Perfect alternative to expensive hotel room without giving up luxury or location! Beautiful historic building completely renovated with all modern amenities and elevator, the building is completely brand new inside, but with original facade outside on popular Huertas street, extremely close to Prado, Thyssen and Reina Sofia Museums and the Palacio Real (Royal Palace), in historic downtown center of Madrid, the famous Barrio de las Letras.

The apartment has a King size bed, plus additional sofa beds in the living room. Lots of light and smack dab in the middle of all the happening places. The bedroom is not totally private. It has 3 walls. You can see it well in the pictures.

I have lived in Madrid for the past decade, glad to help you choose the best places to visit in and around Madrid. The apartment is right next to Plaza de Santa Ana. Near Puerta del Sol and the Plaza Mayor and the Museums. You can walk to to La Latina, Mercado de San Miguel, Gran Via and also to Parque del Retiro.

The Metro subway station is a few steps away, so that you may easily move around Madrid, as well as a short walk to the Atocha Train station, from which you can easily take the high-speed bullet train AVE to Toledo, Segovia , or longer trips to Sevilla, Alicante or Barcelona.

Fabulous Apartment In a Fabulous Location

This is the second time my husband and I have stayed at this wonderful apartment. We love everything about it, from the easy check-in/chech-out process, to the cleanliness of the apartment, and its fabulous location close to restaurants, cafes, markets, and beautiful sites in Madrid. Given the opportunity, we will stay yet again!

Great location

Great location and secured apartment. It’s starting to show a little bit of it’s age and popularity:) A little noise at night but we knew about it and liked to have windows on the street. Good hot water pressure. Very nice lady to welcome and help us at arrival.

A Perfect Stay +

This is a beautiful apartment right in the heart of Madrid. It’s on a busy street, especially late at night, but you wouldn’t know it because it has been designed so well with the bedroom in the middle isolating it from noise. The host is more-than-kind and easy to reach. When our flight was changes, she quickly found a way to accommodate us for another night. Great apartment, great service an$ a perfect location to see the sight of Madrid. Bravo!

Amazing Apartment in an Amazing Location

My husband and I spent three nights in this wonderful apartment. Everything from communication with the property manager, to check in AND out was very easy. The apartment could not have been more perfect! There was plenty of space, two sets of French doors in the living/dining room which let in ample light, a good-sized refrigerator /freezer, microwave, and washing machine. There were plenty of spices, olive oil, teas, coffee, etc. to get us started. And, the location of the apartment could not have been more perfect. It was in a very central location close to many yummy cafes, restaurants, shops, and tourist attractions. I would NOT hesitate to return to this fabulous apartment OR recommend it to others! Look no further; this IS the place to stay!

Apartamento con encanto e inmejorable situación

Otro año más teníamos claro donde alojarnos en Madrid. Es un apartamento ideal para una pareja con dos niños o simplemente una pareja. Muy acogedor e inmejorable situación para poder disfrutar de Madrid paseando. La propietaria es encantadora y está muy pendiente de todos los detalles. ¡Volveremos el próximo año !

El piso es muy bonito, está en la zona de Huertas y el trato de Gorete es de diez. Es muy amable. Si quieres conocer lo mejor de Madrid (Teatros, Gran Vía, Chueca, Plaza Santa Ana, Plaza Mayor, Museos, Chueca, Mercado de San Miguel...), con este apartamento lo tienes muy fácil. Puedes ir a todos los sitios andando. No me extraña que tenga tantas valoraciones positivas. Velmi pekny byt nachadzajuci sa v stvrti Huertas so vsetkym, co by si mohol potrebovat. Ak chces spoznat to najlepsie v Madride (divadla, nakupne ulice, muzea, najkrajsie namestia, ci zive stvrte), s tymto apartmanom je to velmi lahke, kedze vsade sa da ist pesi. Navyse majitelka bytu je velmi mila a zalezi jej na tom, aby sa navstevnici citili pohodlne. Urcite odporucam!

MUY RECOMENDABLE

Hemos estado alojados esta Semana Santa dos adultos y dos niños en este apartamento. Todo ha sido perfecto, el apartamento es céntrico, muy acogedor y está completamente equipado. La atención de la propietaria (Gorete) y de Alicia ha sido exquisita, todos los días preguntando si nos faltaba o necesitábamos algo mas. Apartamento muy recomendable. Repetiremos cuando volvamos a Madrid.

Nice central location. Contact with property management/owner was easy and fast. They also accommodated us arriving super early and allowed us to check-in many hours before the normal time. Unit had everything needed for our stay. Very comfortable.

The entire experience of renting this property was fantastic. The host provided detailed information, communicated clearly, and was available for any questions. The property was in a superb location, close to so many attractions and was exceptionally clean. Though it’s a bustling area, noise was not an issue for myself or partner during our stay. I would absolutely recommend staying here and if I ever visit Madrid again, I will be booking this property!

Outstanding in every respect

We travel to Europe frequently and without question this was the best property we have ever stayed in. It was spotlessly clean, great location, comfortable bed, large shower by European standards, etc. Communications with the owner was consistent and quick. Our reception with Alicia was flawless and she provide ongoing help during our stay. Cannot say enough about the property, Gorete and Alicia. We will be back.

In the Centre of everything

We enjoyed our four-week stay very much. The apartment is spacious and well equipped- we really liked coming home after our walks around town. Everything was fine, the information correct and very detailed. Alicia, the concierge, was very helpful. We are recommending the flat to our friends.

A fantastic stay!

My husband and I had the most positive experience at this location. To start, the host is nothing but amazing. The moment we booked the location she was in contact with us, giving us advice on sites to see, making sure our check in was easy, all of it. She made checking in and getting situated so easy. Next, the room itself. The space is perfect for a long or short stay in Madrid. You have all the necessities and it’s clean and cozy! Finally, the location. It’s in the most perfect area. Restaurants and cafe’s everywhere! You will not be disappointed with this stay. I highly recommend!

A perfect stay. Excellent communication prior to arrival. Close to Atocha train station for easy transportation to and from Madrid. We were greeted at the door and given an orientation to the property. The apartment was clean and very well equipped for our stay. Conveniently located to Madrid’s attractions. Safe. Lively Madrid. Excellent stay in Madrid!

This apartment was a perfect spot for our family to explore Madrid! It’s within walking distance of the Prado and other sights in central Madrid, near the Metro, and is an easy walk to several nightlife spots. Highly recommended!

Location, location, location! This is smack-dab in the middle of the historic Barrio de las Letras (Literature Neighborhood) very romantic, safe and with countless places to eat, people-watch, on a pedestrian street (no traffic).

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

The building was completely gutted a few years ago and they saved the facade and the 100 year old staircase, but everything else is brand-new modern construction and a modern elevator. We have furnished and equipped the apartment with everything we would like to find in a rental, we use VRBO ourselves when we travel so we understand that small details are paramount. Besides, we have lived in Madrid for over a decade, so we are happy to steer you to the best suggestions, whether they are restaurants, site seeing, shopping, trendy restaurants, family places or unique Madrid experiences depending on your date of travel.
