Property was exactly as described. We were in town for a long weekend to visit a new grandbaby. Plenty of room for everybody to come to the house and visit. House was in great shape overall.

Location is everything

We stayed here for family Christmas festivities. The location is close to the freeway, Cardinals stadium and Westgate Entertainment Center!!! It was so spacious. My family loved it!!! Quiet neighborhood. Would rent it again.

Space for Everyone

The location of the property is near a plethora of activities. The furnishings were older, no frills, but adequate. Use of the garage was a nice bonus. Neighborhood was quiet, and there was plenty of space for our family to spread out and enjoy.

Overall, the property was good. It could've been a little cleaner. The rugs were extremely slippery as I am handicapped. I had to be extremely careful. The bathrooms could have used some safety bars, & the master bathroom could've used an update & also safety bars iin the walk in shower. Overall it was suitabe & was a good location for us! We bought toilet paper because we didn't find any there.

Pure Leisure

The stay was terrific! The house satisfied every need we had. A few minor things would have been helpful such as coffee grounds, dishwasher detergent, and hand soap in bathrooms. Jeff was quick to answer the phone when we were trying tog et in through the garage and had left our key on the table in the kitchen. The pool is a perfect temp. We were so comfortable in the house. The neighborhood is so incredibly safe. It was a bit tricky checking in, trying to use the code box and get the key to open the door, which was really sticky. However it was summer and AZ monsoons and humidity could have easily been the culprit for a sticky door. The house was so clean, the checklist for checkout was easy to follow. The house is well maintained. I would definitely stay here again. We loved this house! and we really thought the hosts did a wonderful job. It fit everything we needed it to for this particular trip.
