Ten Peaks Lodge is a sprawling luxury home with amazing views of the Breckenridge Ski Area and the Ten Mile Range. The large picture windows in the open living area and dining room capture the views and unforgettable sunsets over the peaks.

Perfect for families or groups, this home is a comfortable and spacious lodge located in the Silver Shekyl subdivision just a few miles north of downtown Breckenridge and the Ski Area. This open concept home with huge vaulted ceilings boasts a gourmet kitchen and a huge bar with seating for nine which makes this a great home for entertaining. Extra Large deck with gas grill, main level master suite with cozy fireplace and a luxurious master bath. Full size laundry and an extra refrigerator help accommodate multi-family lodging. Large 65 inch HDTV, Stereo, BluRay Player and a blazing gas fireplace round out the inviting main level.

The lower level of the home features a poker card table, Bubbly Hot Tub Room with HDTV and sitting area and three more bedrooms. Two of the Bedrooms on the lower level are Master Suites with King Beds and full bathrooms. The third bedroom on the lower level is a kids zone, sofa seating and 4 twin beds and it's own bathroom. Another deck on this level boasts huge views of the ten mile range and opens up to the hot tub room for added fun!

The Loft area in the home has a queen bed. The loft also features a pool table and piano and guitar for those that like to game and are musically inclined.

Right below the loft is the upper level. The upper level features a bedroom with a queen bed, one bathroom and sun room for hanging out. This is also the entry level of the home with mudroom and 2 car over sized garage.

With luxurious comfort, sweeping mountain views, rustic-elegant furnishings, and close proximity to all that Breckenridge has to offer, Ten Peaks Lodge is a a perfect retreat for those looking for relaxed but convenient mountain ambience.

House had absolutely everything we needed and very easily accommodated five couples. Would definitely recommend this place. Location was perfect close to town, but not too close to not be quiet.

Beautiful home with great views. Conveniently located near Breckenridge, Frisco, Dillon, Silverthorne. The home has multiple levels that would be difficult for anyone challenged by stairs. Lots of bedrooms, bathrooms and a large kitchen and eating space. We had 11 total. Six adults and 5 kids. We were able to find sleeping arrangements that were just right.

Our group had a wonderful stay at this ski house! The home was very spacious and clean, with plenty of great amenities that made our trip comfortable and easy. There was lots of room for everyone to spread out and relax.We especially loved the extra features like the pool and poker tables, the hot tub, and the large dining table that allowed our whole family to sit and eat together. The location was convenient for everything we wanted to do, and we felt it was a great value for the space and accommodations.We had no issues during our stay and really enjoyed our time here. We would definitely consider renting again and would recommend it to others looking for a comfortable place to stay!

We will definitely stay again

The house was in great order, easy check-in and the location was almost perfect. The only issue was the road noise but you get used to it quickly.

Pictures didn’t do this HUGE property justice: simply amazing views, fantastic location, close to shopping and slopes. comfortable living room, spacious bedrooms.Only regrets: innerspring mattresses were not comfortable for anyone; there were plenty of electrical outlets but no updated ports to charge devices (you’ll need your own bricks to charge), had to purchase our own counter cleaning spray.

Great place to stay!!

We rented this house for a Spring Break family & friends getaway to Colorado and our entire group found it to be outstanding! It was the perfect size for our group, the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and cooking equipment, the living room was extremely comfortable, and the indoor spa was great. It's a perfect location if you plan ski. Many thanks for the quick responses to our requests. Overall, a great vacation house and experience!

Great house for big family/friend vacations

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 13 assaults and 4 kids under age of 6. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. It was perfect. The only complaint I would have was it was very hot downstairs. We had to open the windows at night. But other than that it was the perfect house.

