Located on the shore of Maho Bay and within walking distance to St Maarten’s thriving night life area of Maho, Beach Secret, a newly renovated 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath villa offers new contemporary elegance combined with vibrant Caribbean colors to make the perfect villa vacation experience!

Situated in a gated, tropical beachfront lot, the spacious, fully air-conditioned, single level villa offers a large open floor concept with a beautiful, well equipped, modern kitchen that opens to a spacious living and dining area. There are 4 bedrooms total, each with ensuite bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms, 2 with king beds and 1 with a set of queen beds (yes that’s right – sleeps up to 4 children), are interiorly accessed off the living area. The 4th bedroom with king bed has a separate exterior entrance. So, the villa will sleep up to 10 persons comfortably at no extra charge!

The living area opens to a terrace and pool, and those gorgeous, unobstructed visions of blue as far as the eye can see... At night guests may catch the site of huge, brilliantly lit cruise ships setting out to sea, or colorful sailing vessels through the day. The villa offers comfortable indoor and outdoor living areas and alfresco dining for 10. There is a new beachfront gazebo and 8 new chaise lounge chairs for soaking in all that warm Caribbean sunshine. For guest convenience there is an additional bathroom with shower accessed from the terrace.

Great location.

Very nice house. Has everything needed. Convenient location to restaurants and shops. Beautiful view from patio.Lots of interruptions though…maid every other day, pool service every other day, Gardner once a week.

A little slice of heaven

This home was everything as described. Absolutely stunning views, beautiful layout of the home and the backyard around the pool. Plenty of area to be together or to have some space. The kitchen was fully stocked and even had the smaller items like a lime crusher that most places don't. Within walking distance of Maho and the Sunset Cafe to watch the planes land. I would definitely stay here again. Absolutely loved the home!

Relaxing island Paradise

This house provided a wonderful location for our two families, totaling 7 people (3 older teenagers) to spend Spring Break. The house had beautiful outdoor spaces that provided shaded areas throughout the day. There were nice places for everyone; spots to read, have morning coffee, yoga, relax in the pool. The beach was beautiful to look at and listen to but not a good spot for children or casual swimming. The location was easily walkable to Maho beach for pictures but traffic could be a little rough when multiple cruise ships were in due to crowds at Maho. The kitchen was very well appointed. There was plenty of dishes and serving utensils. Stacy was super friendly and helped us settle into the house. The maid, ChiChi, was also really nice and came by 3 times during our 7 day stay. Only complaints were the mattresses in the separate bedroom and the red bedroom were uncomfortable. We would highly recommend replacement. More towels and washcloths would have been appreciated. The pool was relatively deep throughout and had a small shallow end, The checkout process wasn’t clear and we had to leave to catch a flight before we were informed of a couple of the requests. Overall, we had a great time and would highly recommend the house.

Wonderful property for a group!

We had 6 adults and 2 children 31/2 and 6. The pool was perfect for everyone. Very well maintained as well. The kids also enjoyed exploring the beach and tide pools, but there is no swimming in the ocean from the house. Many beaches available for swimming nearby. The house is perfect for hanging out. The grounds are very nice with lots of sitting areas and places for the kids to play. This was our second stay in the villa with the same group and we all really enjoyed it. We highly recommend this property.

Beach Secrets

The house was comfortable and plenty of space for 7 adults. The outside seating areas were perfect for playing games and lounging. The small issues we encountered were consist hot water in the showers. The water was more tepid than hot in all showers but the red bathroom. We had some remotes and safes needing new batteries. It would be helpful to have manuals for the kitchen appliances and a/c remotes. Overall, the stay was pleasant and would recommend to friends.

Beautiful View!

Overall we had a great time at Secrets. Listening to the waves crash on the shore was very soothing and relaxing. The location is great - close to Maho beach, Mullet Beach and a small market. The home is clean but a bit worn. The pool wasn’t cleaned before we arrived but management was responsive is having pool cleaners come quickly. The kitchen is very well stocked. The dishwasher rack was broken and was annoying. The beds are quite comfortable but they need to upgrade the linens. Despite those little things, we would definitely stay there again.

Good Time

Excellent location. Property is nice. Pool is well maintained. The kitchen is well stocked. We had to ask for more towels three times. The first set were stiff. We accidentally locked our passports in the safe and had to wait 2 days to get help. The linens definitely need to be replaced. We will definitely would book again.

Beautiful pool

The pool and view from the pool area was beautiful. We all enjoyed swimming in the pool. It was user friendly for adults and kids. The beach area in front of the property was too rocky for swimming and had a steep staircase in order to get there. The kitchen was well equipped. The living room/dining area was inviting and comfortable. The 4 bedrooms all had en-suite bathrooms and the beds were comfortable. There was someone who came Monday, Wednesday and Friday to clean as well as the day we arrived and the day we left. Although it is close to the airport, it was quiet. All 8 of us, including 2 kids, would highly recommend this villa.

LOVED this Villa !

