About 1/2 mile from downtown Breckenridge and the gondola, the Elkhorn Lodge is a breathtaking 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom, private home that comfortably hosts up to 12 guests. The lodge offers you and your guests plenty of privacy, space and the most gorgeous mountain views you can imagine.

The home features beautifully furnished rooms with soaring vaulted ceilings, a spacious and well equipped kitchen, a separate dining room, two living areas, a heated garage, a bonus den, play set for kids, three decks, two fireplaces and a private hot tub. There are two master king suites on the upper level, a king bedroom on the upper level, two XL-twin bedroom and a king bedroom in the basement.

We invite you to imagine yourself among friends and family, enjoying a delicious home-cooked meal before relaxing in front of a warm fire in one of the two living areas or soaking in the beautiful hot tub after a big day of mountain activities. Guests will enjoy 1200Mbps Internet, access Smart TV options on most TVs and an AppleTV. Start all over the next day with breakfast made from the spacious kitchen or enjoy a cup of coffee on the deck while taking in the views of Peak 6.

Our home is perfectly fit for large families or multiple families. The home was designed to allow guests to connect together in one space, or separate into groups in other rooms of the home.

The hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating. The house had absolutely everything that we needed. I would highly recommend staying here. When we return to Breck we will!

Wonderful home for a family getaway. We had 9 for a few nights with room to spare. Downtown is a stretch for walking but a GREAT neighborhood for some quiet relaxing.

We really enjoyed our stay at Jason's place in Breckenridge. It was clean and well-stocked (lots more than were detailed on the listing). Communication was easy and prompt. The house was laid out well where, even though we had quite a group, any of us could still get away for quiet time. Plus there were front and back decks where we could spread out further. I would definitely consider staying there again!

Perfect location! Can walk to downtown Breckenridge yet on property feel like “away from it all”. Even had a moose visit one evening. Kitchen is the impressively stocked with everything! (Two crockpots, waffle iron…etc) if you have small children in your group this is the place to be! Bob strollers, cribs, toys, games. Older children will love the bunk room! House exceeded our expectations!

House is big and will accommodate many people. Host was great to work with. House had everything we needed. The home is a little farther from downtown Breckenridge than I expected. Definitely not walking distance. Overall a good place.

Perfect for Families

This was the PERFECT property for our weekend getaway with 2 other families. We all had plenty of personal space and kid space-the backyard playground, hot tub and 2 living areas was ideal. Communicating with the owners was really easy and Jason was very responsive to our needs. Highly recommend and we look forward to returning!

Awesome spot with great hosts, located about a 10-minute drive from the base of Peak 8. We really appreciated the clear communication from the host leading up to the trip - they gave us a great idea of how the place was stocked so we could pack accordingly.The home is extremely well decorated and was very clean when we arrived. There are also lots of helpful notes and labels throughout the house, which made everything easy to find and use. Overall, it was a very comfortable and well-organized place to stay, and we’d definitely recommend it.

The host was wonderful, and the house was absolutely amazing. It was beautifully decorated, and every room and bathroom had everything we needed, including a the kitchen which had everything you need to cook and some extra stuff in the pantry. There were plenty of games and even sleds in the garage, which made our stay even more fun. The house had lots of space, both indoors and outdoors. We stayed in the middle of December and had such a great time. All six rooms were cozy, spacious, and comfortable. I would 100% stay here again.

Great Trip

Large family trip. Enough room for everyone to sleep comfortably. If your not used to the altitude be sure to stay hydrated one of our kiddos were sick after skiing. The man cave was a hit with the kids. We would stay here again.

Well appointed fabulous house for a large group

The house accommodates a large group and had everything we needed. Girls’ trip for a 50th birthday and we were able to eat delicious food at the house and then relax in the hot tub. Kitchen is FULLY stocked and there are 2 living rooms which are perfect for families. Jason was super responsive and a wonderful host. Will definitely come back as Breckenridge is also wonderful

This home was perfect for our large family! Spacious, comfortable, and welcoming, it had everything we needed to cook big meals, play games, and spend meaningful time together. The layout allowed the adults to visit while the kids had their own place to play, and the outdoor setting was absolutely beautiful - Mountain View’s, hot tub, play-set and sleds for kids, and we even saw a moose walk right through the yard! The location was ideal. We felt tucked away, surrounded by trees and wildlife, but only a few minutes to the gondola and all of the restaurants/shops.If you are looking for a place to reconnect as a family and slow down from the business of life, this is it. We made memories here that we will forever treasure.

Family reunion.

We enjoyed the lodge very much. It was more than we even expected. It was roomy . The kitchen was well supplied with all the cooking utensils we needed. The scenery was beautiful. The mountains and the sky and trees everything was just beautiful. The lodge was close to downtown Breckenridge . We enjoyed day tours different places, the Georgetown loop was fantastic. We celebrated birthdays and weddings while we were there and hope to go back again someday

This was a beautiful mountain home that accommodated our group of 12 perfectly. The property was very clean and organized nicely. Anything you think you might need was available. The check-in process was seamless and communication with the host was fantastic. A very family-friendly home in a great location! We will certainly be returning in the future!

Great Stay in Breck

We enjoyed our stay in Breckenridge. The unit was clean, quiet, and as advertised. We enjoyed the hot tub too! Plenty of storage for our gear and we had fun playing the games that were provided in the unit as well.

This property is perfectly fitted for friends, families and multiple families. Everyone can have their own space, gather together outside or in one of the large living areas. This property is in the Summit County neighborhood zone with direct access to hiking, mountain biking and cycling. Only a few minutes drive to the gondola.

With multiple separate living areas, guests will not feel like they are competing for entertaining space. Ample parking is also a HUGE plus, we have space for 2 vehicles in the garage and 5 spaces in the driveway.
