Beautifully nestled amongst the Santa Rosa Mountains, this custom home is located in a quiet neighborhood of the La Quinta Cove, long considered the “Gem” of the desert. You will have it all within minutes of this incredible home. Located at the end of a quiet cull de sac it boasts 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. A large kitchen with breakfast nook and formal dining room is all here to create those home cooked meals if you so desire. Fireplaces in both great room and master bedroom provide that romantic atmosphere. You will love the large picture windows that offer spectacular views of the beautiful mountain vistas and tropical landscaped yard that surround this home. This home has a salt water pool and Jacuzzi, outdoor cooking area with BBQ and a spiral staircase that ascends up to a large observation deck with incredible views. From here you have a panoramic view of the Santa Rosa Mountains, La Quinta Cove and the La Quinta Resort Golf Course. Bring your favorite book and bottle of wine unwind and relax in your own private resort. You won’t be disappointed! Outdoor speakers, fire pit, covered patio and koi pond make for a relaxing peaceful stay or a backyard ready for a party!

This home contains all you need; fine linens, kitchen appliances, utensils and pool towels are all provided for your comfort. Other amenities include wet bar, 65” flat screen T.V. with sound bar with Bluetooth connectivity, Free Wi-Fi and cable are included and a home security system for your families peace of mind.

No need to travel far, within minutes there are championship golf courses, including the La Quinta Resort, PGA West and Silver Rock golf courses. Parks, hiking & biking trails, a museum, library and grocery stores. Charming Old Town La Quinta features a wonderful restaurants, live music and quaint little shops. Some of the nicest restaurants like Stuft Pizza, Arnold Palmer’s, Lavenders, Sand Bar and Desert Club are just a few of the locals favorites. Pool can be heated for an additional $75 per day. This was our third stay at this wonderful property - because it truly is fabulous! The home layout is wonderful and spacious, and also well appointed. If we had to build our own home in the desert, this would be it!We will return again next year!

We loved every aspect of this property. It was very clean and fully stocked for bedding, kitchen preparation and pool amenities. The location and view was beyondexpectation and communication was exceptional. We would love to return to this property another time.

We could tell from the minute we walked in the house that our stay was gonna be fantastic! The rental had all the amenities you could ask for and the location was perfect. Thank you for such a great time and I hope to be able to visit Casa paradise in the future! Would highly recommend!

Amazing property! The pool was beautiful and nice to be in during the hot days, the spa was very nice too. Pictures are accurate as shown. The owner was very easy to work with and very responsive.

Welcoming host, easily available when we had any questions. Amazing location near old town and trails, loved the pool, the Koi pond, and large space, as well as rooftop deck and had everything we needed.

Property was very nice and quiet. It was minutes from the golf courses we played which was very nice. The pool was just what we needed after a round of golf! Loved the view in the morning.

Al's home in the Cove is very welcoming and has all of the amenities and creature comforts you would want on a getaway vacation. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a great meal! We loved the house, the pool, the yard, and the spiral staircase to the rooftop deck. We will stay here again on our next trip to the desert!!

We enjoyed Thanksgiving here with family & friends. Great location, pool, spa and large grassy pet friendly yard were a hit. Nice large dining room can seat 8, living room was super comfy for games & tv. Kitchen well stocked including new pots & pans. House was well supplied. We’ll be back afain. Great place and location

This is a great home in a great location, walking distance to downtown La Quinta. The property owner, Al, was also very nice, responsive, and a pleasure to deal with.
