This beautifully appointed condo has a Tuscan tropical feel and is situated in the Coronado building which is closest to the beach in Phase 2 at Las Palomas Beach and Golf Resort. Enjoy spectacular sunset views from the balcony of this west facing condo. This one-bedroom condo can accommodate 4 people with a king size bed in the master bedroom and pull-out sofa in the living room. Well maintained, like new, condo with many non-required rental pool extras to enjoy your vacation getaway right on the beautiful, most popular Sandy Beach area of Puerto Penasco! Your reservation includes daily housekeeping, wrist bands, and pool towels and access to the whole resort. You can never go wrong with Las Palomas!!

We had an amazing experience! The condo is clean and beautiful. The kitchen is fully equipped to make a nice dinner:) Our stay was so comfortable! We will definitely request this property again !

Perfect

Clean, great AC, the view is amazing, and the food is convenient. This was exactly what we needed and wanted for a few days break. Beach was clean and the water was warm. Just wonderful.

Relaxing

Very clean and awesome location overlooking the water and directly off of the elevator. Great communication from owners. They genuinely care that you have a perfect stay. Highly recommend.

The resort and room were great! Me and my family had a great time. Loved the room. It was super clean and had everything we need. And not a lot of clutter like previous rooms have had that make breaking things easier for my boys. Less is more.

Amazing accommodations, Amazing owner and Property manager!! Room had everything you needed!!!

Even with last minute change they accommodated me and let me move it to a later date.. The property manager answered my texts within an hour of asking a question.. First time in Rocky Pointe and now I have high expectations, because of this room, owner and property manager..

Wow! So lovely!

Mary and Terry go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and provide everything you could possibly need to have a fabulous trip. Their recommendations and directions were spot on. Communication was seamless. Speaking with Mary is like talking to a close friend. The condo is fully stocked and the resort has wonderful amenities. We loved exploring Rocky Point. We enjoyed a hike at the sea cliffs at the back side of Cholla Bay and then rewarded ourselves with a drink at Wrecked at the Reef at a beach side palapa. We missed low tide in Cholla Bay so we did not see the tide pools - we are looking forward to doing this in the future. We enjoyed the harbor with the views of the shrimp boats. Shopping at Rodeo Drive Cholla Mall was also interesting with some higher end shops for Mexico. We loved the food and the views from Casa del Capitan and the tequila shrimp at Chef Mickey's Place was scrumptious. Rocky Point is truly a wonderful get away spot and so convenient from Arizona.

Amazing Family Getaway!

I would give this place 10 stars if I could. It was our first time in Rocky Point (and our first VRBO!) and we had such a wonderful time. Gorgeous oceanfront condo that was immaculate, spacious, comfortable, and had the most beautiful views! It was truly a “home away from home” because the owners thought of everything you could possibly want or need. They were so kind, thoughtful and accommodating! Always quick to respond if we had questions, gave us detailed travel directions and tips, helpful recommendations, and even called to check on us to make sure we had all we needed and knew about everything we had access to at the resort. They just went above and beyond. Las Palomas is also stunning with so many awesome amenities and friendly staff. We barely left the resort because our son loved the lazy river, pools, waterslide and beach so much. He exclaimed multiple times that he had the time of his life! We had an amazing vacation and can’t wait to come back. Thank you again for everything! HIGHLY recommend!

Perfect Penasco Condo!

This place is ideal in every way and far exceeded my expectations. We arrived to a spotless condo and every possible thing we might ever need was stocked - from foil and plastic wrap, to toiletries and first aid supplies, to every imaginable kitchen appliance. Everything was in tip top condition, clean, and organized perfectly. We spent most of our time at a friend's penthouse and at the beach/pool, so we only slept in the unit, but I would love to return another time and spend a long weekend staying in and enjoying the unit. I look forward to rebooking and coming back.

We met in Virginia Beach, Virginia, married, and moved to Albuquerque, NM. Our love of the Southwest has only grown over the years but we knew that someday we would want to be somewhere close to the water again. Several years ago, friends brought us to Puerto Penasco and we spent the weekend looking at all resorts here on Sandy Beach. We had never been to Rocky Point before but ended up buying that weekend! That experience
was many, many sunsets and moons ago and we love it here. We hope that your time here on the incredible Sea of Cortez will result in wonderful memories for you as it has for us! Albuquerque is still our home with spectacular sunsets but Puerto Penasco has surely tied for first place with awesome photography opportunities of sunsets as well!
