Dog-loving cabin! Theater room | Gorgeous views

Guests come to the mountains to gather and reconnect with friends and to enjoy the amazing views of the Smoky Mountains. Quite possibly the perfect 3 bedroom, Breathtaking Views sleeps 6 guests while offering incredible views of the mountains as well as several places to gather, whether its the game room, the great room or your own private home theater room with 10 foot screen!

2 night stay or 2 week stay your cabin is equipped with a full kitchen and all the cookware and appliance you'll need to prepare in cabin meals, including a dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, mixer, toaster and microwave. You'll also have a washer and dryer for extended stays.

Spread out in 1 of the 3 suites, 2 with king beds and the other with a queen bed. 3 Full baths adjoins each suite.

You won't get bored! Head to the game room for a game of Foosball or pool and then venture into the theater room for an amazing big screen surround sound experience with theater seating.

Free WIFI, a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board, and paved parking are included for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents.

Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin.

We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

This cabin is professionally managed by Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals in Gatlinburg, TN. We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. Breathtaking Views Review

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was nice but it's on a very steep incline. You are not getting up this hill in rain or snow without a 4-wheel drive. It does need to be cleaned better before guest arrival. Please make sure to read all of the information about the theater room.

Clean, quiet

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice cabin. The view is becoming obstructed by trees but it's still pretty. The furniture was comfy. The dressers, tables, etc, have a lot of scratches and wear and tear but, everything was clean. The beds are old and creak when you move bit still drcently comfortable. My daughter loved the hot tub. Nice to have the games and theater room. The dining room lighting is horrible! The floors are very clean! It's very close to other cabins. Nice, easy drive to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We would stay with Elk Springs again but, maybe in a cabin with less creaky beds. Overall still a very nice cabin.

Our Christmas getaway

Beautiful Cabin in need of some attention

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin itself is beautiful, views were amazing, and location was perfect. However, the cabin needed some love. The blankets, sheets, floors, windows, and balconies all were dirty. I recommend hiring a new cleaning company as we cleaned better during our stay there than the condition the cabin came in. We were not able to sit outside on the balconies due to the infestation of carpenter bees, digging constant holes in the wood and flying around. I did message and I received a call that they would fix the problem the following day, however no one cared to call back.

The Southern Griswold Adventure

We had fun in Gatlinburg. Cowboy Way cabin was spacious and just as advertised. Close enough to the parkway but far enough to be quiet. The staff from Elk Springs were very responsive and helpful.

AMAZING VIEWS

I would like to give some feedback for improvements, there weren’t enough towels for both the hot tub and showers, and when washing the towels that were available the dryer takes hours to get the towels dry. Also the bathtub jets need cleaned, I’m assuming they just aren’t used very often, but when running a bath for my toddler there was a lot of gunk in the water from the jets

Relaxing Week

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Breathtaking views was a good cabin for us. The parking was awful, but we made it work. The cabin was spacious and smelt clean as soon as we walked in. The bathrooms were great sized. My only complaint was the microwave filter had a huge dust ball on it.

Great Vacation

The check-in process was very simple and so was the checkout process. Would recommend Elk Springs Resort Rentals to my family and friends. Hope to stay with them again in the future.

Incredible Place

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin was super clean and huge, and the views were as described in the name, breathtaking. We loved using the hot tub in the evening after long days of hiking and exploring and playing pool with our two young sons. We also,.loved that we could experience all this with our mini Australian shepherd puppy. We would highly recommend Elk Springs resort, Breathtaking Views and will be back soon.
