+ Max occupancy: Max occupancy 10 individuals including children and infants. (8 adults max) Adding additional guests after the reservation is confirmed may result in added charges. No additional guests are allowed at the home at any time, no gatherings, events.
+ Min stay: 3 nights
+ Parking: 2 cars max. in driveway. No passenger vans, RVs or trailers. Cars must not encroach into sidewalk. No parking on street.
+ City Mandated “quiet time” from 10 pm to 9 am. Outdoor facilities including Hot Tub, Patio, Garage game rooms, BBQ, Back Yard are off limits during these times.
+ Guests agree to comply with the city requirements or they will be subject to fines, civil actions and or criminal prosecutions related to the violation.
+ We reserve the right to decline a reservation which results in a 2-day gap in our calendar
+ You must be 25 years old to rent one of our properties
+ No Smoking, No Pets

This was the perfect place to stay if you are spending a good amount of time at Disney. Very family friendly home with spacious living areas, stocked kitchen and entertaining game room for the kids.

The house was perfect! It had everything you needed and was in a great location for a short drive to Disneyland. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great stay - able to unwind while attending a conference

The property manager was more than helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

I had a great stay! The space was quiet, well laid out, and very comfortable. The backyard was a lovely spot to relax and unwind after a busy day.The host was very responsive and made the check-in process incredibly easy. Transportation was convenient as well, with Ubers arriving quickly.I was in town for business, and it worked perfectly for that, but it would also be an ideal setup for a family vacation. There’s plenty of room to spread out and feel at home. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Nice place, came out for work. It was clean and quiet. Could use coffee supply and maybe new mattresses in some rooms.

We loved it! A bit of a walk to Disney but the neighborhood is safe, clean and wonderful. The house itself was clean, homey and provided the essentials. Would definitely stay there again if back.

The location of the property was great, Very close to Disneyland and beaches.The property manager was very responsive to our needs and answered all of our questions and concerns. I would recommend this property to other families

Great stay
Great stay. Property well maintained. Great for families with kids. Not exactly walking distance as advertised but close to the park nonetheless.

Clean and family friendly
This was one of the cleanest rentals we have ever stayed in. Easy check in and out process. Perfect for all the adventures we had planned.

Great home! Well done! One bummer is you cannot be outside past 9:30pm for noise purposes. The owners were responsive when I had questions and the house was very close to Disneyland.

Great family home for a Disney vacation
I was impressed with how clean the property was. Everything we needed was there. We took $7 Ubers to and from Disneyland. I wish we had a longer stay.
