Phoenix 6 Unit #1009...You will LOVE this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo on the 10th floor. The views are breathtaking and the condo is beautifully decorated! From the 10th floor balcony, you have awesome views of Perdido Pass and Alabama Point to enjoy with your morning coffee or your evening cocktail! You will feel like you've arrived in paradise!

The beautiful living room has views of the gulf, plenty of seating, a queen sofa sleeper and a 52' flat screen tv!

The Master bedroom has its own entrance to the gulf-front balcony, a king sized bed with a comfortable new mattress, ensuite bathroom and a 36' flat screen tv!

The guest bedroom has two full sized beds with new mattresses, an ensuite bathroom and a 40' flat screen tv!

In addition to this, the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need to prepare meals. We provide a standard coffee maker and Keurig coffee maker! And....wireless internet is provided at no additional charge!

The dining area seats 4 with two additional seats at the adjoining counter. The balcony dining area seats four and has a chaise lounge for relaxing after a wonderful day at the beach!

A private, underground parking spot is also available for you to use during your stay! And, you can purchase another pass to park a second vehicle (2 cars MAX)

Our stay in Phoenix VI was fantastic. The unit was spotless and welcoming, with a stunning balcony view. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the elevators were lightning fast—we never waited more than 30 seconds. A reserved parking spot in the garage was a great bonus. We’d highly recommend this unit.

Loved our stay for the week. Very clean, with comfortable beds. Beautiful view of the beach with comfortable furniture on the balcony. The covered parking was wonderful also. Will definitely stay again.

Beautiful view of the beach! The assigned parking in the garage was definitely a plus! The condo was clean and well maintained. We had a wonderful time and would definitely love to return.

Excellent condo! The view from the ocean was beautiful!! The pool many floors below had a waterfall that could be heard as well the ocean waves from the balcony. The master bed was very comfortable with access to the balcony! We stayed four nights and contacted the host(who was very responsive) to stay an additional night...total five nights!! The kitchen was well stocked, clean, and very functional. The price for the unit was great and included FREE parking. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo! We hope to come back again.

We visited on a cold spell, but were pleased with the heated indoor pool/hot tub as well as the racquetball courts. The unit was clean and just what we needed.

The beach view was great. Even on cloudy days it was beautiful. The condo had everything we needed to cook in. Very comfortable. It took a minute to figure out how to turn the shower on, but once we got it, all worked out.

We had a great stay over New Years with our 4 boys. There was plenty to do and the indoor pool was great when it got cool out. The condo was well appointed. Every time we went to cook or prepare something we always had what we needed. Really appreciated that! The beach access was also super easy! Definitely would stay here again!
