A true Rosemary Beach favorite. This comfortably chic cottage with the utmost in quality furnishings is truly the place to create your perfect getaway vacation. The family rooms central location in the home is relaxing with great seating for everyone. From the moment you step through the front door you will notice not a detail was missed, from the Hickory hardwood floors to the 'State of the Art' chefs kitchen, featuring a Sub Zero refrigerator, and a Wolf 4 burner gas range with a center grill.

The downstairs queen suite has a beautiful bath and large TV. Upstairs the king master has its own separate walk out balcony with spacious master bath. The additional queen bedroom is also located on the second floor along with the bunk room.

The natural flow of the home draws you to the beautiful secluded outdoor courtyard. Should you choose to relax and read that favorite book or share an afternoon beverage with friends and family, this is the perfect outdoor venue.

Located in the heart of Rosemary Beach on the park side, you are minute's to the center of town and a short stroll to the beach.

We loved our stay here! Cheryl was wonderful in helping us with all of our needs, the house was incredibly comfortable and welcoming. Super close to the beach, clean! We will be back!

We had a wonderful host- Cheryl. She was so attentive and helps us along the way. We had a wonderful stay and would have to say this house was so accommodating and well stocked. House was loved and was very welcoming.

Beautiful property

This was a very tastefully decorated, comfortable, clean home. We really appreciated the covered porch as we could still sit outside when it rained! Would definitely rent this home again.

Great House

We loved this beautiful home in the heart of Rosemary. Our family with teens enjoyed the open layout and comfy furniture and beds. Check in was a breeze and the kitchen was well-stocked with top-notch appliances. My kids used the included bicycles nonstop and we were close to the pool which they love. We would definitely come back and stay in this beautiful home away from home.

Easy living in Rosemary

Our family had the most lovely stay during our recent vacation to Rosemary. The house was inviting, clean and offered the perfect space for our family. Great updates throughout, very comfortable beds and soft linens and ample outdoor living space We would definitely book this home again!

Great rental

Really enjoyed our stay here. Rental is exactly as pictured. Smooth checkin and checkout process. Gorgeous decor, ideal location- etc. Honestly nothing negative about this listing.

Thanksgiving with Family

Can’t wait to return!

First time staying on 30A and we had a wonderful girls weekend celebrating family birthdays with cousins and aunts! 8 adults fit comfortably in the house and we had everything we needed for our stay! Close proximity to grocery store and walking distance to shops, restaurants and a nice walking/running path! Cannot wait to return!

Perfection in Rosemary!

We absolutely loved this beautifully appointed home in Rosemary. It was the perfect place to spend a relaxing week with girlfriends. The house is open, light and comfortable. It's just as pretty in person as it is in the photos. We look forward to staying here again next year!
