Great place for families and groups. We had three families stay together, and the house was perfect for us. The three master bedrooms made room selection easy, and the huge bunk room was a hit with most of the kids. The bedroom with two twins was a great getaway for kids who wanted a little more quiet. The well-appointed kitchen was a focal point for cooking and hanging out, and where we spent most of our time. We cooked five of the seven nights and always had everything we needed. We used the free shuttle most days to get to and from the slopes, which was a great option for keeping our group together and avoiding driving.Overall, the house was an excellent fit for our group, and we would absolutely stay here again when returning to Breckenridge.

The house on Marksberry was the perfect home for our family of 11. We had plenty of room to relax after a busy day rafting, horseback riding and hiking. We especially enjoyed the deck for dining. The house had all the things we needed for a family vacation. The wildlife was an added bonus!

Great House for our whole Family

We arrived the day after Christmas for a family ski vacation. The many amenities were very convenient - especially the VIP shuttle to the slopes. The house is beautiful and offers all that you'd want for a relaxing week at the mountains.
