Nestled amidst the tall pines in the White Mountains of Northern Arizona is the resort community of Pinetop-Lakeside, the perfect vacation getaway for year-round enjoyment and relaxation.

Anytime of the year there's sports and recreation for tennis, horseback riding, hiking, skiing, and fishing. If quiet and relaxation is your primary interest, there is an indefinable something, a certain magic, about the White Mountains that inspires complete rest. Maybe it's the crisp cool climate; or the beautiful colored meadows; or maybe it's the placid mountain lakes; or the dancing trout streams. Then again, maybe it's the combination of all of these things! No wonder Pinetop-Lakeside is considered the perfect location for a getaway. This is a 2 story 2 bedroom 2 bath condo. It is fully furnished and well maintained. Kitchens are stocked with settings for eight, and all the normal household appliances; coffee maker, slow cookers, mixers, baking sheets, etc. It has a one car attached garage, wood burning fireplace, free domestic phone, cable tv, high speed wire and wireless internet, private deck with propane BBQ, sleeps 6. Rent for the weekend the week and at some times a month or more.

Nice Area

Enjoyed our stay at Quality Hill. Wendy was great to work with and the property was clean and everything worked well. It just needs a few updates and the carpets could be freshened up but overall the area and the grounds were in great shape. They excepted pets which was a plus but the fee wasn't up front on the website and was a bit of a shock at $250 non-refundable. Hoping that changes. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again when coming to the area.

The best place to stay

Best place to stay in pinetop lakeside, the location is perfect, all the details in the unit are incredible, the cleaning is so good and all the amenities! Ill be staying here in the future. Plus Wendy is so kind and helpful! 100% recommended

Home Away from Home

2-story townhome is comfortable and we'll situated near downtown while in a wooded residential neighborhood. Lots of extras in kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked with extra towels. Nice to have attached garage and deck looking out on tall pines. Welcome binder has specific and detailed information about accommodation and area. Sleeps and sits 4 comfortably. Manager knows resort and area very well and is available to answer questions.

Great location - everything we needed

The property is perfectly located to allow for daily walks throughout the golf properties, and in the evening on the golf course. Everything is clean and comfortable, with a well-appointed kitchen that allowed us to prepare delicious meals. We look forward to our next visit - hopefully this winter.

A peaceful break from the city life!

This was our first vacation after our child was born. The place was neat. The kitchen was well-equipped. Wendy provided me with a Pack & Play. It was very useful. My baby loved exploring the house. We went on a few hikes. The hot tub and other amenities were wonderful. My family had a great time!

Our stay was good and wendy was great, but we did not get the unit that was shown in the pictures

The cabin was good, comfortable, everything was in great working order. Wendy was great. Our only complaint is that the unit we stayed in was not the unit shown in the pictures- we use HomeAway a lot and a bait and switch situation is never appreciated...

Awesome stay - little known jewel of Pinetop

We rented a villa for my mother's 70th birthday, over July 4th weekend, at the recommendation of several locals. Being from the area as well, our expectations are a little higher than most, in regards to a nice mountain getaway. Quality Hill did not disappoint. The general manager, Derek, and the office manager, Wendy, made sure that every aspect of our stay was perfect. Wendy even gave the grandkids fish food for the Koi pond, which they still talk about. The villa was very nice, and well appointed. Plenty of room throughout and we loved the high ceilings. We expected the property to be a little noisy, being the 4th of July, but it was quiet and peaceful. This property is located just outside of Pinetop, and off the main road, so during the summer season you are removed from the very busy areas, making it feel quite secluded. A short walk away is the gorgeous Pinetop golf course, which is now on my list to try this coming season. We didn't have a chance to try the Jacuzzi or rec room amenities, but they looked to be well maintained. Prices were very reasonable, and I can only imagine even more so during the ski season.

Very nice find!!!

We were looking for a quick getaway for a few days so my husband could go skiing. We checked TripAdvisor but didn't come up with anything that wasn't pricey or already reserved since this is a 3-day holiday weekend. Decided to check here at VRBO and found Quality Hill Resorts. We looked at the different condos on their website and called to see what might be available. The site manager, Derrick, was very helpful and answered all my questions so we booked. The condo is fantastic and in a perfect area to get to Sunrise Ski Resort and is just outside of town. Full kitchen full of dishes and items to cook with, dishwasher, full fridge, large microwave and full stove/oven. Fireplace, large living space downstairs and a dining area. Upstairs there are two full master bedrooms, one has a king bed and the other a queen. A powder room is also located downstairs so you don't have to go upstairs to go to the bathroom. A nice book with all of the information needed was provided on the kitchen counter. We also arrived after hours and we had clear instructions on how to get the keys along with more informational paperwork for us. The condo also has a single car garage which is great when it's cold and snowing outside!!! We highly recommend this condo and appreciate the involvement in management.
