Perfect location, the apartment is 5 minutes walk from Duomo, ,SS Annunziata, 10 minutes from Ponte Vecchio, Uffizi and S Lorenzo Market.
Situated close to the most artistic landmark of Florence.
Just 5 minutes walking from station and 15 minutes from Florence's airport by car.
On the 3rd floor with elevator.

I live just beside so I can ensure my guest the best staying.

The apartment is very calm and light, surrounding streets are full of restaurants, shops and cultural attractions.

The apartment offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full equipped kitchen (oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and freezer) and is integrated in the living room.
The master bedroom is upstairs with a private bathroom.

Living room is furnished with 2 comfortable sofa chairs and a table for 4/6 .

The apartment is located in the closed to traffic area, but if you have a car there are really near private and public garages. I can supply further information if needed.

Excellent location!

Great place in the heart of Florence. Chiara was so thoughtful, helpful and considerate. Check in was easy. We had 10 fun days easily getting around with the convenience of our downtown apartment. Definitely worth it!

Perfect Place to Stay in Florence

Chiara is a wonderful host and the apartment was spotless and beautiful! She even left us a gift of milk and sponge cakes, which did come in handy on busy days. The apartment is perfectly located in Florence and just a short walk to all attractions. When in Florence, this is the place to stay. It truly was a home away from home. We will definitely stay here in the future when we are in Florence!

Great stay in the heart of Florence

The perfect spot for our trip to Florence! The location was great, the apartment felt very safe and was very comfortable for 4 people. Chiara was very helpful and easy to reach when needed. I would recommend this place and would stay here again in the future.

Amazing host and property

Perfect location in Florence close to everything. Apartment very well stocked and Air Conditioning worked very well on hottest day of the year. Very nice to have milk and treats on arrival. Highly recommend!!

Great Apartment! Great Location!

Apartment was clean and spacious. Great location within walking distance of most sights in Florence and about a 15 minute walk to the train station. On a quiet street. Great place for our family!

Great Location

Nice location right by duomo. Great check in process, with local recommendations given and all the essentials in the house (including milk). Perfect apartment for a family of four.

Wonderful stay

Property owner in the apartment directly across from the rental. Nicely appointed with everything you could want or need. Host allowd us to drop off bags in her apartment while they finished getting it ready (we arrived too early for checkin). As soon as the apartment was ready we were allowed in (still early). The host was super sweet and accomodating! Only negative is that there is a tight staircase to get to the master upstairs. Large suitcase would be a problem.

Very nice host

The house location is very convenient. The host responds messages quickly. It’s was hard to find a taxi when we checked out. The host spent a lot of time helping us to find one. We enjoyed the stay! Thanks!

Comfortable apartment at a great location

My son and I really enjoyed our stay. Chiara is very responsive and easy reach. The apartment was very comfortable and quiet. Very short walk from all sights and train station.

You really are in the heart of Florence.

Excellent location in cute apartment. A member of our party had limited mobility so being close the the Academia and Duomo was so helpful. We were a party of 5 and the pull out in the living room is a single. We enjoyed our time. For others with limited mobility, the bathroom on the main level is a true European shower which was an issue for us. Otherwise all was perfect!

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé. Serait-il possible d'informer le futur locataire de la taxe de séjour qu'il faut payer en plus en liquide au moment de l'arrivée. Près de 150 € pour 5 personnes cela fait quand même une somme. pascal

Perfect for families

Great 2 bed 2 bath apartment north of the Duomo in Florence! Chiara is a gracious and thoughtful host and patiently walked us through all the aspects of the apartment once we arrived. She even had milk, water, and a few treats purchased for us which was so appreciated given our late arrival. The building neighbours are also friendly and we felt very safe. Quite a few restaurants nearby and we walked everywhere in Florence easily. I highly recommend booking this apartment!

A perfect location and a wonderful host

We were 4 adults in Florence for 6 nights. Chiara let us into the apartment and provided a good overview regarding the operation of various appliances. There was some milk in the fridge and some seasonings in the cupboard as well as coffee, sugar, and some plum cakes on the counter. The apartment is in a great location. There are supermarkets and many good restaurants in the neighbourhood. The Duoma and Mercato Centrale are each about a 10 minute walk away. Galleria dell’Accademia is half a block away. Chiara is a wonderful host. She responds promptly to any queries and was very helpful in recommending restaurants and trying to arrange a taxi. The stairs to the second floor bedroom are quite steep and can be difficult to manoeuvre with baggage but once there, the space is lovely. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Our stay in Florence

We loved our apartment stay in Florence. A great location. We felt like locals😁. Our host lived across the hall so very convenient if we had any questions or concerns. The elevator to the third floor was a BIG plus. Great to have AC and laundry facilities! Thanks Chiarra for hosting us.

Comfortable and homey—perfect for a family base

This is the perfect base for exploring Florence and getting a taste of what it’s like to live there as a local. The apartment is comfortable and cozy, and extremely well equipped. The elevator made getting luggage upstairs easy, and we appreciated how easy Chiara made it to settle in. It was hot during our visit, and having mini-split AC units in the main spaces meant we could cool down after exploring. It’s perfect for a family of four, and I expect that we will stay again on our next trip. Thanks, Chiara! We loved staying at your place!
