My apologies for your concerns. We did offer to send someone to clean and were told they went. When we found they didn't go,you had already decided to check out. We do have quite a bit of rain and when it rains the palmetto bugs come out. I am so happy we could refund the remainder of your stay and let you go home. Warm Regards, Jenny Jordan Highfill

We do wish you would have brought these matters to our attention either upon arriving at the unit, at check-out, or when you were contacted in regards to the lost key. That is what we are here for and we express this with all of our guests at check in. We say when you get to the unit, if something is wrong, call us. We cannot fix anything unless we know it is broken. We take great pride in offering up to date photos on our properties so guests can see their exact travel accommodations prior to arrival. Our pictures are taken and updated within one calendar year. I’m sorry you feel this unit is dated. The owner has taken great strides to conduct renovations so that their guests will feel comfortable throughout their stay. As far as the outside of the building is concerned, the Ocean Dunes complex is not new construction, and we never claim it to be. If the exterior was in “shambles” as you claim, again, I would have hoped you would have contacted us so we could have brought it to the HOA’s attention.
