The property has everything you need - is well furnished - and most of all has an amazing balcony and view. The 2 king beds are super comfy - the quick elevator ride from the 8th floor to walking in the sand is about a whole 2 minutes! Beach chairs and umbrellas are set up daily. The beach isn’t too crowded even on holiday weekends. The gulf water is warm and is pleasant - the beaches are kept clean. Wonderful - I highly recommend!

Gulf Shores getaway.

Great place to stay in Gulf shores. Only thing we didnt like was that we had to drive to a different location than the condo to get our keys to get in and that the condos only have 1 elevator for the whole building. Other than that the condo was nice and very clean. It is located in a great location near lots of restaurants and attractions. The beach was beautiful. We would stay here again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time at Surfside Shores 2805. The unit was exactly as described and our stay was absolutely wonderful! I would like to suggest that maybe the owner could replace the pillows in the master bedroom with some softer pillows.

Great location

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time, and the location is perfect for gulf shores. Condo is very small, and pull out couch is not comfortable at all. It definitely needs to be replaced because if you layed down the bottom would fold up and mattress was very dated and rolled up. Condo was clean and security guard was friendly.

Great Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was perfect and we had a great time. Condo was clean and comfortable. This is a little thing but it is really cheap to provide just one toilet paper roll per bathroom and one trash bag for the week. This seems normal for company-run rentals but way out of the ordinary for regular VRBOs. They do warn you so we were prepared..just kind of seems cheesy.

4th of July Vacation

Everything was great at the condo. We had some issues for maintenance and they came right out and addressed but one major thing was that the keys did not work that great. We never got locked out and I have had that happen where you are waiting outside for a while. I just think someone should address that key/lock situation. but everything else was great.

Not impressed

The rooms were small. Not enough rooms for luggage. I took the paper towels off the rack and it was nasty. The garbage can had some really nasty brown stuff on it and the fosset in the master bath was gross. The roo.was really musty. The door goi g into the room was an actual key and there were only 2 so not enough for 4 adults to have one. I will not stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: me, my husband & our 3 kids (16,12,2.5)stayed august 9-13 and we loved it. The place wasn’t too busy so there was always good parking, and it was easy to find the condo. The condo was really nice and plenty of space for all of us. The tvs had cable with a variety of shows for all of us to watch. Easy access to the beach! Have to drive to anything you wanna go to though. The balcony had lots of furniture for all of us to use and enjoy the view. The property was clean overall, as there were people mopping the floors & elevators daily. Will definitely be back next year.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The management company was very helpful. They moved us from this unit to another that was available. This unit smells moldy and the baseboard by the bathroom is dry rotted. Unfit to be a rental.
