We have a fully stocked home with kitchen, dining room, BBQ, washer/dryer, games, bean toss, etc.

April Getaway

Beautiful home. Everything we needed was available to us. The location was perfect, a short walk to the La Quinta Resort restaurants & the golf courses. Bill was extremely responsive & available. It was probably the smoothest VRBO checkin process I have experienced to date. I highly recommend this home & would stay there again!

Another wonderful stay in Santa Rosa Cove!

Once again, Bill and Vivian's home did not disappoint. I am so fortunate to have found it, as I've stayed there several times -- and even booked it again for the spring before I arrived! It lacks for nothing, and Bill and Vivian are wonderful and thoughtful hosts, whose hospitality and generosity are greatly appreciated!

Incredible stay!

We love staying in the Santa Rosa neighborhood! This villa was fully stocked, so clean, perfectly located and the property manager was extremely responsive. We look forward to coming back!

Lovely weekend stay

Bill and Vivian are kind and responsive hosts. Their vacation home is beautiful, clean, and very roomy. Great place to relax by the pool and catch up with friends or just stay in. Highly recommend.

Property was in a great location and proximity to La Quinta resort. Pictures were exactly how the house was - great stay in a great location. Owners were easy to work with - definitely would go back.

Everything went real smooth. Property is just as advertised, great layout and location. Bill was a great host and checked in every so often to make sure all was going well.

Above and beyond!

This stay was above and beyond our expectations. Bill and Vivian were stellar hosts and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. They were so accommodating and made sure to go above and beyond so we would have everything we needed! Best place to stay by far!

Great location, beautiful home

Wonderful stay in La Quinta. The location is in walking distance to the La Quinta resort. The home is warm and cozy. Owners were so helpful and welcoming. I hope to come back soon!

Great Property/Great Location

Everything about this property was great! Everything was as pictured and as expected. We had everything we could have needed in the condo and being next to the resort was also a bonus as so many things were within walking distance.

Everything was perfect

Better then the pictures, the layout of the place is great. Place was very clean and great location, we're so glad we choose this place for our first visit to the Palm Springs area. Check in was very easy, Bill was very helpful if you needed anything. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Palm Springs.

Comfortable and Relaxing

Great location both in the community and general area. Very close to restaurants, spas, grocery, hiking etc. Extremely well stocked with very responsive hosts. Enjoyed the bikes and pools, patio and corn hole in the yard.

Five star property and five star owners!!

Bill and Vivian have a beautiful home that is clean, well maintained and close to everything. The La Quinta Mountain course is just a block away to the south, and the hotel and its' many restaurants a block to the north. The closest pool is just a few steps away, and their outdoor patios are perfect for morning coffee and early evening cocktails. Our party of four were very comfortable and did not want for anything. We would highly recommend Casa La Quinta!

This was a wonderful place to stay. The Location was just perfect, and the Villa was both attractive and clean—well stocked and had everything we needed. The owners were extremely attentive and helpful. Both arrival and departure. Instructions were very clear and helpful. We appreciated the fact that when we arrived, there were paper products, condiments, spices, coffee, and many other items that we needed. Thank you. We would highly recommend this place!

High quality condo

This is a high quality condo in a great Santa Rosa location. We had teens and the tile floors were tasteful and functional so we did not have to worry about the kids tracking dirty onto a light colored carpet which has happened in the past. Comfortable beds/linens too. We would rent the condo again. The owners were great to work with as well.

Excellent experience all the way around!

We found the property exactly as described. Everything was "hotel" clean (excellent and way above "home" clean). Everything was in working order. Bill and Viv provided excellent customer service including communication ahead of time, how to gain access to the property along with phone numbers should we encounter any problem at all. We highly recommend this property and hope to stay here again ourselves. We enjoyed dinner at Morgan's and Twenty 6, both on property, a short walking distance from this unit. The golf club is also withiin walking distance and we had no problem arranging for a single.
