Come enjoy our unique condo located in Eagle Ridge Resort, in the town of Bartlet, NH.

You will find a condo that is immaculate in every way, from condition of the condo, the landscaping of the grounds, and the upkeep of the pool. The views from all rooms in the unit are simply breathtaking. You have stunning views of Cathedral Ledge, the Moat Mountains and Mt. Washington.

Hiking trails less than 50 feet from the front door. With less than a one minute walk to the pool!

Access to downtown N. Conway and Mount Cranmore are less than 2 miles with Storyland just down the road.

You'll be at the heart of all major attractions BUT can retreat one mile up the mountain to relax by the Vermont Castings wood stove catching a glimpse of the sunset and look forward to a beautiful picturesque sunrise.

Relax on the deck taking in the best views in the valley!

This was a great 3-bedroom and would be especially good for a family as it had bunk beds. We had plenty of room for all of our stuff. Found all the cooking utensils I needed to make my meals. Everything worked well. The view from the patio was spectacular and was our go to spot for morning coffee. The water pressure was SUPER!!

The host was very accommodating. The condo was an excellent value. Especially considering we went during Christmas vacation. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The pellet stove was a standout amenity. Easy to use and super efficient.

Love the location, comfort and views of this place. Easy to manage our two younger children 5 years old. Only heads up to others is the radiators get really hot and you need to bring your own linens.

Perfect for a little getaway

Nice area, secluded but very close to town and restaurants. Very nice and spacious with beautiful views. If I ever get to visit this area again. I will be sure to stay here again.

Amazing!

This space was perfect for our family of 4 with two small kids (ages 1 and 3). Spectacular views, lots of space, and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Easy checkin and checkout. Would 100% stay here again in the future!

We booked this condo for a quick end of summer getaway. Kim was quick to respond with information regarding our booking and also very responsive to my questions before check-in. The location was great, just outside of North Conway but only a few minutes from everything. The views were amazing. While we spent most of our time out exploring the area, the condo was well equipped with everything you would need and the kids especially enjoyed playing some of the games at night.
