The apartment has just been completely renovated, is located in Ostia Lido, Rome district of the sea. It is less than 100 meters from the beaches free or equipped with locker rooms, cabins, hot showers, umbrellas, deck chairs, bars, restaurants, spa, swimming pools and opportunities for water sports. 4 km away are the archaeological excavations of Ostia Antica, (ex port of Ancient Rome) and the center of Rome can be reached in 30 minutes by shuttle train .. Not far from the 'apartment is located on the pine forest of Castel Fusano, ideal for beautiful walks in the green or cycling or horse riding. A few minutes away from the apartment are: supermarkets, organic food store, butcher, fishmonger, local market where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables, medical practices, natural medicine center, hospital emergency room doctor and the train station. The apartment is equipped with: washer, dishwasher, air conditioning, heating, wireless Internet. The residence is an ideal accommodation for anyone visiting Rome and its surroundings and at the same time enjoy a relaxing stay.

The location to the beach was perfect and the condition of the property was fine. We enjoyed our stay and found Domenico and his son to be excellent hosts.

Matteo and his Father were wonderful to plan and helpful when we arrived … They had a map of area and made lovely suggestions for entrainment at the local Square The shopping on Main Street and local markets was fantastic for cooking & shopping and the locals were friendly, our daughter enjoyed the fair & Sea Would come back again if we’re in this area and stay … very authentic experience if u want to enjoy Italy for its true culture ! The apartment was lovely we loved having espresso every am and wine every eve on the terrace watching Italian life 🇲🇽❤️if we needed anything or had a question they were rt there rt away or a text away Bravo 🙌

Great place, the people in that area are very nice. I wish I had brought a mattress pad for the bed, though there was no place around that. I could find to buy one.

Excellent stay

Stayed here 3 nights at the end of an Umbrian trip so we coulr have a couple of days on the beach and be close to the airport for an early flight. It all worked well amd the flat is a great location and well equipped as well as reasonable value. Recommend.

Wonderful property for staying if you want to get away from the busy atmosphere of Rome for a few nights. Clean, great view and the owner, Domenico couldn't be more helpful. The location is great with a short walk to the sea!! Lots of shops and restaurants. Very highly recommend the apartment as well as working with the owner.

Roman seaside retreat

Wonderful location to see the sea and to visit Rome. The owners were accommodating and helpful. The apartment was very clean and had everything necessary to cook and do laundry. We greatly enjoyed our stay!

Perfect Sea Side Apartment

If you're going to Italy, stay here. It's much better than the stress of the big city. And you can get to Rome quickly. Everything was absolutely perfect.

Domenico was so helpful. His place is in a great neighbourhood accessible to groceries, coffee shops, local markets, and great restaurants. The place is exactly as described and well equipped for a family or couple’s vacation. Thanks Domenico!

Clean and convenient to airport

Updated walk up apartment in an urban setting. Close to sea, train, bus, restaurants and airport. Host was wonderfully responsive. Apartment had everything needed for an enjoyable stay.

Ancient Ostia

A perfect spot near the ancient ruins of Ostia Antica. With the beach a block away and amazing food at your fingertips. Rome is an easy metro train ride away. Here you have it all at a great value!

Great location

This was a very nice one room flat with a nice view. The host was very helpful and friendly. Lots of shops nearby. This apartment was on the third floor so it was a workout the first day. However once settled in we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would book again.

Beautiful, Clean, Close to Sea

This home was perfect for our family of 4 weekend. Close to bus and train transportation. Close to sea. Love that cafe bars, pizza, gelato, and other restaurants are within walking distance. If you are looking to stay in Ostia, this is the place! Kitchen is fully equipped to cook and bathroom is large!

Perfection

Absolutely perfect little apartment just steps from the sea and an easy walk to the metro station. Everything we needed was provided, and Domenico was friendly, kind and accommodating. I would love to come back again someday.

Ocean stay outside of Rome

The apartment is nice. Booked it because I thought I read two rooms but was only one bedroom with 2 beds ( 1 double very firm bed and 1 single cot). Nice location for Lido Di Ostia. Owner provided information for area and how to get into Rome.

Hi, in order to be clear for everybody, the apartment is composed by a bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed and a living room with a sofa bed for two if needed. Then there is a kitchen and a bathroom and a small balcony. Best Regards Domenico Carrino

Perfectly positioned

We had a wonderful stay in this perfectly positioned apartment just a stroll to the beach. The beach was a beautiful spot for a walk with fantastic views on one side of you and the other lined with different shops and restaurants/cafes to stop and enjoy the coffee or a fabulous gelato. Domenico was very helpful and informative and accommodating to all our needs and the apartment was as listed we enjoyed our stay.
