This most impressive hilltop estate offers a grand sense of scale; privacy and pure blue vistas of sky, sea and pool. In gated ‘Green Cay’ on the South Side of St Thomas. Watch the Cruise Ships come and go with sweeping panoramic views. One level, all beautifully detailed and furnished, offering wonderful panoramas from all windows. Villa Green Cay is fully air-conditioned or you may prefer to open windows and enjoy the cool ocean breezes. Just outside is the pool with plenty of shade for outdoor dining or just curling up and reading a good book.
There are 3 Bedroom suites, all have King size beds and their own bathrooms. Each suite opens up to the pool deck and has breathtaking sea vistas punctuated with islands in the distance.

Our family had a fantastic time. The pool was awesome. Each of both of our adult children where awestruck! My spouse and I loved waking up to looking out over the water. Make your appointment soon!

We just spent 10 days at this beautiful, stunning oasis. Before even arriving, the communication and responses from Juanda and Melissa were kind, responsive and informative. Thank you both for making our stay wonderful. The house, the view and location were amazing! The view is just stunning and pictures just do not do it justice. Floating in the pool and watching the ocean as boats go by was the best sightseeing. The house had all the items you may need such as comfy beds, great grill, spices, coolers, storage containers, robes, nice working appliances and a generator that never had us without power which is a huge feat on this island! The house was exceptionally clean. The cleaning staff you can tell takes pride in their work. Even my germ crazy friend didn’t have to clean the house before enjoying it! Huge thank you to Melissa, Juanda and all the behind the scenes staff that make this property amazing! Can’t wait to come back!

The views offered at this property and the infinity pool were the best we have experienced! They take care of all the extra things in the kitchen. The beds are so comfortable! We grabbed groceries at a local grocery store and didn’t leave for 4 days! We will be back!

Dream vacation of a life-time! The property is as described, and then some. The home was spotless! The pool to die for! The view - majestic! Our hosts - perfect!Our family of six adults thoroughly enjoyed our 7-day stay. Weather was perfect and there are many things to do in Charlotte Amalie. There were many amenities that were very much appreciated (i.e. beach towels & chairs, coffee pot, a good selection of pots and pans, cutlery, dishes, and plenty of kitchen towels. There is a washer/dryer for use, an office area if you need one. All bedrooms are king beds with separate air-conditioning units, that kept us cool during the night. Each bedroom had a large slider to the porch with a view to die for. We could see the cruise ships coming and going and the evening lights from our porch were beautiful.We enjoyed one special dinner night where we hired a private chef [Ultimate Chefs] that was one of the listed recommendations from our hosts. This dinner was the highlight of our stay. LeAnne and Beige from Ultimate Chefs were engaging and very professional and the dinner was awesome! If you have the opportunity to enjoy this villa, I would highly recommend it. Our hosts, Melissa and Juanda were responsive and very friendly and accommodating. There is a notebook full of great information and helpful suggestions. Go! Do It!

Could not get enough of the outside. Spectacular and breathtaking!!! Better than the photos. Kitchen had everything you could need for cooking. Beds super comfortable and slept great. No need to leave the property. Will be back

We had a wonderful time in St Thomas. The home was lovely with great outdoor space. The hosts were very attentive and were great communicators from booking thru the end of the visit. Looking forward to our next visit.

This was the absolute best place we could have stayed on the island! Waking up to the incredible view for the week was AMAZING! The pool was the most beautiful backdrop and watching the ships come in and out of port was cool. This place is top notch with everything you need for the perfect vacation in paradise! We loved the little touches around the house from the best bathrobe's to the comfortable beds and pillows for a restful night sleep. The house was super clean and the layout of the house was perfect. We couldn't say enough good things about this home. We can't wait to hopefully stay here again in the future!

This wss by far the most beautiful setting and rental weve ever experienced. The home was perfect for three couples and extremely comfortable. The pictures of the home in the ad tell the story. Highly recpmmend.

Stay with our adult children was wonderful. House was very clean and the views were tremendous! Enjoyed watching all the boats and cruise ships go by. One thing to note is that one of the three bedrooms requires you to go through another bedroom to enter, but the work around is to use the patio doors for privacy. Not a huge deal, but worth noting if you’re three couples traveling together. We had a great stay! Thanks to the wonderful hosts for prompt answers to my inquiries.

The house was amazing! Anything my wife or I thought we needed to enjoy our vacation was in a drawer or closet. The house had everything, and the view was the most incredible part. We could spend all day in the pool watching boats and clouds go by. My wife and I are already discussing our next trip with more family. Thank you for allowing us to share your wonderful house.

Breathtaking Views!
Great, well equipped, house, quiet location, beautiful views! Southern side of the island provided sun on the pool all day and sunset views in the evening.

What a glorious location…
We loved our stay here (two couples) so much. The views from the house are absolutely breathtaking and made it difficult to leave. We made dinner and dined on the patio nearly every night.There are plenty of beach chairs and coolers, as well as quality pool towels.We had a perfect stay from beginning to end.

amazing week at Villa Green Cay
Photos exactly represent home; just breathtaking. Very well set up for three couples or a family of 6. Hosts were very responsive and kind about my many questions of St Thomas. We'll be back, it was an amazing week!

Visiting our son
We had a great time staying at this property with our son while lives on the island. The house was well stocked with everything you would need. It’s beautiful inside and out and has exceptional views. Great location to get around the island.

This villa is absolutely breathtaking! You feel as though you stepped right into dream with the gorgeous views! Every room is perfect and the property owners were the friendliest and most helpful we've ever had! We loved every minute of our stay in STT!
