Just renovated! This is just the place you've been searching for. The Master bedroom has a king bed with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed a spacious closet. Full-sized kitchen, second bathroom, living room with sleeper sofa, and dining room. The deck off the living room overhangs Ten Mile Creek provides you with the relaxing sounds of running water and also has a gas grill. There is free Wi-Fi in the unit too. Only a few steps away from the clubhouse with a large common/meeting area with TV, hot tub, pool, and sauna as well as laundry facilities. Just miles away from 6 of Colorado’s World Class Resorts (Just 7 miles from Copper Mountain Ski Resort, 9 miles from Breckenridge and Keystone Ski Resorts, 13 miles from Arapahoe Basin Ski Area, 19 miles from Loveland Ski Area, and 23 miles from Vail Ski Resort), Lake Dillon, hundreds of miles of bike paths, and unlimited hiking trails, this is a convenient location to summer and winter activities. Move vehicles within 24 hrs of any snowfall
Please remember to move your vehicle into a cleared parking space if available, or any space other than the vehicle’s last location. This rotation is necessary for adequate snow removal and keeping the parking lot safe.
Vehicles that are not moved, especially those which create a hazard for snow removal and parking, will be towed at the owner’s expense.
No oversized trucks, or hitch mount ski/luggage racks are allowed in the B Building parking lot. Short term parking of such vehicles for loading & unloading is permitted, but please do not leave them all day or night. This can make it very difficult for other vehicles to park safely due to the tight space.
Large trucks & SUVs please park in the back lot by building C parallel to the clubhouse or in front of Building A
All trailers & recreational vehicles must be kept in the back lot and are not allowed for more than 10 days without written management approval.
One vehicle per bedroom!
The lot can get extremely full on busy weekends and it may be necessary to park in an unusual spot. This is allowed in such circumstances, but please use common sense. Never block a vehicle you do not own, never park in front of the dumpster or plow truck.
