Great location

Visiting for the Volleyball nationals. This was a great property and central to everything. The Host communicated promptly and check-in was a breeze!

Great place, great host.

This is a great place to stay with a family. Plenty to do, lots of nearby places to eat, and close to numerous Theme parks. David was a great host, easy to coordinate with and quick to respond to questions. Check Out was as easy as it gets. Would 100% stay here again.

Host is responsive. Unit and resort are well maintenance and so clean. Staffs are friendly and resourceful. Heated pool and hot jetted tub are excellent.The closing time for pool and hot tub are 11 pm, but the black uniform lady and man asked us politely to leave at 10:15 pm. We felt embarrassing

Blue Tree Resort

Overall, we were satisfied with our deluxe king suite. The resort location was extremely convenient to Disney and Universal parks. Our unit decor was a little dated, but clean and spacious. All resort and condo amenities were as described. Resort pools and property were well kept. Communication with property owner was exceptional. We would recommend this property.

Just adequate

The heat/ac is building controlled. We were there when the temperatures were cool, but the building was in ac mode. So no heat til the outside temperatures were 55 or lower. No mention of the in the description of the property. The living room furniture needed cleaned or upgraded.The bathroom was too small!

AAU Volleyball National Championship

Visited for AAU Volleyball National Tournament. Property was as pictured. The building runs on a chiller system. AC only ran on low making the humidity within the unit high. Maintenance brought a dehumidifier which helped, but didn’t make the unit any cooler. Thermostat was set to 58 and the coolest was 73. Hot water at kitchen sink is like warm and takes a long time to get warm. Showers are good and hot. Interior was fairly clean, with the exception of the floor. Our feet were consistently covered in sand and black. I hand washed floors mid week and resolved this issue. Amenities are as described, newer appliances and everything works as it should. Beds are comfortable! Staff was excellent with working with AC and humidity concern. Owner is extremely responsive! Pool areas, bathrooms, and grills are well maintained. We will definitely be back!

Perfect location for Disney and Universal Parks

Condo had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Nicest part was that they provide fresh towels and sheets twice a week! Thanks for a great stay!

Spring break trip

This property is located near everything. The condo was available early and we were allowed to check in early. The heated pools were nice. The property could use a few more lounge chairs. Many other guests or owners woke up early and claimed their chairs for the day leaving many families with nowhere to sit. The property is older, but well maintained. We were only 15 minutes to the Magic Kingdom and close to Disney Springs. We spent a day at Cocoa Beach, about an hour drive. Very nice overall. Great value. Would stay here again.

Nice, Quiet Location

We enjoyed having this nice and quiet location to relax at after our long days at the amusement parks. Lots of activities to try (our favorite was shuffle board and swimming). Easy walk to a few good restaurants. Would recommend to anyone!

Great location

The property is located close to everything, and it’s very well maintained. The room is very big and my family and I enjoyed our stay. I will definitely recommend this property to friends and family, and I will be returning to this place in the future.

Awesome after a small hiccup.

Upon arriving, we were given a regular unit, because of an issue in a handicap unit. This was a problem for me since I am disabled. I messaged the owner David, and he got with the property manager the next morning very early. They had the handicap unit fixed up for us by 4pm the next day. A little stress for the first night, but the owner was great, and it was obvious he was upset that this happened to us. He helped to make it right as quick as possible. The units are somewhat updated, and clean as can be. They were very acceptable, and had everything we needed. A little less square footage than we are used to, but the 4 of us did fine for the week. Now, for the most important part.... This resort is right in the heart of the theme parks! We never had more than a 17 minute drive the whole week, and that was avoiding I-4 (like a plague), we didn't use it once. We used exactly one tank of gas driving for 7 days all over the area, so that is awesome. We have stayed in 6 other villas/houses around Orlando in the past 10 years, and though they were all bigger, some nicer, the proximity of Blue Tree Resort to all the activities made it our favorite location to stay yet. Driving a rental car on vacation, or even our own, is kinda stressful...so this helped tremendously. If we return to Orlando, and I'm sure we will, we will try to book here again! Thanks for your help David, much appreciated!

Spring Break 2019
