Deer, wild birds and other wild life can be seen in the back yard. There are several marinas, bars, shops and tourist attractions within 1 mile. No large gatherings of over 10 people without prior approval.

Post Malone week

We stayed at this home for our vacation and the Post Malone concert. The property was very nice, very quiet with nice neighbors. Just minutes from the beach and the Wharf. We will return.

Thanksgiving

Nice location on small golf course. Lot of traffic through the back yard with golfers. I called it entertainment. House could use a deep cleaning and a few updates but overall good for what we needed for pet friendly place to stay.

Gulf shores getaway

The house was very clean.. right on a golf course.. we enjoyed sitting out back watching the golfers.. we talked to several of them. Would definitely recommend this place and hope to stay again!

Alabama vacation

Overall the house was very nice in a beautiful neighborhood conveniently located. My only problem was that the listing said 4 bedrooms that is why I picked this house over other listings I found. I don’t consider a pull out couch in the living room a bedroom. I vacationed with my parents 70+ and my three adult children 20+ my husband and I gave the bedrooms to everyone else. We slept in the living room and as a result my adult children had no where to hang out in the evenings. The listing did mention pull out couch but I assumed it was in a private bedroom. Again it said 4 bedrooms not 4 th room a pullout couch in living room.

July Vacation

My family and I were pleased with our stay. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood right behind the golf course and 10 minutes from the beach. Home was specious and clean. Recommend replacing the King size mattress since it was sinking in the center, not comfortable after a few days. Some of the washcloths were stained and warn. Overall, I would definitely recommend.

Great location for The Wharf

We played the short, but challenging Par 3 course behind property during day, and then attend DMB concert that night at The Wharf (5 minute drive)…perfect, quick get-away…

Easy Street Easy Stay

My Dad and I stayed at Easy Street property for 1 week. Property owner text me directions to closest grocery store and multiple locations for family entertainment. 10 min drive to the gulf and 15-20 min drive to Flora-Bama.

Very pleasant stay

The house is in a very nice neighborhood on a small golf course, there was plenty of room for our family of 6 (2 adults, 4 adult kids), and the house is lovely. I appreciated that there was a garage to park our car in. The king size bed was very comfortable - the queen was okay, but the 2 adult kids said the twin beds were not very comfortable for them. Plenty of seating for everyone - there's a large dining table, plus a smaller breakfast table, as well as seating at the bar area. I was happy with the house, would definitely recommend.

Great Location

My husband and I and our dog stayed at the property for 4 weeks. Our daughter, son-in-law and grandson joined us for 2 of those weeks. The location of this property is great! Easy to get to the beaches at Orange Beach and Gulf Shores. It is close to the Foley Beach Express to shop at the outlet malls and enjoy dinner at Lamberts. The house layout worked very well for us. The street it is located on is great for walking the dog and very little traffic. The house is located on the 4th Hole of Orange Beach Par 3 golf course(just watch out for golfers teeing off when on the patio. We had a water line leak while we were there and the owner responded promptly and it was repaired the next day. The kitchen was not as well stocked for us - we do cook. Some utensils and pans had rust. There is a very nice pantry to use. The thermostat is programmed, but you can override it, but it does leave it at the temperature very long. Our texting(communication) with the owner was pleasant. The Brick and Spoon restaurant is within walking distance, really really good. GT's on the Bay is driving distance close - great service, and delicious food. The house is also close to The Wharf.

Accused of stealing

The unit was very nice. The owner of the property withdrew 650.00 from our credit card that we booked the property. He called and said my employees stole all of his Hinkle knives set along with his fine China plates. First of all we have had numerous property for rentals and why would someone put hinkle steak knives in the condo for rent….. I contacted my job Supertindent which has been my company for 10 years and he stated no one would ever take anything. I assured the owner that this isn’t possible that my men would steal anything. I then contacted him back and told him to check the dishwasher as my men started the washer per house rules upon checking out. Well all plates , cups , and knives were clean. He did apologize but should have called and asked before charging $650.00 to the card on file. Not a good situation.

Cold

The weather was extremely cold. The thermostat was set on 70 and couldn’t be increased. Set to go to 65 at night. The weather was so cold that it took about 6 hrs. For the heat to recover to 70°. The next day. We were left one extra blanket. I slept with my T-shirt under my PJ top. I brought along 2 extra throws and used those for cover. The property was nice, but the stay was very unpleasant..

Great Location

We enjoyed the stay, it was located close to the Wharf and other attractions in Orange Beach. Enjoyed watching the golfers on the Par-3 course. Would recommend.

Beautiful property on the golf course. Clean and well taken care of. Easy access to home, shopping and beach. Our host was amazing. Answered all our questions. I would definitely stay there again.

Peaceful Orange Beach Retreat

If you want a spacious home that is off the main strip, yet minutes away from all that Orange Beach and the Gulf Shores area has to offer, this home is for you. It is tucked away in a small golf community with great area for walking your pet, as the home is also pet friendly. The neighbors were very friendly, and a diner is within walking distance that serves great breakfasts! There were four guests at this booking, and the house accommodated all of us quite nicely. I gave it five stars in all areas with the exception of the area of cleanliness. It could have used a more thorough cleaning, but was passable. There were no hand towels provided for the bathrooms, so make sure you bring extra paper towels, trash bags (only two were provided for a week's stay), and laundry detergent. There was also an annoying purple (black?) light in the master closet that made it hard to see your things. Overall, we enjoyed the stay very much and would book again.
