32 Avenida la Antigua studio has everything for a single person traveling or a couple.
The bedroom has a queen bed overlooking the terrace with ocean views. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare an early breakfast or a light lunch.
The balcony has beautiful views of the Ocean or Las Catalinas town. It also has great location as is located only few steps from the Beach.
32 Avenida la Antigua has daily maid service included as well as 24hr private security. Our Concierge Team will help you plan your exciting vacation prior to your arrival; they will coordinate your transportation from the airport as well as help you organize any other services like car rental, spa treatments and tour reservations. We make sure your stay is relaxing and stress free. For those nights you want to have a special dinner we are able to coordinate a Gourmet Chef. We also have trails for hiking or Mountain Bike and a great restaurant open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Everything in Las Catalinas is walking distance! Is a town like no other!

Holidays are exciting travel periods, however, before you book, please check your travel dates and observe that holiday periods have a different cancellation policy. Holiday periods are excluded from the default cancellation policy in which non-refundable deposits are required.

• No refunds for cancellations.
• We know sometimes travel plans can change unexpectedly. To protect your holiday investment, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance, which is a small cost relative to the trip costs you might lose in the event you are unable to travel.

Christmas: from Dec.19th, 2023 to Dec. 26th, 2023
New Year: from Dec. 26th, 2023, to Jan. 05th, 2024
Easter Week: from Mar. 22nd, 2024, to Mar. 31st, 2024
Thanksgiving: from Nov. 22nd, 2024 to Dec. 01st, 2024
Christmas: from De.19th, 2024 to Dec. 26th, 2024
New Year: from Dec. 26th, 2024 to Jan. 04th, 2025

Reservations Outside Holiday Periods:
• Deposit refundable for cancellations up to 60 days before check-in.
• No deposit refunds for cancellations received 59 days or less before check-in.