This was a girls' trip so every woman was able to have their own bedroom w private bathroom. That was HUGE. Private pool, cleaned regularly and fabulous. Beautiful backyard landscaping and seating overlooking private beach -- Very Private. Gated property so felt secure, especially when hurricane shutters dropped at night. Kitchen well appointed. Dining area large. Very comfortable open concept living/dining/kitchen. And the best part -- American cable channels. Since we were coming from KC and we were there during the Super Bowl we were able to watch the KC Chiefs win again live from the villa. SO FABULOUS! Lots of other viewing options tho we didn't watch much TV. In walking distance to Maho, shopping, restaurants, bars. We loved Cool Runnings, the car service Stacey hooked us up with and Stacey checking us into the villa was perfect. We all loved the villa, loved the location, loved the accommodations. It's rare to have no negatives to offer but we truly had none and can only say Thank You and we hope to visit again and be able to stay in this same villa.

Excellent location and beautiful view

The house was located in a perfect location right on the water with beautiful ocean views, sunsets and sunrises. The four bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms were spacious and comfortable. The automatic drop down storm shades made the rooms extra dark for sleeping and quiet. We had our own small beach area and had other beach options literally minutes away by car or by walking. Shopping and restaurants were about 10 minutes by walking or just a few minutes by car. The living room seating was excellent and fit our group of 8 adults comfortably. The outdoor living space was excellent and had an outdoor bathroom and shower. Our family thoroughly enjoyed themselves and the home met all our needs and exceeded our expectation as far as location to the ocean, beaches and amenities.

Nice place

Overall, we were fairly happy with our stay here. The outside area was beautiful, the ACs units were cold, comfortable furniture and beds, well equipped kitchen. We loved the snorkeling/kids gear too! Being within 10 minutes of walking distance to the airplane beach was nice. The reviews mentioned the housekeeping coming every other day. She didn't clean much of anything and didn't stay for long. Didn't change sheets until she was asked, wasn't excited about washing pool towels, didn't clean any sand outside around pool, etc. I don't even think she mopped. We had a 7 day visit and felt like we shouldn't have to ask for new sheets. Pool stayed very dirty (dead bugs on bottom). For the price, we didn't feel like it was worth it, but we did mostly enjoy ourselves.

Tropical Oasis

My family and I, comprised of 7 adults and 3 kids, had an amazing time at this villa. Both John and Stacey were so accommodating, responsive and helpful with all questions and coordination. The villa was exactly as pictured and the view and location was unbeatable. We will miss waking up to the waves crashing each day!

Amazing family vacation

Everything about our stay here was incredible! The villa was stunning, well equipped and spacious. The indoor and outdoor areas were perfect for our group of 9 including 6 adults and 3 kids. The location is very convenient as you can walk to Maho though we also found it quite easy to drive around the island to explore different beaches and restaurants. We appreciated an early check in and the every other day housekeeping service was a really nice surprise. We can’t wait to come back!

Amazing trip

This property was perfect for our family of 7. Beautiful property just as pictured, great location, zero plane noise, terrific air conditioning, and wonderful gathering areas in and outside the house. Will rebook if back in Sint Maarten with a group of people. Very quick, clear, and helpful communication during booking and stay from John and Stacey.

Incredible home, perfect location!

The home is more lovely that the pictures! The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking full meals. We could walk to the grocery store, restaurants, and beautiful beaches. The trip to and from the airport was quick and seemless. As close as we were to the airport, we did not hear any noise. The flights do not come and go during the nights or even early morning or evening. The pool was the perfect temperature, and the outside lounge areas were lovely for cocktails. We had a fabulous time. Stacey was incredible. Chi Chi was wonderful. I would highly recommend this home.

Birthday Celebration

What an amazing week! 7 girls celebrating a friends 50th and Beach Secrets in Beacon Hill was everything advertised! The house was perfect for us all! Waking up to the sound of beach waves and sunshine everyday and walking distance to the Sunset Beach Bar and more! Stacey, our concierge, was incredibly responsive to our every need. We saw many reviews that commented on the rocky beach but the property, pool, and the view made up for that for sure. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a sun filled relaxing vacation! Would definitely stay here again! If we had one recommendation to make it would be to have some pool floats, noodles and a skimmer. Other than those things we had everything we needed. Thank you Jonathan and Stacey for an amazing week!

Great house!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms worked perfectly for our 2 families. Kitchen was well equipped and we cooked a lot. The backyard felt even more spacious than the pictures show. We enjoyed eating dinner at the table overlooking the ocean. Easy walk over to Maho beach, which we all enjoyed! Any issues we had, the property manager was very responsive. We would very much recommend this property!

Great View

There were 2 bedrooms that had an awful smell. We could not use one of them and kept the door shut otherwise we would not have been able to stay. Lucky there were 2 beds in the one bedroom so we were able to stay. It was a great location and the views were great.

Everything about this house is awesome!! Great location. Walking distance to many restaurants and the casino. The kitchen is well stocked. The house is very spacious and the outside area is gorgeous. The beach area is rocky however the view and ocean sounds are fabulous. Definitely will return.

The villa has his own gated private entrance ( remote) and enough place to park 3 large cars. Large Laundry room with XL dryer and washing machine, iron, ironing board, detergent..

The 4 bedrooms are newly renovated and decorated. 3 of them have a direct access on the garden with the pool and the access to the beach.

The tropical garden with the private pool offers a lot of space for everybody.
Large dining area ( 8 persons) facing the ocean with the BBQ grill
There is also a deck area with lounge outside sofa, the perfect spot to watch the sunset !
Around the pool you will also find 6 confortable sunbaths.
To finish, a bathroom with toilet, single sink and an outside shower.
