Beautiful and unique home. Pool great! Big dining table for meals, games, cards, puzzles. Large living room with lots of seating. It does have steep stairs and a few levels with 2-3 stairs but we have stairs at home so it wasn’t a problem.Very close to Leavenworth - train track close by but barely heard it. The host was wonderful - answered questions immediately and made sure we had everything and enjoyed our stay. Had an amazing time and would go back in a heartbeat!

Very quiet wooded area, where you can relax and still be close to town. There is lots of space, and a big plus is the 3 master bedrooms. The pool is mich longer than it appears in the photos. Hot tub is great secluded from any neighbors, which we hardly ever saw. Huge BBQ we used to cook for 11, they were even meat thermometers They also had plenty plates, cups of utensils, well stock kitchen and an ice maker in the closet which was very great for a hot summer drinks. Everything was well labeled the cupboards and even the light switches. They even had a roll away bed which was convenient for one of our grandchildren. Most of the TVs on Roku TVs and the one in the living room is huge.

Great location with a relaxing quiet atmosphere. We loved the pool and how close the home is to downtown Leavenworth, Reindeer Farm, and horseback riding. We will definitely visit again!

This is the second time we stay at Rosy Boa and my friends, and I have decided we will continue to book this place on a yearly basis. The beds are comfortable, the pool and hot tub are awesome, and it very close to downtown Leavenworth. Highly recommend this place to anyone with a large family or a group of friends.

I've never seen such a wide breadth of spices in the spice cabinet at a VRBO. We were actually able to make french toast without having to run to the store of cinnamon and vanilla. And the pool is awesome, especially for when weather is not cooperating with outdoor activities.

Gorgeously tucked in the mountains while being super close to town. It was perfect for our group. Everything we needed for cooking was available, the pool and hot tub were perfect, beds were very comfortable. Enjoyed having many bathrooms for privacy. Would absolutely stay again.

The house was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The bedrooms were cozy, and we loved having a private pool and hot tub. Even though we couldn’t use the hot tub jets, the water temperature was perfect.The biggest highlight was definitely the pool. The kids spent all day and evening swimming, and the pool was warm and enjoyable. There were also plenty of pool toys and towels available, which was a nice bonus.One thing that surprised us was that the kitchen exhaust fan vents into the pool room. If you’re planning to cook foods with strong smells, like onions or spices, you may want to plan your pool time accordingly.Before booking, just be aware that there are quite a few reminders posted throughout the house about being quiet after 10:00 p.m. because of the neighbors. The quiet hours are completely understandable, but the number of signs throughout the home felt a bit excessive.The hot tub is located around the corner from the grill. Adding a few stepping stones or a walkway would be a nice improvement, as the ground between the two areas isn’t very comfortable to walk on barefoot.Overall, this is a beautiful home with gorgeous views and plenty of space for a large family gathering. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it.

Fun family trip

We stayed in this property for 3 nights, with our extended family. It was a great property to stay with easy access to downtown. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool a lot. Easy communication with the property manager, check in and check out was easy

Wonderful relaxing retreat.

The house is a wonderful retreat, of the beaten path but close to town. The home is well stocked and was a perfect get away for our family with young adult children and their SO’s. It has fun activities with the pool and game room. It was a great place to connect, and Tara was great. We’d stay there again.

5 Stars – Perfect Stay!

Our group of three families had an amazing stay at this house in Leavenworth! The home had everything we needed—well-stocked, comfortable, and spacious. Walmart delivery made it easy to stock up, and the location was perfect, just a short distance from town. It was the ideal spot for a relaxing and fun getaway. Highly recommend!
