Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. Kea is a hidden gem in the Cycladic Islands and has its own unique style. As there are very few hotels on the island, private houses are rented out, most or all of them made of local stone. Kea is the ideal island for those that want to relax and have a great vacation.

The two villas are in the area of Otzia and are set on a 4,000sq meters plot of land. Each villa has its own infinity swimming pool.

Villa 1 , which is 190sq metes, has a living room with a fireplace, a dining area, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a w/c, three bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms with showers. There is also a separate guest house with a bedroom which has a double bed and a sofa bed for 2 people and a bathroom with a shower.

Villa 2, which is 265sq meters, has a living room with a fireplace, a dining area, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with a single bed, two bathrooms with showers, one w/c. Villa 2 also has three guest houses, two of them have bedrooms with double beds and bathrooms with showers. The third guest house has 2 double beds and a bathroom with a shower.

The villas will be de-sanitized, including the air-conditioning units before guests arrive and after their departure.

Amenities: Both villas have BBQ's, wood ovens, pool showers, outdoor covered dining and seating areas, parking, internet, telephone (local calls only), washing machine, dish washers, coffee machines, espresso machine, one villa has a built in espresso/cappuccino machine, air-conditioning in all the bedrooms, Flat screen TV's in the the living rooms and most of the bedrooms, DVD players, sunbeds and more.

Part of the road leading to the house is a dirt road, a 4 X 4 is recommended but not necessary.
