Tucked away just a few streets from the shopping and dining of Rosemary Beach, the St. Augustine Green and 2 pools, the Hammock Cottage is loved for its central location and charming character.

This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath beach home is beautifully decorated with modern beach designs, and offers a fantastic separation of space for small and large groups. The cottage accommodates up to 10 guests comfortably. Three of the four bedrooms are located on the first floor. Two guest suites share a Jack and Jill bath with white tiled floors and marble countertops, one suite with a King and the other with a Queen bed. Continuing down the hallway you’ll find a children's bunk room, complete with 2 sets of built-in Twin Bunks and a private, shared bath.

Heading upstairs to the second floor, the master suite sits at the top of the stairwell, featuring a King bed, private bath and private balcony overlooking the beach boardwalk path. Your party is sure to enjoy the open floor plan of the kitchen, living and dining areas, ideal for entertaining. This space is light and bright, adorned with abstract art & unique light fixtures. The tall, white ceilings and large windows, flood the room with light for an inviting ambience. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and a custom backsplash. Once dusk falls, turn on the fireplace and enjoy the crisp night air from the comfort of your own wrap around balcony, overlooking the quaint beach boardwalk path.

The Hammock Cottage comes with 4 complimentary adult beach cruisers, conveniently parked in the bike rack located next to the boardwalk. The courtyard is yet another outdoor retreat. Nestled in the back of the home, it provides shaded seating for four at the patio table next to the grill.
