This home has a salt water pool and Jacuzzi, outdoor cooking area with BBQ and a spiral staircase that ascends up to a large observation deck. From here you have a panoramic view of the Santa Rosa Mountains, La Quinta Cove and the La Quinta Resort Golf Course. Bring your favorite book and bottle of wine unwind and relax in your own private resort. You won’t be disappointed! Outdoor speakers, fire pit, covered patio and koi pond make for a relaxing peaceful stay or a backyard ready for a party!

This home contains all you need; fine linens, kitchen appliances, utensils and pool towels are all provided for your comfort. Other amenities include wet bar, 60” flat screen T.V. with DENON surround sound, DVD and docking station for your IPOD with volume controls for the dining room, master bedroom and outside speakers keeps the music pumping inside or out. Free Wi-Fi and cable are included and a home security system for your families peace of mind.

No need to travel far, within minutes there are championship golf courses, including PGA West and Silver Rock, parks, hiking & biking trails, a museum, library and grocery stores. Charming Old Town La Quinta features a wonderful Wine Bar, restaurants, live music and quaint little shops. Property was very nice and quiet. It was minutes from the golf courses we played which was very nice. The pool was just what we needed after a round of golf! Loved the view in the morning.

Pool was very nice, location was quiet with nearby walking trail we loved. The home needs repairs/updating, no closet in master, bathrooms cabinets were filled with items making it hard to use in both bathrooms, had nice appliances in kitchen. Also needs deep cleaning and window cleaning. Pet hair was on furniture.

The property was amazing, having a actual yard for our pets (which they loved) we loved the pool and the whole outside area and the house was awesome. Al was great responding back and forth (thank you) and meeting Ken (the property manager) was great. Paths by the house were great for walking the dogs. In general we absolutely loved the place and will stay again (maybe a yearly vacation stay)

This house is in a safe neighborhood. It’s clean and quiet. I stayed with my teen daughter and felt comfortable doing so. We hung out in the pool most of the time and we would return!

A Peaceful Oasis in the sun

A Gorgeous property with Great amenities, Clean, Quite, beautiful scenery 360. Very Private grounds sheltered from prying eyes.Car can be garaged & out of the heat!.. All of the grounds are clean and well manicured.The home itself has a very appealing floorplan that is comfortable & embracing.Great Layout!Both the property owner & Mngr are fast to reply & easy to communicate with.. Everything here rates 5s & beyond. Definitely looking forward to booking another stay here

Amazing Location!

The perfect locaton. You can walk downtown for shopping and dining. The upper deck it is a bird's eye view of the Mountain Golf Course and the perfect spot for a cup of Joe. The gardens are beautiful.

We didn't want to leave!

This property is in a fabulous location. The backyard was like your own private resort! The house is adjacent to the bike trails. We walked to Old Town. The primary bedroom bed was also very comfortable. I had some difficulty with the pool heater. Al came over right away and gave me a tutorial. My family included my elderly mother, husband, sister and my 11 year old daughter. Having the pool/spa, firepit and misters right there worked for everybody! We would definitely stay here again!

Slice of Heaven!

We were with our adult kids while on this vacation and we were all very delighted with the house, the amenities, and the location. The beds were super comfy, and the towels and extras provided made the stay very relaxing. Al is a wonderful host, and we felt very well taken care of. We would definitely love to return to this home again.

Fantastic property

Location could not be better- Very walkable area and paved trail right next to the house. The house was SO comfortable and host could not have been nicer. Hope to return!

Perfectly located and well kept family home

Great location and beautiful home. Al met us at check in for a 2 minute overview of the home. All amenities were easy to use/locate and we could not be more pleased with our experience. We will be back next year!

Delightful Desert Oasis!

Our group had a wonderful time at Al's place! Al was responsive to all of our questions and very helpful. The salt water pool and spa were delightful and the view from the yard is really gorgeous. There's also a rooftop deck for even more amazing views! The living room and dining room are even more spacious in person than they appear in the pictures and the kitchen is well stocked with pans and dishes. We so appreciated that the house was pet friendly and the fenced in yard made it easy for the dogs to run around and play. Definitely recommend!
