We have a fully stocked home with kitchen, dining room, BBQ, washer/dryer, games, bean toss, etc.

We had an excellent stay in LaQuinta. Location is excellent…down the street from both golf courses. Located within resort for amenities. Communication with host is outstanding.

We had a wonderful stay! Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish—quick, clear, and very accommodating to our needs. The property was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need, which made our stay so easy and comfortable.The location was also a big plus—just a short walk to the pool and main resort area with great restaurants, shops, and the spa. It really had everything we were looking for.Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend to others!

Excellent, welcoming hosts. Excellent communications. Very comfortable two-bedroom, two-bath ground floor condo with three flat screen tvs, and well equipped kitchen. Furnishings were very comfortable.

Incredible stay!

We love staying in the Santa Rosa neighborhood! This villa was fully stocked, so clean, perfectly located and the property manager was extremely responsive. We look forward to coming back!

This was our second time staying at Casa La Quinta. The host goes above and beyond to insure we are comfortable and have everything we need. The setting is beautiful. The neighborhood is really quiet.

Great Stay

Bill and Vivian were great hosts and their home was very clean, well maintained and close to the coachella festival grounds which was perfect for us. We will definitely be renting again.

Lovely weekend stay

Bill and Vivian are kind and responsive hosts. Their vacation home is beautiful, clean, and very roomy. Great place to relax by the pool and catch up with friends or just stay in. Highly recommend.

Great property and location

Everything went real smooth. Property is just as advertised, great layout and location. Bill was a great host and checked in every so often to make sure all was going well.

Great location, beautiful home

Wonderful stay in La Quinta. The location is in walking distance to the La Quinta resort. The home is warm and cozy. Owners were so helpful and welcoming. I hope to come back soon!

A lovely desert holiday

Our family recently concluded a summer holiday at this La Quinta Vrbo. The rental home was fantastic- a great location and well appointed. There were plenty of nearby pools to relax in which was our #1 objective. The owners were great communicators, speedy and informative with all the needed info. We would highly recommend this Vrbo to others and look forward to return visits.

Everything was perfect

Better then the pictures, the layout of the place is great. Place was very clean and great location, we're so glad we choose this place for our first visit to the Palm Springs area. Check in was very easy, Bill was very helpful if you needed anything. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Palm Springs.

Another wonderful stay in Santa Rosa Cove!

Once again, Bill and Vivian's home did not disappoint. I am so fortunate to have found it, as I've stayed there several times -- and even booked it again for the spring before I arrived! It lacks for nothing, and Bill and Vivian are wonderful and thoughtful hosts, whose hospitality and generosity are greatly appreciated!

Comfortable and Relaxing

Great location both in the community and general area. Very close to restaurants, spas, grocery, hiking etc. Extremely well stocked with very responsive hosts. Enjoyed the bikes and pools, patio and corn hole in the yard.

Above and beyond!

This stay was above and beyond our expectations. Bill and Vivian were stellar hosts and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. They were so accommodating and made sure to go above and beyond so we would have everything we needed! Best place to stay by far!
