Baby Grand Piano in entry. kitchen with bar seating surrounding it, incredible coffee bar, dining room overlooking river, game room with fireplace, pool table, games/puzzle table, giant wall Scrabble, Golden Tee, assorted board games and our fabulous River Pub bar. All spaces furnished with your comfort in mind.

Upstairs you will find our 9-seat movie theater, children's library, general library with fireplace and 5 additional bedrooms. Including the Grand Suite with private balcony seating.

Outside you will roam the 3300 sf wrap around deck with views of the river, Tumwater Mountain, your private golf green and adjacent working pear orchard among the 3 acres of space. Your private sandy beach in the summer months is located off back deck with plenty of chairs for your relaxation.
The river deck seating area is everyone's favorite spot on the property with heaters above for snowy days or cool nights - overlooks the river for continual relaxation. Also 2 steel log gas fire pits for your enjoyment.

Outdoor dining tables for 16 overlooking river as well as a bar overlooking the beach and river. Endless seating options. Hot tub has river views and Tumwater Mountain views as well. Gas BBQ and Traeger Smoker.
