We all had a lovely time in Wells. The house was everything that we had hoped for. Beautifully presented and located. Sitting on the water edge terrace in the morning, in the sun, was a lovely start to each day. Thank you very much for having us!

What a beautiful house in a perfect location . The house has everything to offer with beautiful deco . Will definitely be back for another stay .

The cottage was excellent throughout

Really enjoyed the cottage with the arga in the kitchen and the bedrooms with a sea view The town was only a short walk so everything we wanted was really close Definitely go back

Beautiful stay at Hampden House

Perfect accomodation for 6 adults. House was clean, well equipped with comfy beds. Views from both bedrooms were what dreams are made of. Would recommend Hampden House to all our family & friends.

Fantastic stay

This is our second time staying at this lovely cottage! It feels home from home. Great location within walking distance to all lovely pubs, restaurants, beach & town centre. Will definitely be coming back next year!

Cosy waterfront cottage

Hampden House is perfectly located for tide- and bird-watching, and is just a short walk from shops and restaurants. The house is comfortable, cosy and well-equipped and we loved the Aga for cooking. Perfect home-from-home getaway!

Great house in Great Location

This was our second visit to Hampden House and it was excellent again. Although the weather was cold and windy the house was warm and cosy. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay and will be back as soon as we can book it

A real gem

Hampden House was an absolute beauty of a property. It was plenty spacious enough for 6 adults and a dog and the location was excellent (right by the water and a short walk to town/pubs). We had a fabulous stay and are already desperate to return.

Beautiful cottage and location

We had a great week; we enjoyed a boat trip out to see the seals, caught the train to Walsingham and enjoyed the beach, coastal path and dark skies at night. It's a wonderful spot to watch the tides come and go. Very tasty seafood available in town too. Thanks for a lovely week.

Full of chracter, fabulous location, excellent presentation, a wonderful place to stay

Adults and children all loved the house, it seemed even better than last year. The best of both worlds - seaside holiday and close proximity to lively town. Thank you.

Best location in Wells!

Fantastic house in what must be the best sea front location in Wells. Hampden house was well equipped and suited our needs perfectly. Good order throughout and the hosts communication top notch. Would definitely recommend to all!

Amazing house in a fabulous location

The perfect house by the sea

Stunning house by the quay

A beautifully modernised and remodelled former pub right on the East Quay in Wells, retaining original charm but also very comfortable and warm. The views from the windows and terrace are wonderful.

Heaven-next-the-sea

The perfect home from home rental. All guests (2 legged and 4) has a marvellous stay in Wells. Every need was anticipated, and we couldn’t have been more comfortable. We will definitely return!

Fantastic home in a great location

Wonderful family home in a superb location in Wells-next-the-Sea. Clean and tidy with everything you could ask for - comfortable rooms, hot showers and a fantastic kitchen with an Aga! The terrace overlooking the creek was a perfect spot for a BBQ and the off-street parking was a major bonus. This was our second holiday in Wells, but is unlikely to be our last!

Fantastic Property

This was our second time staying at Hampden House which is a fantastic property ideally situated on the quayside. House is very comfortable, well equipped and has everything you need for a relaxing break. We will be returning for a third time.
