This fully furnished new home is located 5 minutes from Lake Pleasant Pavilion Shopping area, minutes from Lake Pleasant and the new Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. Get to the Glendale Arena within 20 minutes, downtown Phoenix in 40 minutes and Sedona and Prescott are just over an hour north of the home. Three bedrooms; each with their own bathroom. Fully furnished kitchen and outdoor patio. Grill burgers, play cornhole, or just lay out and relax in the Arizona sun. Hiking and biking trails within minutes from the home.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. It couldn’t have been nicer or more perfectly stocked with all we needed for cooking, doing laundry, cleaning, etc. Host was quite timely with her responses & all communications. It is a little bit of a drive for shopping and other community services but we adapted quickly. My husband really enjoyed golfing at the nearby Trilogy development & they have an excellent restaurant as well. We are already planning to stay here again.

The house is a 10/10. Worked great to be close to our son's wedding venue. Really enjoyed the back yard on a nice quiet neighborhood. Highest recommendation.

Quiet desert oasis

Lovely home and yard, our dogs loved the yard. Friendly neighbours and Brock and Jennifer are wonderful people, we are definitely staying again.

Easy check in, host great communication. We used our own but you do not need to bring shampoo, conditioner, body wash. Ample amenities. Paper goods fully stocked. Showers felt wonderful and yard was beautiful and private. Kitchen could use a 9x13 and/or 8x8 dish but we made do. I was going to buy one and leave it there but then didn’t need it. We would stay there again.

I usually don't do this. But the property is in a quiet neighborhood, clean and had everything we needed. If I'm ever back in the area I wouldn't hesitate to book this property again.
