This is our 2nd time staying in this home. We enjoy how close it is to Disney and the pool is always our favorite. The host is super easy and nice and doesn’t ask much from you. Couple down falls it is on a very busy street. The beds aren’t the most comfortable but we look past that because of the closest it is to Disney. We always look for this home most to book when we do go.

Location, Location, Location! What a great property for your California Disney vacation. The house is a short walk to Downtown Disney, Disneyland Monorail, and the Parks. Traveled with my wife and 3 older children who were able to walk back to the house mid-day for a break and a dip in the pool when needed. The distance is close enough to walk, but far enough to get away from the Disney crowds for the evening. The host was clear with the rules and check- in and out was quick and easy. Although located on a busy street, it was relatively quiet and sitting in the backyard each morning with a coffee was peaceful before a day of Disney chaos.

It was a great house to stay in and the convenience of being within walking distance to Disney downtown is a huge bonus. Family enjoyed the pool as well.

I gave this property 5 stars all around. But it is also ideally located not just for Disney enthusiasts but for all other community amenities (post office, grocery store, gas station, freeway access, etc. It has an awesome and well-groomed backyard with a pool and plenty of outdoor lounging area. If you look and you come at the right time, of the year, there is an avocado tree in the front yard heavy with fruit. Maybe the owner will let you have some.My only request for improvement is to have the kitchen become more adequately equipped. I found only one chopping board, additional ones would be better. Other items I did not find include cookie sheets, spatula (the only one I found was badly degraded), maybe a wok and a large pot for making pasta. Oh, and sharper set of knives too.Otherwise, I will happily book this property every time I visit Disney.Thank you Florinda!

Florinda is always a fantastic host. Her home has multiple washer and dryers. Kitchen is well equipped. Towels and beddings are always pristine. Always a joy to return to.

Great Stay

The property was perfect for visiting Disneyland. Comfortable beds and very clean. Had a great backyard for afternoon breaks. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

GREAT LOCATION

The location was perfect for walking to Disney and the back yard was so accommodating for all of us to relax. Kitchen fully equipped with everything you need and lots of room for sleeping situations.

Great Host and Great Location

Easy walking distance to anywhere in the area. Check-in went smoothly and it was easy to get in and out. Beds were comfortable and there was a great amount of room to be able to spread out. Would stay here again easily.
