Located on a quiet street just a five minute walk to State Street sits this well-appointed Spanish home. Beautiful, comfortable, elegant, and loaded with charm. This property is a luxurious and relaxing retreat in the heart of Santa Barbara.

Nearby you'll find trendy wine tasting rooms, a variety of shops and an abundance of restaurants, and a stunningly beautiful natural environment. The home is located two blocks from the world's most picturesque walking/running path bordering Cabrillo Boulevard and the beach.

Dining and living areas offer ample space to unwind or entertain.

Unit is two bedrooms and one bathroom with tub/shower. The master bedroom has a CA king-size W hotel Signature Bed, TV, and workspace. The second bed room has two twin beds. The cook's kitchen boasts new appliances and is fully equipped with all of the amenities you'll need to dine at home. There are several local Farmer's markets within walking distance.

We enjoyed our one night stay at this home in Santa Barbara. Great location! Just a little tight in the bathroom area for our family of 5 to use, but we enjoyed our stay in our road trip up the California coast!

We had a great stay here for a college campus visit at UCSB. Great location and very clean. We were able to make breakfast Sunday morning before we left and the kitchen had everything we needed. Thanks!

The location couldn’t have been better, just a short walk to the beach which makes it so easy to enjoy morning strolls and sunset views. It’s also surrounded by good restaurants and cafes. The house was beautifully furnished and well maintained. Everything felt clean and comfortable.We would absolutely come back again.

The property was beautiful and the location perfect! It was a 10-15 minute walk to the beach and resturuants. We traveled with a child with a disability and another young child and it was a comfortable stay. I would give a 10/10, but the bedroom smelled terribly of mold. The windows in one of the bedrooms did not open safely and the ceiling fans did not work, so the smell was oppressive and by the end of the stay felt overwhelming. The place was clean, so my husband thought it may have been the carpet. Without this factor I'd stay again and again, as we travel to Santa Barbara evey year.

Kitchen and living room are nicely done. Old but correct. Bathroom is really minimal. Old and not revamped. The main reason why I’m giving only 3 stars is the master bedroom. The bed is horrible and would need to be replaced. Good thing that I’ve used the extra pillows from the second bedroom otherwise I could not have slept on the monster pillows from the master bedroom. All sort of electric cords running on the floor. Portable AC in the window. To summarize, if a good night sleep is not your priority then you might go for it. But if it is then you should rethink your options especially at this price. My 2 cents.

A lovely home in a lovely quiet neighborhood, close to the beach, downtown accessible. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture, responsive host. We had a thoroughly enjoyable time.

This is the second time we have stayed here. It's an older building, but we love the style. It's quiet and in a great location close to everything. We rented bikes and biked everywhere. Beds were comfortable. We'll be back!

This upstairs apartment was amazing. This was the best kitchen well-stocked with absolutely anything and everything a family could use for their stay. The beds were very comfortable. The location is perfect. The dining room was comfortable and large. The living spaces were full of charm. I would definitely try to stay here again.

Walkable to literally everything. Stayed here with my wife, 2 kids, and Grammy. Great little getaway spot.

Fun Time in SB

Totally relaxing time here! This is a wonderful location - close to downtown and the beach. This is the second time we stayed here - what a wonderful place. We hope to always stay here when traveling to SB.

Great location and quiet. We enjoyed our stay. Only thing missing was some cooking oil and a coffee bean grinder but everything else was great.

We grew up on California's central coast, and now make Santa Barbara our home. It is a wonderful place to live and we feel like we're vacationing in our own home town. This home is central to the Santa Ynez wine country, and just 90 minutes from Los Angeles.
