Top floor unit with great water views!

Condo has water views on all sides of top floor unit. Sit on front balcony and overlook gulf and on back balcony and look out at balcony. Water views from all rooms. Complex has 2 pools and access to both gulf and bay. Bring your boat! Place for boat and trailer. There is a $50 per day fee for the boat with a $300 weekly fee this covers both the boat and the trailer. There is also a $50 per vehicle charge for a parking pass this covers your whole time of your stay. They like for us to try to limit it to two cars per unit. Unit is a 3 bedroom 2 bath where one bedroom has a king bed, one has a queen and one has 2 queens and there is 2 twin mattress (one chair that has a pull out twin and one hide a bed).

We had a wonderful stay here. It was perfect for our Labor Day fishing trip. The private boat launch and slips were extremely convenient. The grounds were clean and pretty. The view from the front and the back of the condo were beautiful, ocean and bay views. The beds were very comfortable. I would absolutely use this condo again.

Wonderful little getaway

First time our daughter and granddaughter have made the trip with us. We had a blast and the views from the condo were gorgeous

Location!

Such a great, convenient location! And, if you love being entertained by boat traffic, this is the condo for you. Owner is very responsive. If you bring your boat, be sure to notify owner at least a week ahead of time to get trailer parking and launch access.

once in a life time

Been looking forward to a deep sea fishing trip for a long time. Location was near the beach and easy access to several boats and variety of activities.

Short vacation

Property was just okay. Could use some minor repairs and updating. Glass door and kitchen window fogged. Had to have keys as the door combo lock wasn't working. There was nothing that would keep me from staying there again.

Stayed two nights for a collegiate golf tournament. Plenty of space and very comfortable. View is amazing. Will definitely be back

Nice place but it is written and some things do not work Heads up! You will need to pay an additional $62 for parking so calculate that into the price.

In heaven

When we walked in the door and saw the sparkle from the curtains that looked out to the balcony over the river, our 10 year old granddaughter was in heaven. We saw more dolphins from that balcony than we had seen on 2 previous Dolphin cruises! We enjoyed watching the sunrise from the front balcony and the sunset from the back balcony. The big screen TV was perfect for the Alabama game and the Mississippi State game! The house that had blue lights on it across the river from us changed to pumpkin colors the night before we left. Wonderful time! Must return!
