Another wonderful stay in Santa Rosa Cove!

Once again, Bill and Vivian's home did not disappoint. I am so fortunate to have found it, as I've stayed there several times -- and even booked it again for the spring before I arrived! It lacks for nothing, and Bill and Vivian are wonderful and thoughtful hosts, whose hospitality and generosity are greatly appreciated!

Great host, house and location.

Extremely nice house with everything you need. Close to pool, spa, golf and tennis. We could not have chosen a better house to stay at.

Lovely weekend stay

Bill and Vivian are kind and responsive hosts. Their vacation home is beautiful, clean, and very roomy. Great place to relax by the pool and catch up with friends or just stay in. Highly recommend.

Above and beyond!

This stay was above and beyond our expectations. Bill and Vivian were stellar hosts and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. They were so accommodating and made sure to go above and beyond so we would have everything we needed! Best place to stay by far!

I have had the pleasure of staying at Bill and Vivian’s beautiful home in the past, so to be able to enjoy it again is even more of a treat. Updated and lovely, the home leaves you wanting for nothing, and Bill and Vivian are amazing hosts who actively engage with you to ensure everything is perfect — and it is!

Incredible stay!

We love staying in the Santa Rosa neighborhood! This villa was fully stocked, so clean, perfectly located and the property manager was extremely responsive. We look forward to coming back!

Cozy in La Quinta!

Condo quality: A+ Condo size: A+ Condo Amenities: A+, had everything we needed and more Prices: A+ competitive Cleanliness: A+ Location: A++ Quietness inside room: A+ Outside noise, neighbors: A+ Service from Owner: A++ Service Local restaurants: A The owner was just so attentive and communicated each step of our stay. Always was available, which I feel is very important. We have been staying in this complex for many years, but the stay at their condo was the most relaxing time we have ever had... quiet, peaceful, and clean is all we asked for and we got it!... Bill and Vivian were great hosts and their home was very clean, well maintained and close to the coachella festival grounds which was perfect for us. We will definitely be renting again.

Dream VRBO experience!

This property is not to be missed. Bill and Vivian had the BEST communication throughout the entire process. The unit was so comfortable, spacious and the location could not be beat. Everything you need for a vacation in the desert. Steps away from La Quinta Resort and so close to everything. We enjoyed the pools, neighborhood walks and dining so close. Bill was so kind with lots of suggestions to make our stay even better. From a welcome bottle of wine to checking in to make sure the new air conditioning system was cooling well when temps were in the triple digits. The unit definitely surpassed our expectations and we would highly recommend to friends. We would love to stay here again!

Comfortable and Relaxing

Great location both in the community and general area. Very close to restaurants, spas, grocery, hiking etc. Extremely well stocked with very responsive hosts. Enjoyed the bikes and pools, patio and corn hole in the yard.

A Fantastic Rental

This is a great property, and I can now understand why Bill has so many 5 star reviews. The unit was spotless, with really wonderful beds, sheets/towels and a fully stocked kitchen. We loved taking the bikes into town, used the tennis racquets on the near empty courts, and the location couldn't be any better for strolling onto the La Quinta grounds. On top of all that, Bill was a very thoughtful host, with some great suggestions for restaurants and things to do. Thanks so much Bill! We will be back for sure!

This was a wonderful place to stay. The Location was just perfect, and the Villa was both attractive and clean—well stocked and had everything we needed. The owners were extremely attentive and helpful. Both arrival and departure. Instructions were very clear and helpful. We appreciated the fact that when we arrived, there were paper products, condiments, spices, coffee, and many other items that we needed. Thank you. We would highly recommend this place!

Everything was perfect

Better then the pictures, the layout of the place is great. Place was very clean and great location, we're so glad we choose this place for our first visit to the Palm Springs area. Check in was very easy, Bill was very helpful if you needed anything. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Palm Springs.

La Quinta bliss

We loved our stay at Bill and Viv's lovely desert home. The location is fabulous--right next to the central plaza of La Quinta Resort, but with so much more room, privacy, and value. We worked and played for almost two weeks. The internet is lightning fast for all online needs, and all the amenities and conveniences are there. Bill was the consummate host, checking in with us frequently and making suggestions for activities. We will definitely come again. Thanks Bill and Viv!
