A newly remodeled guest suite features an exposed brick fireplace and more classic details, offset by neutral, relaxing hues and organically refined accents. The open-plan suite is roomy and airy, with plenty of natural light and room for 4 guests. One queen-size bed and one queen-size sofa bed with a 10 inch thick Air Dream Mattress. Fully stocked kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, cooktop and cooking utensils.

Our stay

It was a very nice and clean place, the area was nice too. Do plan to have ground transportation, because there’s no stores or restaurants close to walk to.

Great Stay in LA

My son and I stayed nearly a week as we visited LA for a senior trip and it was a great location, pretty close to a lot of the sites you'll want to see. Super comfortable beds in a safe, quiet neighborhood and it was easy to find street parking. It was a great place to recharge between activities and get a good night's rest. It is in the host's basement, so there is some noise coming from upstairs but otherwise feels very private with plenty of natural light.

Quiet and relaxing

The neighborhood is very quiet and relaxing. Room is clean and could fit 2/3 people with sofa bed. Check process is very easy. Overall enjoyed my stay there.

As advertised

Clean, comfortable, attractive, within half hour of everything. Only drawback no freezer so must eat that pint of Haagen Dazs you bought right away :). Lovely place, great host.

Beautiful neighborhood with wonderful host

The studio is located in a beautiful neighborhood. The host is very responsive and helpful. She had the pull out bed made prior to our arrival. Both the regular bed and pull out was comfortable. Check in process was no contact and super easy. Would 100% recommend and stay again ☺️

Great location, Lovely space!

This space was exactly the same as the pictures! The hosts had the sleeper bed ready when we arrived and made sure We had parking in front of the house. Great place with everything we needed and will definitely be back!

Very comfortable place!

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay here. There was such thoughtfulness from our host that really made our time feel special (with so many toiletries and complimentary coffee and tea provided). Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting LA

Very comfortable!

Magali was a great communicator and the unit had many essentials for a comfortable stay. Bed is comfy and wifi is great. The only thing I didn't realize in advance is the only refrigerator is dorm room size. That was a challenge for my needs but I'm sure is great for other folks.

Good location

This property had a good location but it was noisy and too light in the mornings. Bed was comfortable. Average cleanliness. I felt it was a bit overpriced.

So much nicer than a hotel

An oasis - is how I would describe this wonderful property. It is spacious, light & airy, stocked with many amenities. The owner/manager has thought of everything! Loved the location, feels like the suburbs in the city, and I enjoyed hiking around the neighborhood, seeing the beautiful homes. If I had to pick one negative, or thing that could be improved, it would be the bedding. I'm extremely picky about sheets and prefer italian cotton, med thread count, percale - sheets that breathe. Nice hotels advertise their quality bedding; this vrbo could too.

Magali was amazing. Very polite and welcoming. We had a couple of simple inquiries during our stay and she addressed them immediately. Terrific hostess. I would recommend this stay for anyone.

Cozy & Convenient

My son and I stayed here while visiting family in the area. It was convenient to everything, quiet, and well-equipped. The bed and pull-out sofa bed slept very comfortably. This property is in the basement of a family home. At times, we could hear them moving about upstairs but it wasn't bothersome at all, and we didn't see them during our stay. The neighborhood was lovely and parking on the street was easy and available all week. Would definitely stay again!

Nice Stay

Spent a nice 2 nights here. The photos represent the unit well and all was as expected. The bed was very comfortable. We had everything we needed except for kitchen towels to dry dishes. I'm sure the host would have provided them if we asked for them.

Great vacation here, as usual

This is our second time staying at this VRBO. Magali is a wonderful host and provides everything we needed and more. The location is perfect-near everything yet in a quiet neighborhood. We highly recommend this VRBO.

Great with communication

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. Great, quiet neighborhood. We had issues connecting to WiFi so we messaged. Our host messaged us back right away and took care of the issue. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend !!
