East facing enclosed back yard with private hot tub, cafe seating and gas grill overlooking the Walter Byron Park wetlands. West-facing front deck with seating to enjoy sunsets. Enjoy a short walk to beautiful Walter Byron Park, complete with playground, volleyball and dinning gazebo. Main street is less than 4 blocks away, across the beautiful Ten Mile Creek.
Perfect location for skiing Summit and Eagle Counties, road biking to neighboring towns, mountain biking endless trails, boating on Lake Dillon or simply enjoying the town and pristine mountain views.

Generally good stay close to Copper

Condo was in a great location close to Copper Mountain where went skiing for the weekend. The pluses were that it fit our needs really well. The space was perfect for us which was 4 adults and 2 kids. The condo felt large for being in what looked like a relatively small complex. The condo was definitely clean. The downsides were the beds were not the most comfortable. There were also some places where the ceiling drywall looked a little damaged, so it’s possible a leak may exist in the roof or in an upstairs bathroom. Other than it was a great stay.

Solid Option for Winter Ski Trip

This townhome is a solid option for a more affordable place to stay outside of the resort towns with easy access in the winter to lots of resorts. A couple of things to be aware of/that could improve the experience:- The twin mattress in the bunk bed room is very thin, and I wouldn't recommend planning on an adult sleeping there. - The hot tub is great! Scheduling maintenance 24 hours before guest arrival would be ideal (probably something the owners have considered but it just worked out for us that maintenance was scheduled the morning of our arrival which meant a very cool tub that evening). - Designate hot tub towels, we ran low on towels with 4 adults staying there just a couple of nights so it would be great to have additional.Geoff was very easy to get in touch with and was gracious with the hot tub issue we encountered.

Great place, great location

Everything was as described. It's a roomy place in a great location, close to downtown Frisco but in a quiet neighborhood. No issues or complaints whatsoever. Recommended!

Good Location & Well Stocked

My family of four stayed for the weekend for some skiing. The unit was spacious and very well stocked with all kitchen necessities. Parking was easy and the location was very close to Main Street in Frisco. Check-in was easy, although we did have to email the property manager on our drive up (after check-in time) to obtain the access code to the unit. But they were very quick to respond, so no practical issues at all. Would recommend this place for a family!

Nice weekend trip

We had a great time in Frisco for a quick weekend with family in town. The space is great, proximity to downtown Frisco and Breck, and the hot tub was a hit to unwind after a long day. Being pet friendly was a great also! Would stay again!

Nice Place

The host communicated very well. House was stocked and in a great location. About a 6 minute walk into town. We went to Rebel Sports and rented bikes for the day which was awesome. The hot tub was extremely nice after a long day of hiking and biking. Beds were in great condition. Only small negatives (not enough to bring down overall rating) is that there are no dumpsters or outside trash bins on the property and the counters and dining room table seemed to get missed with the cleaning service. Overall great stay though and would recommend this house for a family of 5.

Great Place

Our friends gathered from around Colorado for a Frisco weekend. It was an easy 10 minute walk to town. Lots of room for everyone. In the Winter the backyard is full of uneven snow piles so it’s not usable space and a little tricky to get to the hot tub and access the back gate. Hot tub is great! Would recommend and stay again.

Wonderful place!

Geoff’s property was an amazing place to stay! Very clean, all the amenities you could need, close to town, and the hot tub was wonderful! Would definitely stay there again!

Good option for a short stay without dogs

The location of this townhome is perfect, in a quiet neighborhood, but less than a 10 minute walk to main street. The hot tub is also a nice bonus. I would definitely stay here again for a short stay (less than a week) without bringing dogs. I would not recommend staying here with dogs or more than a week due to the trash situation. There is no external trash bin or external trash service, so you have to find a public trash to dump your dog poop bags (there aren't any in the immediately surrounding area). The owner does arrange for the cleaning service to pick up the trash once a week, but there's no set window of time for that, so they could come any time on a designated day, and most of the time they didn't show up, so we had to reschedule it again for the next day. They also could come to the front door or the back door, so there's no clear direction where to put the trash bags for them. If you want to recycle, you have to take it to the recycling center yourself.

Perfect Winter Getaway

This property was fantastic! The view from the master balcony of the snow covered streets was beautiful. The pictures online do not do this place justice. It was immaculately cleaned. All three bedrooms had fresh linens as well as the 2 full and 1/2 bathrooms. Plenty of space for our family of 6. All adults. Communication with the owner was seamless. He was very helpful and responded anytime I needed directions or had questions. It’s a short walk to the town of Frisco where you will find some great places to eat. If you’re looking for a winter retreat we highly recommend this property!

Cool spot

Stayed with our family of five humans, two dogs, for the night, everything was great. Very well stocked and comfy accommodations. Outdoor deck and hottub were a big hit. Walkable to town. Would stay again.

Great place to stay!

Close to downtown, hot tub was wonderful. Lots of space. We really enjoyed our stay. Loved that we could walk to downtown and ride our bikes to the greenway.

Great central location for all mountain activities.

It was a wonderful weekend celebrating family birthdays. The weather was fabulous and the location of this property was very convenient for any mountain activity you wanted to enjoy for the day!

Perfect location and amazing property

We really enjoyed our stay in Frisco. The house was incredibly clean and comfortable. The hot tub was a highlight and like new. The new deck they are planning out back will make it even better. We will be back. So close to everything we love to do.