Nice Size for a Small Group

A group of 7 stayed at the house for a week of skiing. The house is spacious, and everyone could have their private space in addition to the common space. Enjoyed having the large kitchen and dining area and the additional refrigerator in the laundry room. Was close enough to Breckenridge and Keystone Ski areas

Best things about this property:Space-tons of it! This is a huge home with lots of room to spread out. Hot tub, pool table, grill and poker table - we made good use of all 3. Added to our fun! Also puzzles and games! Great location - easy drive to town and groceriesLovely views and plenty of deck space, both covered and uncovered to enjoy. Photos are accurate - furnishings are dated, but very comfortable and cozyKitchen is huge- lots of seating and easy for cooking for large groupsAreas of opportunity:Only 3 of the bedrooms have doors. If you are are large group- 3 ‘real’ bedrooms with bathrooms for adults. And tons of extra rooms for kids and teens. Worked great for our group, but if you have more than 3 couples it may not work well for you. This is noted in the listed, but lots of stairs. May be rough with little kiddos or elderly folks. It was totally fine for our group, just be aware. Kitchen supplies like knives (dull, not in great condition) , pots and pans are very worn. Could use some new items to add to the kitchen effectiveness, however we had what we needed to get by. If you are a chef-type, you might not be thrilled. On the whole- great stay! Would stay again.

We had a great stay during our time at this home for the New Year. We had 3 families with an array of children ages 1-10. The downstairs kids sleeping arrangement was great. The older girls liked that they were separate from the boys in the smaller room. The kitchen was large and spacious making it easy for multiple people to be in it at one time. All the master bedrooms were great, each adult family was able to have a king bed. We were able to park our large SUVS in the garage which helped keep them warm and clear of snow. The smaller room on the first floor was a little deceiving, but we made it work. Recommend updating some of the photos. Overall great time and we loved it. Thanks for having us :)

Only negatives heard from are family of 16 was T.V.'s were not in every bedroom and the noise from the highway got loud at times. Overall, would stay there again.

Amazing house

The house is very spacious. Hanging out in the kitchen was my favorite place lol. House has puzzles and other games. But the entryway bedroom doesnt have have a doorlock and the downstairs bdroom has trouble keeping the door closed even when we lock it. Overall we would use this home again

Big house

If you are taking a large group this property is large. Maintenance has been neglected. Drain in master bath not fastened down, some doorknobs broken, kitchen faucet very loose, needs to be replaced. Home could you a facelift. It was clean and worked for us though.

In the future make sure you call when any maintenance issues arise as we have a full time maintenance team that takes care of problems quickly. These issues could have been handled with in the first few hours of your stay if you would have let us know you were having any issues. We value communication from our guests and sorry you did not give us the opportunity to deal with these minor issues before you left us a 2 star review as that is not a true reflection of this property.

Things we were surprised by and renters need to know:- upstairs queen room is difficult to enter because of very high stairs and a very tight room- no closet and bery little room for luggage. - the 3rd floor queen bed is in the loft area and is a queen day bed- not comfortable for 2 people- while the view is beautiful, there is definitely high road noise as it sits high above but above the main highway and in the summer you will need windows open for the cross breeze to keep it cool inside the house.Overall we had a great trip- house is HUGE and 4 levels, great front drive area for outdoor games and lovely area to walk with views!

Enjoyed the stay at the property

We enjoyed the stay at the property. There were 2 issues that concerned me. First, the indoor hot tub was very over chlorinated. We had to open the hot tub and run the jets for a period of time with the window and door open in order to air out the room so a person could breath in the room. Very dangerous. Second towards the end of the week we had multiple individuals with 20+ bug bites inflicted overnight. Needs pest control and to verify that it is no bed bugs.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. The hot tub company was alerted to the high bromine issues and assured us they were safe levels. They have toned them down but is important to open doors in the hot tub room to ventilate as bromine does need a place to escape. This property has been thoroughly inspected and there are absolutely NO bed bugs in this property and there never have been. The mosquito population has been high in Breckenridge this year so I am assuming the guest just got into some mosquitos. Please inquire with any additional questions.

highly recommended for large families and very pretty

Good morning, thank you very much for allowing us to stay here, we were really very comfortable, the house is large and we had no problems with all the services of the house and every question we had they attended to us quickly, we had a very nice vacation apart from the fact that the house is in a location accessible to many nearby places to have fun and meet and has a very beautiful view of the mountains once again thanks for your attention and we hope to return soon
