Beautiful home nestled in the forest. If you want a mountain escape, this is it. It is set up nicely for short term rental visitors. My only wish is that I could give it six stars instead of the five star max

The owners thought of every detail to make the accommodations perfect. My husband and I are 92 and 87 years old and although we have difficulty with stairs, we did manage. One suggestion from us would be handrails on both sides of stairs for safety.

Cabin has everything you will need, from dishes, pots/pans, contemporary stove and refrigerator. It has warming lights in the bathroom with the shower and warming base for the bed that has 2 different controls for either side of the bed. The cottage is decorated historically and very nicely and you feel the peace and serenity of your surroundings. Food places are not far at all and there are great choices to try. They have different streaming services, games, hike information and a fireplace. It is a great place to go and escape.

Everything that is said and shown in the listing is accurate! I love that it is in the forest and just far enough away from busy areas yet close enough. The rainfall shower head was amazing. Being able to sit outside and enjoy nature was wonderful. We even went and sat on the bench where the stream is too. It felt like home away from home! We can’t wait to go back!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this cabin. The owners are extremely nice and helpful and left information on the history of the cabin as well as things to do and places to eat in the area. The cabin is very clean and new with an old time appeal and was even better than the photos. It's a very quiet area yet it is close enough to the Village and Blue Jay / Twin Peaks to make it pleasant to shop or explore.Overall, we would highly recommend this cottage!
