points regarding your stay. • Cleanliness: We pride ourselves on high standards. Upon investigation, the "clippings" mentioned were actually festive gift-wrapping trimmings left over from our holiday staging. We apologize for the confusion, but we can assure you our space was professionally cleaned prior to your arrival. • Amenities: Our studio is accurately described in the listing, including the size of the refrigerator. Regarding the linens, our bathroom is equipped with standard towel racks for both bath and hand towels to ensure guest comfort. • Maintenance: We regularly inspect our property. What was described as water damage is a minor aesthetic wall finish; however, we are always happy to address guest concerns immediately if they are brought to our attention during the stay. While we understand your frustration, the request for a 100% refund was unreasonable given the timing. However, as a gesture of goodwill during our busiest New Year's holiday weekend, we provided a 50% refund despite our strict no-refund policy. We feel this was a more than fair resolution, especially considering your room was held for a 5-day reservation and could not be rebooked on such short notice.
