Gourmet cooks delight in a well-stocked kitchen, gas cooktop, stainless Kitchen Aid dishwasher and refrigerator/freezer. The cozy living room is the perfect place to curl up in front of the fire or watch your favorite movie. There is a half guest bathroom on this level.

Upstairs you'll find a king suite with a huge walk-in closet and a private bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower plus access to the hot tub right from your room.

Downstairs you'll find three more bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

Bedroom 2 is the bunk room with two sets of twin bunk beds, TV and DVD player.

The guest bathroom has a shower/tub combo.

Bedroom three has a queen bed, TV and DVD player.

Bedroom 4 is a suite with king sized bed, TV, DVD, and a private bathroom with walk-in shower plus access to the lower deck.

Upper and lower back decks for relaxing, sunbathing or having a family meal on a warm summer evening. BBQ conveniently located on the front upper deck off the kitchen. Air-conditioned. Pairs beautifully with other homes nearby for family reunions.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.
